There was always a good choice of food for the 3 meal times of the day, and that was our opinion others may differ but you have to remember your abroad and food differs in other countries. Cleanliness of the rooms was very good and the cleaners worked very hard as did all the staff.

Unfortunately like all hotels abroad there are never enough sun beds for everyone so some people may get turned off by this, but the hotel has a good policy in place whereby a member of staff walks around the sunbed area in the mornings and removes towels left on sunbeds left unattended.

Excellent stay, nothing too glamours but great for what we paid to stay a week during January Staff was friendly and readily available to help whenever we needed. Breakfast was good - again don’t except 5 stars but plenty of options for a continental/ international breakfast Location was excellent! close to the beaches and many lovely squares nearby, supermarkets & restaurants. Gym next door for 20 euros per week, also did the job! very convenient for morning workouts

unfortunately there was some road works been carried out outside during our stay. It didn’t bother us but for those with mobility issues it could be a problem One thing we didn’t appreciate was the noise during the evening made by some guests during the entertainment/ specially young which meant there was lots of all inclusive drunk people until 22:00-23:00 most nights shouting.

The location and staff are amazing. The entertainments guy demi is brilliant. Always smiling and a great singer for evenings around pool bar. The pool is plenty big and the manager is on guard in morning to take up towels that have been put on sunbeds pre breakfast. So that doesnt happen. The food is fresh and the chef actually cares. Fully inclusive costs little and the pool bar will make cocktails. Bedrooms are all close to pool. We stayed in 116 and its on ground level and ideal

Not much not to like. No air conditioning but a portable fan is in bedroom. I asked for a bath but no plug????? Don't bother with bath request

Excellent VFM, lovely apartment and food good. Location approx 5 mins to the lovely beaches. Best beach in my opinion by the Sheraton Hotel. Natalia on reception was excellent too.

The bathroom could do with updating but I understand there are improvements being made, this had no detriment to our stay though. Again, no fault of the hotel but there are roadworks just outside the complex so be aware.

The property was very beautiful, the blue and white theme was quite Grecian. It’s location was brilliant, 10 mins from the beach, 5 mins from the town. Staff were brilliant, so helpful and charismatic, breakfast had a great variety and was tasty.

The decor in the room was a bit dated, the toilet brush was disgusting, had poo on it, maybe more attention to detail with that would’ve been appreciated.

The rooms were clean and tidy, staff were very helpful, a good choice of food every day from snack bar and restaurant

The day time entertainment could be improved. Some games were offered which we took part in, however a kids club and disco were advertised but did not happen. This is no reflection on the hotel itself

We just got back from a three night stay. Got to say the food was lovely and there was plenty to choose from. The location is fantastic but the best thing about this hotel is the staff, everyone so friendly always greeted with a smile by all and Carlos was great fun. Thank you all we will be back

Very friendly staff, from the reception, breakfast servers, entertainment organization, etc couldn't be more helpful. Nothing was any trouble. Nice & clean Breakfast was excellent

The only thing wrong with the hotel, was it is slightly dated, But very clean.

I liked the location and also the patio instead of a balcony, the rooms are clean , beds ok the bathroom was clean with a decent shower...The pool area was good...all in all it is a decent value for money hotel with nice staff...I would stay again

Room 119 behind bar wouldn’t like to be in there if place was full and karaoke going full blast. Furniture tired but for price was good
