About The room: Very spacious with 2.big comfortable armchairs and coffee table. A huge closet with big corner for hanging clothes as well. Very comfortable bed and pillows. They also had no king size bed and made 2 singles as 1 double by adding a big matress. We couldn't tell there's 2 singles under us. Slept like babies. The bathroom spacious as well with all needed amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower gel. Good quality too). Inside the closer was also a safe and a mini fridge. The view: we had the room 220. It is on the back side, so we were facing the parking. The restaurant: we used the breakfast area only. Great atmosphere, comfortable chairs, everything very clean. The buffet is greatly organized and divided into categories. In the room there're 2 coffee machines, so you won't have to line up for a cup of coffee. During the check in we have only taken a pick of the restaurant where the bar also.is for the dinner time. Nice area as well. The staff: Helpful, friendly, professional and calm. They speak at least English, German, Dutch. The area: very quiet and peaceful. Directly at the end of the promenade. We liked that is a bit distant from the popular beach area, because you can enjoy the beach without the noise and big crowds. The beach is directly across the street. There is also a beach bar-restaurant if you need to buy any beverages. Tractors with mobile fish meal shops or ice cream shops are driving often along the shore, so if you get hungry, pay attention for the bell that rings when they come. It is about 15-20' walk from the centre, where the city really starts. But it's a wonderful path. Very sunny and cheerful throughout the daylight hours and very romantic during the evening with incredible sunsets.

The Location was perfect, just opposite Zandvoort race circuit. The room was large, comfortable and had a sea view. The staff we extremely pleasant and helpful.

The only thing that could have been better was the shower. It was small with a curtain hanging round it. When used water got onto the bathroom floor and made the floor slippery. I think there was enough room to put in a larger shower with a glass wall and door. Plus it needs a grab handle. Most people who ask for a room with a shower are elderly, as we are, and need extra security in slippery conditions.

Bathroom was a bit "run down". Large room but hardly any furniture so it felt like a b'n'b. Beds were made but bins weren't emptied, tea & coffee was restocked & toilet roll wasn't restocked. All of which i would expect from daily housekeeping.

Breakfast was very good. The manager and staff were friendly The hotel room was huge and comfortable The senior bar manager was very special and extremely helpful and very fast!!!

The main person at the Reception (toll and reddish hair, who was very unfriendly from the beginning to the end, made us nothing than being welcomed and did not care whatsoever that I was in a wheelchair and needed support with the enormous amount of luggage we had with us for the 6-week European trip. My wife asked him if he had a problem with us.

Overall our weekend getaway was terrific. The location is amazing, right next to the beach AND a racetrack… which I didn’t know about until we arrived. The hotel and the area were very dog friendly, the staff at reception were also genuine, friendly and professional. The breakfast was also terrific, can’t go wrong with bacon and eggs.

The air conditioning could have been better in our room, it worked but not great. It also didn’t bother me personally, however the shower did leak from the glass wall/door. I felt bad for the cleaning staff and for the possibility of leaking below. I also have huge feet, standing in the shower was an unplanned yet exciting event for me.

COst of items in the shop. Parking was an additional charge, when there was no barrier on the carpark. seems optional. If important enough to charge, its important enough to have a barrier on. In fairness charging additional for parking is a joke... at the prices charged should be incorporated into the price

Excellent 180 degrees view of the beach. Great location for watching race event at Zandvoort race track. Lovely variety of breakfast options at the buffet, complement to the chef for indulging our request for a special omelette. Staff both at the reception and restaurant were all very friendly and accommodating.

I think one of the windows might be slight loose or ajar so heating is coming out, not that it was cold but for saving some energy.

Nicely situated hotel on the beach and amidst the dunes. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday on the Dutch coast. Bike renting at the hotel. Efficient and friendly staff. Complete breakfast buffet is excellent !

Helpful staff, very friendly and welcoming, perfect hotel if your going to the f1 as its right on the doorstep. Our room was a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The single beds had there own room within the family room separated by a bathroom. The view was fantastic and looked out to the beach.

We liked the location right at the beachfront and on the promenade. Also, the breakfast buffet was very big, and no wish was left unmet. Our room was very clean and large.

The room had sort of a vintage touch and wasn't quite as modern in appearance as indicated in the pictures. So this was a little disappointing, in our opinion.
