The hotel is impeccably clean and very modern. The room layout is perfect, providing both comfort and functionality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food at the Beach House was delicious - but there were no daily specials.

The entire place had a dystopian vibe, which felt a bit creepy - if you watch a lot of horror movies/ thrillers. Water was very expensive.

Hotel is great. Photographs doesn't justify. Swimming pools are very clean. Sea was the best.

We came here as a group. We asked if our group can share the same swimming pool before coming to hotel (like a month early or more). When we arrived, we weren't sharing the same swimming pool. We needed to talk with them for an hour for this to happened. From our perspective, this should have done earlier and we didn't need to spend this much time on this. It was frustrating. When you arrive, they ask you to write your credit card number, name of the holder and the dates on a piece of paper!!! This is a huge risk. They do this because they do not do pre authorisation hold.

The hotel and its amenities are exceptionally perfect. We booked a villa with a private pool for our honeymoon. Meals and cocktails were outstanding. The beach is very clean, sunbeds are always clean and well arranged. Service at the beach is fast and very nice. The private villa with pool is very luxurious, highly recommended! Front desk staff is extremely friendly and they let us check in early, thank you again! Before we travel our expectation was really high, and we left the hotel with huge satisfaction.

We probably saw 5 restaurant staff, out of these 5 staff, 3 of them were not kind. Maybe its a language barrier but I think its not a big problem to say "enjoy your meal, bon appetit, your welcome".

Overall the hotel was great. Amazing breakfasts, beautiful pools and great sea side bar/restaurant. The staff are helpful and a special mention to Vassilis who made sure we had a great time. Food is great, if not a little on the expensive side compared to all other restaurants in the area.

The drinks service in the beach bar is extremely slow. It takes an age for any menus or drinks to arrive and normally food arrives first. The bar was quiet, so there is no excuse for this and we ended up leaving for another bar as we had no menu after 15 minutes. Hopefully this is just a new opening issue and they can sort this out.

Everything at the hotel is designed for your comfort, relaxation, and to make you feel happy. We stayed in a room with pool access and truly enjoyed relaxing in a hotel room after a long time. The design and the materials used made for a very pleasant experience. The beach area is perfect for enjoying the sea; its relaxing atmosphere and bar make for an excellent day. The breakfast was very delicious, with the pastry selection being particularly strong. The room service, bar, restaurant, and overall satisfaction level were very satisfying."

Being close to the airport, there is occasional noise from departing planes. However, since it is not a very busy airport and there are no night flights, the noise isn't frequent, so it doesn’t pose a problem.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you realize that this is a different place. Welcome, treats at the reception, smiling faces. We stayed in one of the rooms with a pool, I can only say that it is unexplainable. Each room opens to the pool and each room is in a different architecture. The pool is so beautiful that it looks like the sea. You don't want to leave the room. You are welcomed with wine and dessert in the room. It is quiet, calm and has a very aesthetic appearance. Breakfast is very varied and delicious. The hotel has its own beach and the sea is very beautiful. We stayed 3 nights and it was like a dream. It is a must stay hotel especially for couples. We will definitely come again. We were very, very pleased.

The hotel is brand new, very stylish. the room is very comfortable and the facilities are great. shower is amazing and cosmetics I love. we had a seaside room with a beautiful view. The spa is amazing! 24h gym. The beach is beautiful, very comfortable sun beds.

The staff is unprofessional.. A lady at the reception was helpful, but mainly the staff on the beach was not friendly. Boys couldn't find out if our room is ready. We were waiting really long time, I double ask a few times but they just didn't respond.. then a lady after informed us that the room is ready for a while.. similar story happen during breakfast. I never got my fried eggs, which I had to order from a waiter.. even though I double ask 2 times, never got them ) we just left. Another one thing - the room wasn't really ready for check in.. all the hotel info and accessories were absent, I had to ask the reception to set them.. and the side table was dirty with something sticky on it.. Hopefully the stuff will be trained properly, cause the hotel is really fantastic.

Casa Cook Samos is one of the best hotels we've stayed across Europe. Amazing rooms, pools, beach & bar. All hotel staff so friendly and welcoming. Cold Greek wine already waiting for us in our room as soon as we arrived was lovely. As usual we did rent a car to move around the island but after seeing Casa Cook we literally did not want to go out and car rental was a total waste for us. It is an expensive choice considering the rest of the island but worth every penny.

Gym could have been little bit better and bigger. Ofcourse I am not expecting a proper gym in a holiday destination but if there is a gym I expect to be able to work out full body.

I searched for a hotel at Samos providing peace, privacy and luxury. Casa Cook was the first hotel which impressed me. From the beginning our our decision, they were so polite, responded every question, suggested restaurants and booked our reservations. It was anniversary and they put a note to our room which was a unique one (It was written by their handwriting - not by computer). They accepted our early check-in request. I don't know what else they could do for us more. Especially, I thank Maria for her smiling face and help from the beginning to the end. She made our day more special! Hotel is very quiet as the do not accept children. The sea is clean and sand. The beach and the bar are perfect. Nothing was missing at the breakfast. I can say it was a perfect experience. You can call a taxi for going to Phytagorian. It costs 7-10 Euros depending on the drivers :) or you can ride a bicycle which are located in front of the hotel. Hotel design is Bohemian and minimalist. It is very obvious that a good architect designed the hotel. The swimming pools are surrounding allt the hotel and rooms. Please add more photos.

Everything was perfect. Only one suggestion, please add more photos of hotel. For e.q. breakfast was perfect, but there were no photos of the breakfast. Before coming there, I thought the road between beach and hotel was a problem, but it wasn't. Only 100 steps from my room to sea :)

Stylish, comfortable hotel with a number of pools as well as a private beach. The rooms with their own pool were delightful and decadent. Breakfast and the meals we had were excellent. Cycle including e-bike hire available outside. Close to the airport and only 20 min taxi to Samos Town.

Fridge in room was small and not very effective. Considering price you’re paying, it seems a bit mean to only offer four complimentary pods of coffee. Milk in the room was in small long life pods rather than a bottle of fresh milk and we were told to go to the local mini market to buy it if we wanted fresh! Not all rooms with pool access had shade at height of the day. Cocktails were refreshing but a little weak due to amount of ice.
