Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool overlooking the beach.

We had been assigned an accessibility room purely by coincidence not request. Although it was great to have such a huge shower area there was nowhere to hang a towel in there so you had to come out of the shower.room dripping to get your towel. We had to ask 3 times for a kettle and cups for the room. It's a good 45 min walk into old Cadiz town. We would have stayed in the old town if we'd been able to find suitable accommodation. The city beach is actually beautiful. However the huge stretch of beach along the peninsula is beautiful and the hop on hop off bus proves invaluable as it goes all the way out to the hotel .

The hotel is very centrally located. The staff at the reception was welcoming and nice. We had double room without sea view, perhaps the most basic option. The room is well decorated and spacious. The bed is comfortable, we also had a nice terrace to sit on but the view is on another hotel.

There is no kettle or coffee machine. The motion activated light at the entrance was disturbing during the night if one person goes to the loo another one wakes up from suddenly turning on lights. There is parking but it’s not free for the hotel guests, we paid €18 per night.

Location is brilliant - literally on the beach with wonderful views along the beach and out to the ocean. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with lots of choices and wide selection of foods. The hotel itself is modern and immaculately clean with helpful and friendly staff throughout and a great atmosphere of calm. A delightful place to stay.

Only criticism was the allocation of sunbeds on the pool deck. It was clear the perennial problem of guests "reserving" sunbeds and then disappearing into town is alive and well at the Cadiz Bahia, we witnessed at least two groups who had "reserved" their spots and then disappeared from the pool area for several hours preventing others from using them - very inconsiderate and maybe something the hotel could police more effectively. Otherwise, there was literally nothing to fault.

The hotel is perfect for staying in Cadiz! It’s in front of the beach! The breakfast is perfect! The room is large with balcony overlooking the sea and the hotel is newly and beautifully decorated!

A Relaxing Beachfront Escape with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at Hotel Cádiz Bahía and had a truly relaxing experience. The hotel is beautifully located right on the beach, with a serene Bali-spa theme that adds a calming touch to every corner. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the entire property feels thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The buffet breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with something for every taste. The pool area was another favorite spot of mine, offering a peaceful atmosphere and a stunning view of the ocean. We did have a small incident with a water leak from the room above, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, moving us to a new room and even sending a kind gesture the next day, which we really appreciated. If I had one suggestion, it would be to include slippers and robes in the rooms, especially given the spa theme—it would have added that extra touch of luxury. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside getaway in Cádiz. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great hotel in a brilliant position on the beach and close to some lovely restaurants. The centre of Cadiz is a 40 min walk away, or the number 1 bus takes you there in 15 mins and they run until late. Cabs also easily available and cheap. Staff very attentive and the hotel spotlessly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

My only slight gripe would be that the rule against towels being used to reserve sunbeds for more than 40 mins wasn't enforced very often (I only saw one set of towels removed once during our 7 day stay and lots were regularly 'reserved' by guests for hours on end and not used during that time). But apart from that, everything was really great.

Rooms good but style over function obvious in places. e.g. phone next to bidet, no soap. Bed comfortable, private patio with loungers with our sea view room. Cleanliness and obliging staff. Location on sea front. The pool bar was pleasant and food was good. The pool area was opened at a certain time by a staff member and this prevented the blocking of beds. Also during our stay there was more than enough loungers around the pool.

On b&b. The buffet area is very small for the size of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was the same every day with few cold meats, cheeses and courgettes, tomatoes and olives mostly. The supposedly HOT breakfast was usually barely warm, even cold as my baked beans were on 3 mornings. Also 2 large trays of fried eggs that were cold before they were empty and often the second tray was under the bacon sign and there was no bacon. I tried 3 times to get a hot breakfast but there was no bacon. Plenty of cold eggs and beans. This buffet really lets the hotel down. IMO it would barely rate 2 stars and we are in a 4 star hotel. In this huge hotel they do not have a quiet lounge bar were you can sit and relax with a drink or play cards etc.

Location of the hotel and the view from the room was so nice. Spacious room, comfortable bed and very clean. They supplied a kettle so we could have some hot drink in the room, which was bonus. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A plenty of choice for the breakfast, also a beautiful view from there. Lot of restaurants and bars, nearby walking distance.

The only slight down side: You get charged each time you take a car out(18 euros a day), so we left our car there and took a bus(No.1, 1 minute walk from the hotel, it takes you to Plaza de España) to explore the old city centre which is walkable, only 1.10 euros each ( each way). It would be easier and maybe cheaper than taking your own car.

Huge hotel. Beautiful big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a family of 3. Great pool area. Well organised breakfast room with really good choices.

There was nothing I didn’t like bout the hotel. The bit I did not like was the location is a resorty area. Lots of chain restaurants within minutes but if you are a foodie these choices won’t impress you. Cadiz is 45 minute walk or €7 cab ride. Cadiz is very run down and a lot of premises closed down or shut up so it was a bit disappointing but this is nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was the saving Grace to the destination and we were happy to hang out there.

Very was cold pool, access from beach could be easier to get back into pool area .. u have to go back to front of hotel and walk though reception soaking wet .. food looks great but we are vegan , we did request this before we came ( just breakfast) .. they did make us up a bit of salad and some berries but it was nothing compared to the variety everyone else got .. we didn’t expect much but a bit more effort would have been nice - we had to buy stuff in supermarkets and bring to breakfast to add to the very limited options for us
