The hotel is well located near the town and the Lake stage for the Bregenz opera festival.Everything is within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet is ok and the twin room is well set up.

The breakfast room staff and evening reception staff seem completely disinterested and are very slow. When room windows are open, street noise can be quite an issue.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, only 3min walk away from Bregenz Main Train Station and the Coach station. Furthermore, a really short walk away from Lidl if you’re looking to get some groceries or basic necessities, and a really short walk away from the Bregenz Old Town and the Marina. I arrived at the property in the early morning hours, approx. at 5am but despite of that I was still welcomed with a smile by a lovely lady who’s given me a really comfortable and spacious room, #325, far away at the end of the corridor which has given me a really quiet and peaceful night in. Every morning at approx.10am you’re also being welcomed by a housekeeping lady who’s kept my room, bed linen and towels fresh. Thank you!

Communication via email. I’ve sent a special request at the time of making a booking and then additional couple of emails both via Booking.com and to Ibis’ main email ([email protected]), unfortunately with no reply whatsoever. I was worried about my reservation being secured as I’ve booked an additional night which I was not going to use only to be able to check in early in the morning of the next day. Until I physically arrived at the property and was given a room key, I wasn’t sure whether my reservation was still there or was it already cancelled as a no-show from the previous night.

Lovely property. Great stay. Great location My only criticism would be that on check in, the 2 staff on check in completely ignored me for 5 minutes while they finished their conversation. No acknowledgment. No comment to say they would be with me shortly. Just completely ignored me standing in front of them

The breakfast is good. The room is somehow Ibis style with all funtion needed. The location is perfect with minites walk to the railway station and to the lake.

The location is good. But driving there with google navigation is not that easy to reach with one effort. The road is a little complicated.

The breakfast is very good and ample. Offering to make your own waffles was a special treat.The breakfast room is nicely situated.

We intended to have some of the snacks offered but we’re very disappointed when learning the announcement was outdated.They just had not removed it.So, we opted for pizza.Oh no, the oven did not work.A glass of wine then. There was one partial bottle of white wine over, we were told.We left being highly frustrated. Something like that should not happen.

I very much liked this hotel. It was super quiet at night - great sleep quality. AC was working well, it was +27 outside and +19-20 inside. Breakfast was very good and even included salmon. Strandbad (beach area) is 10 mins walk and cable car is 10 mins walk too.

The room was super clean with lots of counter space /storage and the bathroom was great too. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located right next to the train station. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Typical Ibis Standard. You can rely on receiving the standard comfort. Though the lounge area at the reception was small it was comfortable. Friendly staff. Bike storage

There could be racks/stands to chain one's bike. Thieves could walk into the garage easily, although camera surveiled...

The hotel is located conveniently next to the train/bus station and within walking distance of the lake shore and old town. Moreover, there are supermarkets and shops nearby. The check-in/out at the hotel were fast. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Helpful friendly staff. Good Whisky selection at the bar, (compared to most other restraunts in the town). Breakfast room was very open and well lit with natural light. .

Bad ebike charging facilities in the garage. Bar could be made friendlier, although the staff were very friendly and made up for this. Helpful friendly staff.
