We had a late departure so we used Harris hotel as our transit hotel which was a lovely surprise to find it exactly what we needed before our night flight home. Pool was just beautiful, clean and comfy sun lounges and shade if nee with umberallas. This was exactly what we need as it was really the only time that we could loll by the pool with drink in hand and reflect on wonderful times we had. Happy hour was a bonus and a few of the girls took advantage of a last minute massage. Rooms had everything needed and restaurant for dinner catered for all needs.

Nothing - just ideal as it was....would definitely use this Hotel without hesitation. Location,cleanliness staff 100%

A very comfortable hotel in close proximity to the airport with a regular free shuttle bus. Ideal for a stopover between flights.

Overall no complaints with the facilities. However, the information they sent on where to wait for the shuttle didn't include a description of what the vehicles look like. The meeting point is very busy so we were uncertain of what to expect and as it was late arriving, we thought we had missed it. If you plan to use the shuttle, the vehicles are bright "orange" and clearly marked, so you can't miss them once you know what to look for. I suggested to the staff at reception that this information be added to what they send to customers.

The Harris is a brilliant option if you want to get close to the airport. I’ll stay here every time I depart Bali from now on. We had a pool access room it was fabulous. Quite small but did the job. 3 minutes drive to airport after full buffet breakfast. Absolutely stress free at end of a holiday

The room unfortunately was really dirty. The Orange “hug” pillows were beyond foul. I could literally smell the previous guests sweat on them when I entered the room. They were awful and should be washed after each guest with all linen. The bathroom was also really old & dirty. Filthy under the mirror with toothpaste and the like. The bathroom was so unclean which was a shame.

Great location close to airport. Good size clean room with a lot more extras than I expected. I had a pool side room. It was great to be able to just open my door and jump in the pool. Although it was near the airport it was very quiet. Mini supermarket/dairy about 1 minute walk away on same side so don't need to try and cross the busy road. Restaurant food was delicious and reasonable price. Buffet breakfast had good range of food. Staff were lovely. They even phoned not long after I checked in to make sure everything was OK. Free airport shuttle.

Absolutely nothing. This hotel is perfect.

This is a great hotel if you arrive late at the airport and need somewhere close to stay, it’s only 5 mins away from the airport by far. We just missed the free shuttle by a couple of minutes which was annoying so had to endure the many many locals trying to get us a taxi. Hotel staff are very helpful, and the room is fine for one night, lots of extra amenities in the room which was a surprise but great.

We arranged for transportation to our next hotel with the hotel’s driver and confirmed a price and time, he said he didn’t have anything on today so willing to go whenever we were ready, so we agreed in an hour. When we met at the meeting point it was a bit confusing as the man had disappeared and then another man turned up who spoke little to no English, and we assumed it was his mate that he arranged for him to take us instead!

Great location next to the airport. Bed was comfortable and the swimming pool was great. Loved the breakfast and the staff.

Very difficult to sleep because the AC in the room doesn’t go lower than 23 degrees, which we didn’t know when we booked. It is apparently a policy of the hotel to “help the environment.” We care about the climate too, but this feels very dishonest, considering they do other things they are terrible for the environment (serving lots of meat, offering single-use plastics, etc). We booked this hotel to catch up on sleep and unfortunately we slept poorly both nights. Even 20 or 21 degrees would have made a huge difference.

We always stay at Harris hotel when transiting through Kuta Tuban as it's just across from the airport, has a shuttle service, and the staff, the service and the breakfast are very good. We also like the rooms and the beds are comfy. It has a gym and spa with massage service. The neighbourhood is nice, you can go for walks , to restaurants or to the mall. Everything is easy and handy. Great spot to relax or run errands before continuing to other places in Indonesia.

We are happy with the way it is and they seem to be wanting to improve in sustainability as we were asked to input about what ways they could improve their eco choices. Which is great because I don't like seeing how hotels give single use plastic slippers or toothbrushes.

Location is fantastic! We’ve stayed here multiple times as it’s so close to the airport. The free shuttle bus makes it even more appealing as I don’t have to stress about getting a driver for the quick 5min drive.

I’ve never had any negative feedback as the rooms are well kept, clean and the service is always exceptional. This particular visit I was a little disappointed as there was a strong odor emanating from the bathroom bin. It was as if women’s sanitary products had been in there, and rather than throw the whole bin liner and rubbish out, they emptied the bin and left the original liner in. Aside from this, everything else was great.

This is my first trip to Bali. I made a reservation for this hotel because of the suggestion from my students. That's quite a good choice for us not just cospa but also its location and room quality. This hotel is very close to our symposium and the airport. I walked to this hotel and stayed for at least four days here. In addition, it's also a good experence for me to visit several shopping mall near here. Anyway, thank you Bali, and hotel Kuta Tuban. See you next time.

A/C is a little bit hot. But hotel soon fixed for me.

I was really really impressed by this hotel. I thought it was a small hotel but it is quite large with a beautiful pool and lots of outside area to sit and relax. We booked for 1 night as it is close to the airport but we could have easily stayed here for the whole time. Rooms were bigger than i thought, extremely clean, free filtered water. 24/7 room service which arrived quick. Friendly staff. Cheap and above value for money. Free shuttle from the airport

There was a tiny bit of light that comes in between the blinds but it was not a big problem at all Shuttle was a bit late but it was free so cant complain
