Great hotel and facilities didn’t disappoint as a 4 star . Size of the hotel was perfect especially being all inclusive, Some additional restaurants gave you a paying option to eat if you wanted a break from the main all inclusive restaurant . Hotel was spacious and clean , so although busy you certainly were not on top of each other . Access to beach club was great although no food available there and was a distance from our hotel at the top of the hill, which having visited one of the sister hotels situated across the road from beach club we noticed it had more regulations around the pool area our hotel definitely suited my boys needs better mini golf they were allowed inflatables in pool and soft balls , sun beds weren’t really an issue . Food option at lunch repetitive but suited children Evening meals varied by themes each night and you could turn up 5 minutes before closing still plenty of fresh food being replenished same at breakfast . Room good size for the four of us , nice balcony and bathroom had separate shower and bath have to say water pressure was great and good hairdryer 👍 Small kitchen facilities in room, but no kettle boiled water in saucepan when needed but could always get milk and hot water from the piano bar in the hotel. Plenty to keep children entertained outside and inside . Would definitely return at the right price 👏 well done .

Everything! Hotel polynesia is beautifully designed and feels amazing being here,, great variety of food every day, fun activities for children and adults, the animation team works very hard all day and put on a good show at night too The beach club is a big plus and makes the place extra special so all in all it's a wonderful experience

Not a big complaint but some of the cleaning staff do a better job than others, just a little more attention to detail will make it unnoticable when a different person has cleaned the room

Cleanliness and Orderliness: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and order. Rooms and public areas were always tidy and spotless. Staff Behavior: The majority of the staff were very polite, professional, and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Variety and Quality of Food: The variety of food served at the restaurant was excellent, and the quality was top-notch.

Pillow and Bedding Quality: The quality of the pillows and bedding did not meet the expectations one would have from a hotel of this caliber and could be improved. Behavior of One Staff Member in restaurant: Unfortunately, the behavior of one restaurant staff member (a gentleman) seemed somewhat discriminatory, which was unpleasant. It is hoped that management will address this issue.

The Polynesia hotel was truly spectacular with incredible scenery both inside and out. The open space with the trees, fountains, and bridge gave it a tropical rainforest feel. Our room had a view of the hills and a side view of the sea so best of both worlds. The kids loved the kids club and mini disco giving them lasting memories of their family holiday. The kids have been asking Alexa to play all the songs and doing all the dances after returning home. Food was a good variety everyday meaning even the most fussy eaters in our family could find something to eat. Would I use this hotel again…ABSOLUTELY 100%!!!

My only disappointment was the water park being closed for the season but understandable based on it being February.

The pool area was fantastic loads of entertainment for adults and kids all day also hot food ,snacks and drinks all day. Brilliant entertainment for kids in the evening and shows everyday for adults. A decent waterpark close by with a bus going to every 10mins . Lovely beaches a 10-15min walk from hotel very easy to get to. Very clean hotel with most staff being very friendly.

It was supposed to be a no smoking hotel but no-one was enforcing this. Bit on the expensive side to book all inclusive. Pool was a bit chilly but it's early summer. Not much else to dislike.

I liked that the beach club water park is exclusive to the park guests and included in the all inclusive price, not sure if it is with other packages, you can also eat and use the bar with an all inclusive band. Good amount of facilities for all the family and open at different times of the day to keep the young ones amused throughout the day. Plenty of activities staff and plenty of activities throughout the day for them to join in with. The spa was included with our stay again not sure if it is with the other packages. Plenty of food for the set meal times but we went off season so there wasn't an abundance of choice, still plenty of choice even off season.

You can't use the food facilities at the other hotels even with an all inclusive band, not sure why it makes a difference, or the spa. You cannot use the all inclusive after your check out time of 2 pm unless you pay.

It's one of the most impressive and high valued resort I've ever stayed. The place is gigantic spread across 7 floors out of which 5 are rooms and 3 floors used for reception, restaurants, bars, children activities, spa, sauna, beauty treatments, cinema, and many many more. It's like a huge, super luxury Palace that we couldn't even explore in 5 days and continued to surprise us every day. The interior decoration is eye popping. There's a huge interior lake on floor -2. There are numerous waterfalls and fountains all over the other floors that are matched with huge chunky wooden pillars and countless glass lifts rising from all corners of the floors. It's so easy to get lost in this dreamworld of perfection, superior interior and opulance that you feel that you've arrived at another dimension. Thank you Polynesia for making our special occasion extra special.

2 smaller points though. The description says beachfront. This resort is far away from beach. In fact the resort is on top of a hill. There's a road and railway line one needs to cross to go to sea shore, that too its rocky seas, not beach. Another point is the nearby access to water park and many restaurants are closed. So basically if you are visiting not in summer then your choices are limited. This should be mentioned.

The facilities are outstanding. Employees are very friendly and professional. The view from our room was phenomenal. The beach club was amazing.

We weren't told that we could upgrade to premium drinks, even though we'd booked all-inclusive. They didn't tell us about the childcare centre or explain how to book the other two restaurants available. The employee only asked to take photos of the information. Something that a 4-star hotel should be more attentive to its customers. The towels in our room were old and torn. The bed sheet when changed was stained. Definitely not the attributes of a 4-star hotel.

Helpful friendly staff, loads of choice at meal times, we stayed at a junior suite it was spotless and housekeeping were in every day

No shuttle bus from main gate up heartattack hill to hotel polynesia as season was over...I think a half hourly/hourly bus up and down would be a great addition.

We had a nice stay, my kids enjoyed the pool and activities, reception staff, kids club and pool staff were helpful and courteous

The room attendant the day of departure opened the door at 11h55am and was rude to us when she came back after 20 minutes she was very upset and reminded us in very bad way that the check out is at 12h00 we were almost done but her way was far from an employee working in hospitality industry
