Unbeatable location, amazing staff, and honestly, the room met expectations even if it was a little cramped. All I needed was a place to sleep for the night and it provided that. Great value for your money.

Mattress was a little old and saggy in the middle, but if they could get a new mattress, it would definitely move the place to the next level.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff.

The rooms are small but perfectly formed. No space for more than one suitcase and no wardrobe:na typical business hotel, which was fine, but even though the rooms are no smoking, 3 rooms we tried smelt of tobacco, and one those was very strong. We had to change rooms but even the final rooms had some stale cigarette odor. This is especially not good when the room is stuffy before the aircon is put on after returning to the room.

Fantastic location right in the center of Roppongi. Great for a night out down the main strip. The room has everything you need in it. The double bed could fit a couple. Big TV available to watch or stream in bed.

Staff did their best to accommodate English speaking guests, however it seems like the corperate solution is to force English speakers to use a seperate machine to check in instead of talking to a person like other guests were able to. I didn't really mind that much, but it did feel a little less human.

Basically everything was good. The breakfast was quick and surprisingly good. Lots of amenities (apparently standard in Japan) - you don't really even need to bring pajamas! It's very close to the Roppongi train station, which is great. Everything is super clean, obviously.

I only had a few small quibbles. There was a sign in the bathroom that said you needed to keep the door closed while you shower, and the toilet paper was a little thin. Trifles, basically - all in all it was great.

Excellent location. Easy to access. 5 minutes walk from Roppongi station, 10 minutes to Ginza station, 5 minutes walk from the main Roppongi shopping street as well. super convenient. Amenities are good and the room facilities are well maintained and clean.

nothing specifically. Just generally hotels in Japan are very small with little to none walking space after placing the luggage.

Was super accessible and nice and quiet

When we booked it said there was a laundry but we had to go to a coin laundry 5-10min walk away that was super run down a dirty. Walking our dirty clothes through the streets and trying to get enough coins was a super hassle.

The location was excellent...close to Roppongi subway station and heaps of restaurants and bars and convenience stores.

It's an APA hotel so you know what to expect.. Japanese efficiency on a very small scale...no where to keep luggage...not even under the bed in this one.

The room itself was great, I was booking last minute during the golden week, so the price was a little steep

The location seemed great at first, until I was coming back at night. I wasn't aware that the area turns into red light district at night, as a woman it made me very uncomfortable and had a lot of people bother me every night on the way back, obviously not a fault from the hotel. The price was a little high

Great location, 3-5 mins walk for food at any hour of the day, otherwise it's right beside the Roppongi train station. Family Mart and a wine seller is right opposite the hotel. Tokyo Midtown was about 10 mins away, and very good food around (Michelin Bib Gourmand - Iruca Ramen - worth the wait!)

Lack of laundry services, however there was one about 15 mins walk. A little bit more pricier than the other APA hotel in the same area (15 mins away) that has more services, but if you are looking for convenience and access, this is location is better. Room small, but expected for Tokyo, and apparently is a standard package like any APA hotel.

The hotel is just a few steps away from the Roppongi Stn. The room was not well wiped down. I had to clean the dust on the bed headrest as it was very obvious. Like most APA hotels, the 11 sqm room is small but ok for a solo traveller like me.

The front desk staff could not advise me how to fill the form to send luggage to airport via Yamato Transportation. Language was a problem but having different staff giving me different advice means they are not properly trained to provide this service. In the end, I contacted Yamato via email myself and they guided me to the online English instructions for filling up the form.
