The hotel is within walking distance from the train station, which was perfect for me since I arrived from Berlin by train. The area felt a bit sketchy at first, but the surroundings of the hotel itself are brand new and there are a few nice places to eat nearby. Everything in the hotel looks brand new as well. At first, I thought it was a hostel because the lobby was so lively. People were just hanging out and relaxing, but then I realized it’s simply the friendly atmosphere. The room was spotless. I walked to the old town across the pedestrian bridge. It's about a 40-minute walk, but totally worth it. The food was fresh and tasty. Maybe a bit limited in variety, but that didn’t bother me for a short stay. Overall, I was super happy with this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Moxy Warsaw! The hotel has a great vibe, but what really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to look after an elderly guest in our group with limited mobility, making sure she was comfortable and well cared for throughout the stay. On a particularly hot day, they even offered her a refreshing welcome drink - a small gesture that meant a lot. They also kindly arranged a late check-out since her train was scheduled later in the day, which was super convenient with the hotel being so close to the station. Truly attentive and thoughtful service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming place with a genuine personal touch.

stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a very pleasant experience. Location-wise, it’s super convenient — close to everything you might need. The only small downside is that if you have a heavy suitcase, you’ll need to carry it up a few steps to get to the entrance. The lobby is modern and stylish, a great spot for co-working or just relaxing between outings. Staff is 100/10 — incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They really made me feel at home. The room was small but very cozy and spotlessly clean. A nice touch was the welcome drink of your choice — such a thoughtful gesture. In short, I would have happily extended my stay if not for the mattress, but apart from that, everything — from the peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness to the amazing team — was truly top-notch.

One drawback for me personally (and potentially for others with back sensitivity) was the standard Marriott-style firm mattress. I think it would be a great idea to offer a few softer toppers upon request for guests who need extra comfort. That would really make a difference.

It's a nice modern hotel within walking distance from the Warszawa Wschodnia train station. That was actually one of the main reasons we picked it. I liked the facilities, the staff were welcoming. Early check-in wasn't available but we were offered tokens to store the luggage in individual spacious lockers in the lobby.

The hotel was actually a bit hard to locate despite the pictures. Maybe we were just really tired from the long sleepless trip, but we walked around the building quite a bit. Basically, you walk about halfway past the brick building, and there it is, on the basement floor. There's actually a big neon sign above the entrance 😁🫣, but somehow you can't see it from the street in the daylight unless you know where to look.

I had the best experience at this hotel, with its lively atmosphere, convenient location near the city center and stadium, and the large creative complex right in the hotel courtyard featuring exhibitions, cafes, and concerts. The rooms are clean, with modern showers, comfortable chairs, and a great view from the window. The staff is very courteous; I had a question for the reception and the reservation department, and everything was resolved quickly and kindly. One of the most important components of success is the hotel staff, and here I can only give high marks. I don't eat breakfast in the mornings, so I can't comment on the breakfast itself, but I can appreciate the creativity of the breakfast area - it's just fantastic! It seems this hotel is always looking for interesting ways to pleasantly surprise guests and make their stay enjoyable. I wish the team continued success! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I have already stayed in Moxy hotel in Paris and this time I was travelling with my son and choose Moxy as well. Great location, very close to the train station , nice area around, planty of cafes , shops. Very good breakfast. Еhe staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is cozy, with everything you need. Perhaps a small minus - the lack of at least a small refrigerator. Otherwise, everything is great. I recommend Moxy hotel.

From the moment you enter the lobby there is a pleasant, calming aroma that made us feel welcomed. All the staff were attentive and professional in a relaxed vibe. We both enjoyed the neighborhood, outside of the tourist center but nice walking distance. The proximity to train station was convenient too. Lobby is spacious for remote work. Overall, everything we were looking for without unnecessary frills, which kept the rate reasonable. Loved it !

This is probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to, some highlights are the design of the lobby and the rooms, especially we loved the lighting, the location couldn’t be better, and the cleanliness was also great! We found the mattress a bit too firm and upon request, we got a mattress topper which made it better.

The biggest minus is the pillow, you only get one, and is not too comfortable, it would be great to get other options, like most Marriott hotels offer.

The room was great: spacious, clean and aesthetically great. The staff was professional and friendly and they gave us a voucher for a free drink/beer at the hotel bar. The area around the hotel (Koneser) is really nice, with restaurants, a vodka museum, shops and a gym. Right outside there is a bus stop and you can also reach the eastern train station (Warszawa Wschodnia) on foot in 10 minutes. They allowed us to check-in early. I would surely consider coming back to Moxy on another trip to Warszawa.

The staff were incredibly friendly. From the moment you're greeted at the front desk, to the moment you check out, they're always smiling, always approachable, and were always happy to help with any enquiries that they can. The location is so easily accessible, with a bus stop right outside and a train station about 5 minutes away.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like about the place.
