Great location next to the airport. Bed was comfortable and the swimming pool was great. Loved the breakfast and the staff.

Very difficult to sleep because the AC in the room doesn’t go lower than 23 degrees, which we didn’t know when we booked. It is apparently a policy of the hotel to “help the environment.” We care about the climate too, but this feels very dishonest, considering they do other things they are terrible for the environment (serving lots of meat, offering single-use plastics, etc). We booked this hotel to catch up on sleep and unfortunately we slept poorly both nights. Even 20 or 21 degrees would have made a huge difference.

This is my first trip to Bali. I made a reservation for this hotel because of the suggestion from my students. That's quite a good choice for us not just cospa but also its location and room quality. This hotel is very close to our symposium and the airport. I walked to this hotel and stayed for at least four days here. In addition, it's also a good experence for me to visit several shopping mall near here. Anyway, thank you Bali, and hotel Kuta Tuban. See you next time.

A/C is a little bit hot. But hotel soon fixed for me.

The location is perfect if you come from the airport and need a place that is very very close to it. The staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast was ok

I didn’t like the treatment I received from the driver (I know that is a third party service but it indeed is partnered with the hotel) The driver charged me significantly more for the airport - hotel route (with Gojek or grab I would have paid 50 %less) And when the day after I informed the driver that I preferred to cancel the reservation with him due to the high cost (he asked me 550k while with Gojek was 125k for the same route) he started insulting me on WhatsApp in a very unpleasant way. I informed the hotel manager that was very sorry and agreed with me that the driver’s request and reaction was not acceptable

I was really really impressed by this hotel. I thought it was a small hotel but it is quite large with a beautiful pool and lots of outside area to sit and relax. We booked for 1 night as it is close to the airport but we could have easily stayed here for the whole time. Rooms were bigger than i thought, extremely clean, free filtered water. 24/7 room service which arrived quick. Friendly staff. Cheap and above value for money. Free shuttle from the airport

There was a tiny bit of light that comes in between the blinds but it was not a big problem at all Shuttle was a bit late but it was free so cant complain

I was arriving on an evening flight and the pickup and drop off shuttle service was really good. The hotel being so close to the airport was great as I had to meet friends flying in the next day. It was a very quick transfer from airport-hotel-airport. The Spa massage was great. Ive been in Bali some weeks and compared to others on the island it is still one of the best and best value Ive experienced. Great job Spa ladies! The pool was great and a decent length to do laps. I valued the pool to stretch and recover after a long flight. The rooms are very nice. The staff are excellent and all up I'd recommend Harris anytime. I looked the herbal health tonic available at breakfast. I'd love to know what it was and how to find it again.

The rooms are a little tired but very clean.

We arrived late and wanted a hotel close to the airport. It’s what I would call a transit hotel - you book it for a night or two just to be close to the airport, sleep and have breakfast after a long flight. As long as you keep this in mind and don’t expect a fancy resort or a 5-star establishment you shouldn’t be disappointed. It was clean and had a decent breakfast. I didn’t like their policy with booking where you reserve the room and they take money from your account, however this does not mean that you have paid for the room. Nay,nay - this is just to guarantee your booking and you have to pay again at the hotel. Meaning they reserve the full sum and then after paying at the hotel you must wait for it to be returned to your account. I would prefer to pay the full sum and be done with it. This whole arrangement makes little sense to me and the customer is burdened by this strange system.

This hotel is very convenient if you are looking to stay close to the airport, the shuttle bus from and to the airport is amazing, only takes 5 minutes. The hotel is fairly new, the staff was always there to help. In my case I arrived before check-in time, and they let me check in early. The room was great, bed was comfortable. In the hotel you have everything- restaurant opened 24hours, restaurant where food was delicious prices were adequate, there is a spa so great option to get a massage after a long flight.

The Aircon in my room was working but it took quite some time for the room to get fresh. The hotel staff was quick to fix it though

It is clean and simple. They also had a very good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is good for when you arrive late at night or have a flight to catch in the morning. It’s closer to the domestic arrival so for international arrivals it is best to take the shuttle.

Perhaps make it easy for people to find out where to catch the shuttle bus to the hotel. It is a good 10 minutes walk and probably not fun if you have just arrived. We had to call from the shuttle and it was near the money exchange outside the airport (the pick up point) but still it would be useful if a direction to this point is sent in an email/message before arrival.

Excellent value for money and very conveniently located for the airport. Super easy and reliable shuttle bus service to / from the airport - ignore any taxi drivers who try and tell you that the shuttle won’t come!! Very friendly and helpful welcome from the staff - they even took me and my luggage to the room! Accommodated a late checkout (6pm) without any issues but for a small charge. Room was spotless and had toiletries, drinking water and tea/coffee facilities. Comfortable bed and spotless linen. Plenty of towels / hooks and plug sockets. Great variety of very tasty breakfast options including lovely coffee 👍🏻 Beautiful, relaxing pool area with a good selection of food and drinks. The Balinese massage I had at the spa was one of the best massages I’ve had and the lady who did it was lovely!

There was a fair bit of noise coming into my room from about 8am but I’m not sure if that was coming from somewhere in the hotel or the surrounding area. Though with such a beautiful, relaxing pool area I had no reason to stay in the room anyway!

What a beautiful place to relax and unwind after a busy trip and before a long flight home. The Staff in all areas were so professional helpful and welcoming. The entire place is just beautiful. Our room was on ground level with doors opening out on to a gorgeous pool area. The little outdoor bar and dining and drinks area was just perfect for after a dip in the pool. Our meal was delicious and cocktails finished off our night perfectly. Our room was so comfy , perfect for a lovely nights sleep. Best part of getting up was the absolutely amazing breakfast buffet!!! Just the most amazing food. Then the free shuttle to the airport only 8mins away. Will stay here every time without a doubt.
