The view was spectacular and the stuff super welcoming. I had booked two double rooms for my family but they proposed us to change (at no cost) to a bigger family view with one of the best views. The swimming pool is very beautiful and the entire property is very well maintained. We have already recommended this place to our friends.

I think we had high expectations on the breakfast but it was ok. The bread was very dry and the toaster didn’t seem to work. Don’t forget to bring swimhats for the swimming pool. There were strict rules about using swimhats we realised when we were already in the water. You can buy them at the property. Some of the sunbeds had a lot of wasps inside and under so just be careful where you sit down.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful location, very comfortable room and everything very clean. The view from the terrace was spectacular including watching 2 red kites hunting for their supper. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the excellent (and free!) Cascate di Saturnia and the desk staff are happy to advise on planning your visit there.

Google maps sat nav takes a slightly exciting route from Manciano to the hotel using unnecessarily narrow and rough roads - no criticism of the hotel for this but, unless you want that sort of drive, just go from Manciano via Saturnia!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room that we had was bright and airy and opened onto a private terrace which was perfect for relaxing. The food, service and ambiance in the restaurant was perfect with lovely views out over the surrounding countryside. There was a relaxed room for breakfast with a variety of foods available on the self serve buffet. The road leading to the property is steep and narrow, so it is exceptionally peaceful. The spa was small and relaxed with a lovely atmosphere.

The resort is perfectly located with a wonderful pool area that offers exceptional views. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The onsite restaurant was excellent (food and drinks at the restaurant were top-notch). Aside from the smell of the toilet water, the room is clean and cozy, and the hotel itself nicely located close to the Saturnia Hot Springs. The sunset views are spectacular!

We purchased drinks at the pool bar (mojitos) and they were non-drinkable. tasted like water and lemon juice. We didn't like that we had to keep separate tabs for the pool, restaurant, and hotel as they are each operated on their own. It's not a such a big deal but it was a bit inconvenient for the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel uses rainwater for their washrooms which is great for the environment but produces an awful smell in the room. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Everything was fantastic, staff were absolutely amazing especially the really lovely girl from Romania who was such a wonderful waitress and person, we had half board and the food was just perfect, the restaurant was in a really lovely location and the hotel had everything you needed only one regret we had was we didn’t stay longer, super hotel would highly recommended

Nothing at all

Absolutely incredibly kind staff. They were curtious and helpful to my husband who has difficulty walking, showed where he could get around comfortably on the property. Handicapped accessible. Pool was incredible, food incredible, (breakfast buffet was SO good) and only 8 min from the Saturnia Hot Springs. Affordable, high end and beautiful, not a combo you find often!

Loved everything

View from room was wonderful towards Saturnia. Breakfast was a buffet, it was good with plenty of choice. Sauna and steam rooms were lovely. The Hot tubs were not easy to start & they lacked Oomph! The Pool was large and clean and set in a lovely garden with great views. The location was 10 minutes by car to the cascade.

I didn't like that the restaurant and breakfast room were both accessed by stairs outside of the main hotel building.

Staff were wonderful! Marco and his front desk and housekeeping staff were the best. Valentino and Antonio in restaurant I can't say enough good about food and service. Ladies in the spa were superb! Hotel was clean, comfortable with everything my wife and I wanted and yes great value and great location. I would recommend and return without hesitation. Most of all I want to mention how responsive and helpful Marco and Valentino were helping me when I drove my car into a ditch by the terme cascade. Far exceeded my expectations getting me out at minimal cost, time or car damage!

One and only issue I had was weather was unseasonably warm during first week of October and pool was no longer in-service. We still could sun bathe or use their outdoor hot tub however.

The hotel is located in the country side, the best Way to reach is by car. The Area is much local, you get the cance to experience the local country side, local Italiens, and are much Close (3km) to the Saturnia hot springs. The personal staff at the hotel including the owner, is sweetest and helpfull staff you Will find! And the hotel speak for it self! Most amazing hotel, beautifull and lovely rooms, great bed & ok bathroom.

Please remember your own gym supplies like elastic bands etc. As the fitness on the hotel only includes a cardio bike. As we were on the hotel sunday and monday where every stores was closed, we couldnt by the stuff we needed, so for the guest, remember to buy all you need before arriving - see this as a tip, and not a complaint.

A gorgeous grand hotel in the hills of Saturnia. Perfectly located to access the natural springs and neighbouring towns of Montemarano and Pitigliano, of which all three were absolute highlights of our two week drive around Tuscany. The rooms are not huge but the beds are comfortable and the views were outstanding! The pool was bathed in sun all day and the restaurant for dinner was fabulous. The staff are 10/10
