Rooms are really spacious. Bed and bedding are super comfortable. Tremendous value

The pool was closed at night bc of rain and open in the morning but full of kids. Security is way overboard in the pool area. The view of the Petronas Towers is blocked by a new hotel

Loved our two-bedroom suite! The beds were comfy and the housekeeping did such a great job in making sure our rooms are spotless everyday. A special thanks to Mohammed Anwar!

1) The elevator took forever to arrive and it is always packed with people. 2) Several furnishings were worn out and needs attention or replacement. 3) The hot water doesn’t last long, after 10 minutes, it’s just cold water. Thus, I never had the chance to take a bath. 4) The bathroom near the living room ( not the one in master bedroom) stinks of drainage. 5) Dinner in the restaurant on the 51st floor was horrible despite having to pay a hefty bill.

Welcoming After Midnight Check In: Upon check in, I was greeted with a warm smile from Night Duty Manager, Mr Amirul who had anticipated my arrival and as any other 5 star establishment, he was well prepared. He called me by my name and it felt welcoming, after a long flight from Singapore which was delayed, I felt well taken care of, as he had checked me in on a higher floor as requested days prior, and assigned me to a quiet unit above 30th-50th floor up (C-46). The concierge male staff had my luggages all well placed onto the trolley and we headed to the unit. He was friendly as every The Face Suites personnel and staffs. Picture Perfect: Upon entry into my suite, I was stunned in amazement, the interior and high level of hygiene and cleanliness that was put into focus by the hotel management, was superb. My unit was booked directly with The Face therefore it was exactly as pictured. Flawless cleaning and furniture arrangements, no markings or damages found compared to units booked with a third party as reviewed by other guests. At first I was skeptical but I can confirm to future guests, if you look forward to kind, warm, engaging hospitality by The Face mgmt, if you do value quality and great service, high level of cleanliness, consider booking with the hotel directly like I did. You may have to pay a bit more, but it is worth it. Complementary Room Upgrade: The next day, I had extended my booking for several more days, I called reception and spoke to Guest Relations Manager Mr. Shafiq who was also hospitable and friendly, as I was still tired from my flight the night prior, I asked to be given a bit more time to come down at reception and settle the remaining payment, and I was given a couple of hours after 12pm which had given me the opportunity to rest a bit longer in the afternoon. At 1pm I was given a good news to my surprise, I was upgraded to 2 Bedroom Superior Suite from 1 Bedroom Suite I had booked!

The hotel is generally fine. Room is spacious and clean. Pool on 51st flr has great view but the view to Petronas Tower is slightly blocked. Doesn't exceed my expectation but it's pretty good. Waiting time for the lift usually takes a while. There's no face towel or hand towel in the bathrooms. No comb and shaver provided so be sure to bring your own. For 2 bdrm we got 4 bath towel + 2 for swimming. Location wise, it's quite ok. Nearest mall is Quill City Mall, about 8-10mins walk, have to cross main road, walking area not very convenient. Nothing much there but good enuf for some groceries shopping if necessary and quite a few restaurants. Walking distance to Kampung Baru, same direction as walking to Quill City Mall. Also a cafe and small mart to the left of the hotel but a bit pricey. There are 2 MRT lines, very near but walking there is not stroller friendly. We didn't get the breakfast so can't comment. Was hoping to see a kopitiam/coffee shop nearby but none. Complimentary packets nescafe, lipton tea, white and brown sugar, creamer and bottled water. The washing machine comes in handy but a separate tumble dryer would be better. It's a 2in1 washer/dryer and the washing and drying takes a very long time. You need to set your timing properly if you want to use this otherwise, you will have to wait very long. 1/2 full takes about 4-5 hours to wash and dry.

Very well furnished apartments with all the facilities. Doesnt feel less compared to a hotel and its amenities. The terrace view is amazing. You wouldn't need to visit other touristy towers.

1)The views from deluxe 2bedroom apartments have been blocked due to the surrounding buildings. 2) On request, the staff couldnt allocate us a better view room for 1day also. Water heater works fine but takes a little while to heat. Air con in the master bed feels very less poweful. There is washing machine but no place to dry, maybe they could provide a dryer stand to keep the apartment look more organized 3) pool timings 3days a week begin from 10am, which seems strange.

Lifts take forever so do plan at least 10mins wait specially during peak times We were unable to visit the pool despite using our access card, unable to unlock the door Lobby remains crowded throughout the day & night, maybe because of the festive peak period? Does not look appropriate that staff cleaners should use same lift as guests specially with their trolleys..poor guys! Sometimes they had to wait 15-20mins to get a free lift Iron in the room was defective

I might sound a little spoilt, but I’ve been to many hotels and I consider this to be one of the fancy ones especially considering the price. You are waiting for a while in the reception to be seen, and the staff don’t really help with carrying your bags or finding your room. It is a huge hotel so would be nice to receive some support with your luggage, I am only saying that because it was so nice when most hotels offer you a welcome drink and help carry your bags to the room. I always appreciated it after a long day of travelling. However at this hotel it felt like they didn’t really care.

Our room no. was D23-02, 4 persons fit for that room , 2 bed room apartment , but only one bath room shared by 3 person which is not very convenient. Bed is super comfortable. 24 hours check in / check out service is there. There are other services like LUMA in the ground floor for walk in rate without tourism fee MR10 per day. Location , bed , room size, amenities , I love most. We can order grab food and next to Face style building , there are coffee shop, store (price is 10% more expensive than KL CC cold storage store ) You can prepare your breakfast in the apartment easily , there is a toaster , microwave, stove etc.

Pool is crowded. Gym has minimum equipment I booked through booking.com, which showed USD675 total for 5 nights stay, we paid MR3400 , nearly 8% hidden charges applied Housekeeping calls are always busy. You need to pay tourism fee MR10 per day.

DeepBlue restaurant girl. On 8th Oct about 9pm or 10pm shift and a guy rejected to take our booking of table by the window when i saw the list was not full. She said not all bookings are recorded. She is saving it for someone. They guy said the same. They were at the counter at entrance. Later we met another guy in suit he booked the same table we wanted. THIS KIND OF STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED. Public toilet at the pool was messy n dirty.

This apartment is absolutely FABOULOUS, ready to be photographed all day long, with a breathtaking view from the 24th floor. The pool is great, and the beds are super comfortable. The staff is cool, even helping out in the middle of the night.

The apartment is full of closets and lockers, but none of them have anything inside. It came with just four tea bags, a single small cup of detergent, and no extra trash bags, even though they are replaced daily—completely inadequate for the size of the apartment. There isn’t even a place to hang a towel after a bath. Also, for such a large space, there are surprisingly few power outlets.
