It was a good hotel for the area, with decent rooms. Close proximity to the city's historic center. Junior Suite was spacious with a nice double bathroom.

The staff incorrectly booked us a room with queen bed even though we requested two separate beds. They admitted the mistake, but it almost forced us to have kids live on completely different floor. My goal was to have rooms close to each other and not to force two teenagers to sleep in one bed. It was resolved. The hotel is close to a busy street and some of the rooms have windows with a street view. You can hear the traffic. The restaurant was not the best. It was mostly empty. Luckily you can find nice restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel.

Everything about this property is very good except the room air/ventilation.

The air conditioning was not good…the fan ventilation helped pull in cool night air, but you cannot open the windows very far (anti-suicide windows, obviously) …anyway, I found myself waking up at night all sweaty. Such a pity. Everything else was great.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of daily variation. Staff very friendly. Chamber maids were extremely obliging and of cheery disposition. Very friendly bar staff. Great selection of fine cognacs! Location on edge of old town very handy for sites and transport links. Inexpensive taxi fare to railway station.

Traffic noise could be intrusive during the night; seemed to be a number of “boy racers” with vocal exhausts in the vicinity.

The apartment was well-equipped, the furniture, kitchen utensils, decor and linen was immaculate. The apartment was large, comfy, and quiet. The staff are welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was fresh, with plenty of variety.

The gym isn’t as impressive as the rest of the hotel. Some updated equipment would be good

Very nice hotel in general

Not really a place to casually sit for an informal meeting, restaurant and bar was closed so a short walk to a remote from the main building restaurant, snow in hotel car park was not cleared

Breakfast & staff very friendly & helpful

I booked a room for 2 (even though I was alone) and there were 2 small towels in the bathroom. I think a hotel of this class & reputation can afford newer towels and maybe 2 sets

The location is great, quiet but near the city center; room was clean and tidy, bright with proper temperature! Breakfast was rich in choices and tastes scrumptious - love this part the most!

At the moment could not think of anything about negative sides. It was a in general and in details very pleasant stay at Ruben Hotel. Would love to book here once i visit Zielona again.

I stay here frequently when I visit Zielona Góra for work and as always the hotel was great. The staff are friendly, check-in and out was efficient, breakfast is fresh and has a good variety. My room was large, well maintained, and comfortable. The gym is good too!

Thé air conditioning in the room is very loud at night.

Huge size apartment, nicely decorated, very clean, quiet, good temperature, and very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly. The gym was ok, the spa and sauna are a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

Location is good for access to the town and transport routes. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The room was spacious, comfy, and a quiet. The gym was quiet and staff very friendly.
