Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Room was lovely and the adults only pool was tranquil. The perfect place to relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Strange pricing structure. 8.45 euro for a beer at the sun lounger (+ optional service charge) or 6.45 euro (+ optional service charge) if you sat at the same bar the drinks were being made at for the pool servers? 5.45 for a diet coke is also very steep. I think pricing should be consistent across the resort maybe I would expect/be ok to pay more at the beach club. Air con in bedroom was a little bit inconsistent across the 3 nights despite not changing the settings.

Loved the location of the hotel and the suite we had was gorgeous, with a lovely view over mature gardens. The adult only pool was really nice and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a meal at the restaurant Seen which had fantastic food and a great view. (when you book ask for a sea view)

We had half board and this included Gusto restaurant evening buffet. It is very busy and the food is pretty basic. Not 5 star food.

We really enjoy our stay at Tivoli. Our room Premium Double with Partial Ocean view was spacious and comfortable with the big balcony. It was ocean front, but on the 3rd floor, still the view was amazing. The breakfast is great and varied. SEEN restaurant is something special with a great view. Around the hotel it is quite calm area, which we enjoy. 15 mins away there is a nice village - La Caleta with a few restaurants with a spectacular view (better reserve in advance). I loved everything, but a few tips, which would make our stay even more amazing: - changing table at wc in public area - extra furnitures on the balcony: our balcony was so big and nice, for sure it was possible to put a small sofa and a drying stand for swim suits (it does not dry in the bathroom so quick).

We had suite which had fabulous views and large bedroom and bathroom along with good sized lounge and balconies. Pools were lovely and clean with great service available for food & drink. We dined in both the Japanese restaurant and SEEN Beachclub and really enjoyed. The NYE party was the best part of our stay. The location is good as you can walk to plenty of other restaurants too especially in La Caleta.

The spa wasn’t open but this didn’t affect our stay too much as the rest of the hotel is lovely with heated pool etc.

Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were all smart and cheerful, and it was evident that they were well-trained as they knew who we were wherever we walked. The hotel had a lovely touch with a drawing for our baby moon, which made us feel very welcome. The fresh juice and coffee at breakfast were excellent, and the pool was a highlight with its two parts - saltwater and soft water. The hotel's interior design was Instagram-worthy, with a fantasy theme that added to the overall ambiance. Overall, the hotel was stylish, new, clean, and flawless. We will definitely be returning in the future, especially with our baby.

However, we were unaware that parking inside the hotel was free, which was a bit of a missed opportunity. We ended up parking in front of the hotel instead. It’s convenient for us though. Last day we knew it, so we parked in the hotel finally…… Our room was spacious, and the duvet and mattress were incredibly comfortable. Despite a minor issue with flooding in the shower on our last day, the handyman quickly fixed the problem within a minute, which was a bit strange but efficient. I wish to know the brand of the duvet and sheet .

We stayed at Tivoli La Caleta for 12 nights, and we had a fantastic experience! The property is completely renovated, everything is new, sparkling clean and beautiful. The property itself is admirable. It's almost like a little tropical garden within and all around the buildings. I really liked how they kept and maintained a lot of greenery and nature. Unlike the rest of the South, this area is quieter, and the resort itself offers a nice, laid back, tranquil and relaxed vibe, which we loved. They had a very tasteful selection of entertainment on some of the days, but very unobtrusive and pleasant. There are multiple restaurants and a beach club at the property. They are all very well managed and offer a good variety of food and drinks. All the pools were very clean and heated. The personnel was very nice, and everyone was always ready to help with anything. We felt really safe and in good hands the whole stay. They would go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. There were a few tiny hiccups we noticed in the consistency of the service from time to time, but that is in no way to say that they did anything less but a fantastic job. They are simply humans and working hard! I have rarely seen Guest Relations work so well at any property and actually be close to all guests, genuinely caring and listening. The breakfast experience was also very impressive, especially with how busy the restaurant was at breakfast, and they still managed to offer an excellent breakfast along with sufficient attention by the personnel. Kudos to the whole team at Tivoli La Caleta, I hope they keep it up and till next time! 👏

Beautiful hotel, even better than the pictures make it look. Staff were excellent, all very accommodating and made you feel important. Multiple great pool areas to choose from - we liked switching between the main pool which has some good chilled house music on the afternoon and then the quieter adult pool. Food was great from the breakfast selection , to the pool side restaurant (guilty) which has a fantastic selection (must try the vodka rigatoni!) and then exceptional dinner restaurants with Seen and Yakuza were the food was amazing . Location also great. Can take a lovely stroll along the beach front to other bars and restaurants. We really loved our stay and hope to be back!

Bed was a bit hard for our liking but was ok

The staff were polite and attentive. The mini bar has lots of options. The room service was very good. The balcony was amazing. The room is clean and spacious with ample closet space.. The adult pool was lovely. I'll return. Far exceeds H10 next door in almost every aspect.

I wish it could be easier to book spa and beauty treatments, perhaps online. I couldn't connect to the WiFi from my room. A nice gentleman came to help me, but we couldn't figure it out. The buffet breakfast was so-so in terms of taste. Lots of options however and the service was nice. I wish Yakuza had been open the night I stayed.

We stayed for 4 days to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me organize a special surprise, they decorated our room beautifully and even arranged for a bottle of wine. They also helped set up a lovely dinner at the beach restaurant with live music, which made the evening truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is new, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The grande buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. everything we tried was fresh and tasty. We also had dinner at the fish restaurant one night, and it was just as amazing. The staff there were so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!
