What we did not know and what would have been good to know in advance, is that this is an all inclusive hotel and everything is build around that. This means that all meals are buffet style and although you can pay for one meal at the time, it is not possible to just have one dish like a salad in any of the restaurants. The food is really good so this was not a problem for us but it meant that every meal was a big meal. This variety of drinks however is very limited, especially when it comes to wine. The pool areas are really nice and best suited for older children as the pools have little shade. There were few playgrounds on the premises for younger children. So in my opinion this hotel is best suited for children 8 years+ We had a car and explored the island and went into the old town. The hotel is well located for this. There are a few restaurants in the proximity of the hotel that were very good. The beach at the hotel is very good for snorkeling! But bring bathing shoes as it's quite rockey.

The food was really good, the private beach is beautiful and the hotel was all the time super clean.

For a 5 star hotel, the service could have been better and staff should be more prepared. Some of them were also not friendly. When the restaurant was busy, we often were left waiting until be served with drinks or coffee, sometimes for about 30min. We also got an advanced confirmation for a late checkout when we booked the hotel. However, when we arrived at the hotel the staff told us that the late checkout was actually never confirmed and we needed to wait until 24h of our last day to check the possibility of the late checkout.

We were upgraded for free to a private suit with a swimming pool. It was also close to the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Our room was very spacious , AC, with small fridge, tv, sofa, chairs , coffee table, kettle with cups, mini bar with some sine and soft drinks that were included in the price. The room looked older compare to the picture. The door to the swimming pool required some force to open it. There were some insects in the room, but its not the hotels faults , so for us it was not a problem. There is also a gym, with various machines for cardio and weight training, water cooler. We didn't use a swimming pools since we prefer the sea. We choose an option only with breakfast and went once to have dinner in the restaurant at the hotel (all inclusive). The variety of food was amazing and the quality was top quality. I don't eat meat and there were plenty of vegetable and fish. My husband was very with the meat they had. Highly recommended. The beach near the hotel is rocky, so its better to have swimming shoes.

Wellness, massage, manicure and face treatments were super expensive so we didn't use them. it much cheaper to do it at home (Belgium). The AC, in my opinion was not powerful enough for the gym, it was always very hot in there.

We like that the whole resort was like a city standing on its own. There are a lot of action corners, on the other hand, there is still a lot of free space to build something new. We would welcome, for example, a greater mini golf area, and outdoor yoga/pilates/workout sessions. The breakfast buffet was on a high level. A great portfolio of pools with a nice sea view. Earlier check-in was possible in our case.

Too pricey lunches and dinners in hotel restaurants, however, paying for quality. We would welcome also anything on the middle price level and not eating "all-inclusive". The nearest beach is a little bit away from the main area.

Lots of areas to relax around the pools, terraces, inside hotel & Small beach cove. Excellent variety on breakfast buffet. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Reception efficient and helpful on booking taxis, excursions etc. Option for evening entertainment. Lovely location away from the busy areas, right by the sea but close enough for access to Rhodes town or other resort areas.

Majority of people on resort were all inclusive. Quite pricey to pay as you go and no option to do an all inclusive upgrade. Eg. €30 for evening buffet plus €7.50 glass of wine which we tried one night as we'd been on a trip all day. Would be good to be able to do a buy in to all inclusive on certain days. We liked going out to different places so not a big issue but restaurants are a 15 to 35 minutes walk or taxi to old town Rhodes. Found room door open twice after housekeeping had been but after reception informed this was no longer an issue. No info in reception to say that excursions were available. They were once we asked reception for info.

Everything was amazing. The room for four with a private pool was an excellent idea. There were plenty of good options for breakfast, both cold and hot. The snack bar had excellent food for lunch if you didn't want to go to the restaurant. The pool bar served excellent cocktails. The location was near the sea, perfect and safe for kids to snorkel.

We went in a family trip to celebrated a birthday and let the hotel know this but they don't have any option for decorated small decorated celebration or any detail for the room except a bottle the champagne. It was poorly.

We chose a suite with a private pool and it was absolutely lovely. Certainly one of the nicest hotel rooms I have had the good fortune to stay in. Well worth the money.

There is nothing that I wish to identify as unsatisfactory, for to do so would unnecessarily detract from what is a lovely hotel.

Absolutely Beautiful Hotel we were a family of 6 in 3 rooms Bottle of wine and water and soft drinks in our fridge water replaced daily maids were lovely came to our rooms daily and the food was delicious could not fault it all inclusive is great value for money and the cocktails were very good also it was my Birthday while I was there and the very handsome manger had a bottle of wine on our table and a cake with a candle made my night The entertainment was brilliant especially the lady playing the violin absolutely outstanding I would also like to give Helen in the main Restaurant a very special mention she was so lovely and so friendly and helpful went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed a very lovely lady. The pools were amazing and the small private beach was perfect for my grandchildren to go snorkelling. Our family had the best time and we made lots of very special memories.

Cannot fault it

Since I always read comments carefully and then choose, so I will try to write honest. At arrival we were upgraded to a room with private pool ( semi private 😅) so it felt very good 😊 very nice, polite and friendly staf in every level. Very well organized and everything was working very well. Im very happy with my selection

There isnt any restaurants in walking distance.Pls use some oil or lubricant on the sliding doors 😅 😅very hard to open and very noisy
