Upon arrival, it was a pleasant surprise to find a welcome note along with a complimentary bottle of wine. Additionally, water was provided daily, and the bathroom amenities were replenished regularly. It was convenient that the room was equipped with air conditioning and a mini fridge. The room itself was very comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located within a short distance of the station.

Upon arrival, we found a spider in the room. Additionally, two separate sheets were provided instead of one large one, which was less comfortable. There was also noise outside the hotel due to construction work. When the window was open, it was very difficult to sleep properly because of the disturbance.

Amazing experience! We loved our stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. A special touch we truly appreciated was being welcomed with a bottle of wine — such a nice gesture that made our stay even more memorable! We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had such a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived — warm, helpful, and professional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything working perfectly. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough every day. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating. We got two rooms and they made sure they were next to each other, they have gifts to our kids, they arranged taxis to and from the airport and train station, and they helped me arrange late check out as well. It was the easiest part of our trip. The rooms were excellent, with air conditioning on very hot days. Beds very comfortable and showers with good water pressure. The restaurant is excellent and they do room service so we could stay comfortable in our room. Really we felt like royalty the whole time. Thank you!

I like everything from initial communication till automatic gates when leaving the hotel. This hotel is in 15 minutes walking distance from old city central square, restaurant in the hotel is great for a dinner. Breakfast was also reach and tasty. And the most impressive moment is hand-written message with welcoming words and notification about bottle of wine as a gift. The room was beautiful and clean with all required facilities. It's a high level of hospitality, so I'm thinking about new reason for travalling to Poznan just to have such great experience one more time.

Location, room and breakfast was lovely. Extremely nice greeting in room along with a bottle of wine. Hotel were very good organising taxis for us to and from airport.

Just an observation. Housekeeping was not as efficient on the final day prior to our leaving early the next morning. No shower towel left to be used on the floor, no replacement of some toiletries. Dirty glasses and cups left in the room (we washed these ourselves to reuse)

Excellent hotel just a 15-minute walk away from the main square which we did not mind at all as we liked the "build up" to the showstopper. A 12-15 minute walk to the main train station or you can take the tram which is just a two-minute walk away from the hotel. Room was fine. Mattress was firm but not too firm. Perfect. I liked the shower cabin. Not one of those "open concepts" but a cabin with a door you can close. Sensible. Staff members were polite and helpful.

Location - walking to restaurant Nook, although lots of stairs involved:-). This hotel has private parking yard. Live music in the hotel restaurant in the evening. Staff is extremely nice, was helpful with kid.

Your expectations for boutique hotel are somewhat different :-) There are no real queen bed, they are cheating by combining single beds, a gap is severe, at least in room 301 it was :-) You had better check in earlier, because in the evening all parking slots might be taken already :-)

The reception staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms clean, well equipped. Nice complementary package of wine and chocolate. The is a mini fridge, all the cosmetic needed in the bathroom. Very nice breakfast. Easy access to the car park, walking distance to the old town.

Construction works outside of the hotel, although we were provided the earplugs. We didn’t know that the Italian restaurant would be closed for the Christmas , but there was not too long walk to the Old Market

Rooms were very clean and tidy with everything we needed. Parking was easy and convenient. Location was good a short walk to the old town centre and to the river for a nice walk. Air conditioning worked a treat.

The pillows were very soft, it would be good to have a selection of pillow types. There was a lot of building works going on around the hotel which was a shame but didn’t cause us any issues.
