The hotel is in a quiet location, close to the Sants station, Entenza Metro station and a few Bus Stops. The bed in my room was comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Internet worked fine. There was even a complementary bottle of water in the room. The air-conditioner worked fine. Besides the usual shampoo and soap, they provided conditioner and body lotion too in the bathroom. At breakfast, I got what I needed as per my food preferences. They have place to store your luggage, if you need.

There were some strands of fine hair in the bathroom, from the previous guest, which I understand can be missed but still, they can be a bit more careful with the cleaning. The furniture in the room is a bit dated but for a short stay, it doesn't really matter.

Perfect solution for a budget holiday in Barcelona, close to Entenca and Sants Estaciò metro stations, it's easy to reach the city center and the main attractions of the city. Confortable room, even though the bathroom is a little small (in our standard room). Breakfast is ok, both salty and sweet food, even if the choice was not so wide.

If I have to find something "wrong" I would enlarge the selection of food and beverage for breakfast, it was a little poor and the only option available for hot beverages was coffe (espresso or americano) and tea.

This was a great hotel in Barcelona. We were greeted by the lovely Raul, who explained everything nicely as well as give us a great guide of the city. The room was clean and spacious, and the Bathroom facilities were just the same. The Breakfast included was a continental breakfast with a variety of options. I also appreciate the little cake they provided for my wife's birthday. Great place to stay, close to the metro an about 20 minutes to the main attractions in the city.

A couple more sockets would be good

I stayed for one night at this hotel in Barcelona and was left with a very good impression. The room was clean and comfortable, which is highly appreciated. However, it is a bit far from the main attractions, which can be a bit difficult for visitors who want to explore the city. During my stay, I noticed an older employee at the reception addressing a new employee in an inappropriate manner. He even apologized to us for her behavior, which I found unnecessary as she did nothing wrong - she was just a bit slower than him in her work, which is completely normal for someone who has just started. I believe that new staff deserves support and understanding during the learning process and not to be subjected to unnecessary comments. Despite this, my stay was pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to those who value cleanliness and comfort.

Staff very professional and helpful.. Our room had absolutely everything we were promised and more, bathrobes, slippers, we even had complimentary toothbrushes and shaver which i never had in any other hotel, even with 5 stars.. But my respect must go to the cleaning lady which was absolutely incredible, lady didn't speak english and absolutely refuse to not clean our room.. even when we said its ok, we don't need today, after we came from our daily sightseeing our room was brand new.. im just sorry we didn't see her on our last day so we can tip her for her amazing hard work and effort.. staff made an appointment for our taxi to the airport, which was Saturday night (very busy) and our taxi was there on time.. Allowed us to take plate and some cutlery to our room, used microwave.. no complaints, everything was really what they promised..

Price i feel was a bit to much for september but what can you do..

Big room, lovely breakfast, great air con, friendly staff, lovely quiet residential neighbourhood, 5 mins walk from the metro, easy to access Barcelona. Midday check out, breakfast until 10.30 weekdays, 11am Sunday.

Could do with more tables at breakfast, we had to wait for people to leave before we could sit down at peak time on Sunday morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good location with good restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Simple, yet adequate breakfast. Roomservice was good.

The room temperature was not okay, a bit too hot. The airco was only making noise, but hardly blowing any cool air. We slept with the window open, which helped a bit.

Very friendly and very helpful staff. They even accommodated my request for a small birthday surprise for my partner which he really appreciated! Whenever we needed help with something, the staff were willing to help and accommodate. The hotel is great for quick trips because we mainly just needed somewhere to shower and sleep as we were out pretty much all day for the whole weekend. It was nice to come back to a comfy bed, clean space, reliable AC and wifi connection. Very easily connected with public transport as well. Clean and also eco-friendly room, and I really appreciate the amenities that came with the room (high quality hair dryer, all toiletries, etc). Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so easy and comfortable!

Better shower pressure would have been nice but that is me being very pedantic (!)

That was the most comfortable bed that I ever slept on. It was like a cloud. But the true MVP of this hotel was the staff. You know how one joyful person in the morning can bring you so much positivity - that was the lady at the restaurant in the morning. The reception guys are super heros! Very kind and always willing to help.

That we had to leave! We gonna miss this place.

The position of the hotel was convenient for access to most areas and not to conjested by to many tourists. The breakfast was just adequate for being able to visit the city and enjoy the flavours that this city has to offer.
