The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were just the right size and density, the breakfast was tasty and there were a lot of choices, the staff was helpful and friendly.

We should have been told about all of the extra charges before we got our bill. The $10.00 charge per night for a room on the 6th floor is not acceptable when we were already paying $296.00 per night for the room. Please explain what service we got that warranted this extra charge. Also what do you do with the extra $11.00 plus ( Municipal Accommodations Tax) per night? We realize that things are more expensive these days but the customer should be warned ahead of time. We had stayed at this hotel in past years always enjoyed it and had gotten value as advertised. Things have changed...

Front desk provided accurate info. Very pleasant and acknowledged us during the stay. Breakfast was exactly what we need and more, the breakfast area was well managed, keeping the area stocked up, right up until closing time. Tables kept clean. Those serving in the kitchen needs a special shout out and thank you. Room was stocked and very clean. Location was great. Super nice restaurant near by (Eleven sixty) and not far away for other eating places. We will definitely return. We appreciate you hospitality and thank you for a comfortable stay.

Pool and weight room is small. However, sufficient for 2 nights as we are busy doing other things.

Everything besides the beds and pillows

The beds were absolutely horrible and the pillows. Horrible sleeps. You guys need new mattresses and pillows 100% i loved everything else about the hotel but I could not go back unless u guys got new mattresses and pillows. Horrible sleeps and massive discomfort

The hotel was clean comfy and roomy

In the pictures on booking, it shows that there's a hot tub in the pool.Area. When we got to the pool area, there was no hot tub. That was the main reason we actually stayed there because we wanted a hot tub. The lady at the desk told us. Those pictures must be old because they haven't had a hot tub in five years near the pool. So it's deceiving

Beautiful new modern hotel. Our king suite was very comfortable and pleasant. Staff was welcoming when we arrived. Breakfast was very good with many selections.

Our only complaint was at checkout when the man refused to give us a receipt. Only after demanding it, did he print it out. We prefer to check our balance owed at the facility rather than having to deal with potential problems later.

Overall the room was clean, spacious and comfy, the breakfast was good as well.

We were on the 2nd floor and everytime we stepped out of the elevator we were greeted by a bad smell, almost smell like a toilet or dirty wet carpet that dried without cleaning. The hallways and everywhere else were okay. This is the first hotel I've been to that didn't offer guests complimentary bottled water in the rooms, so it was surprising that water was only available for purchase.

Comfy bed, and it was also nice to have a couch to watch TV so we didn't have to sit in bed. Great hotel breakfast and the convenience of having a kitchenette to make our own tea and coffee was nice.

The bathroom floor was quite dirty and needed to be swept. Also, there was a huge stain on the shower floor that looked like it needed to be scrubbed/cleaned - so we wore our shower flip flops.

Clean, modern, accommodating staff, good breakfast, good location for my purposes

The only thing I did not like was the location of the bathroom in the room, the vanity and the toilet are separated, and the door to the toilet room is right next to the bed and there is no fan, so it makes it very uncomfortable to use the toilet room for obvious reasons

Nice room with kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Breakfast included and cofee available through the day in breakfast area. Good area close to shopping and restaurants and close to Victoria Hospital.

The couch was very hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen needs some refilling of utencils. 1 small pot and 1 frying pan only available. No paring knives, only one huge knife. Some serving spoons. Needs a lg salad bowl.

It was one of the best hotels I have been in. the stile of the suite was very nice and beautiful. two large TV , one in the bedroom and one in the living room was a good Idea. the swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool was a little bit small, but for my kids, it was crazy good for them. They were so excited about swimming in.

The only thing I didn't like was. They do the room service every 4 days, which means you have to do everything by yourself, even the garbage 🗑.
