Location was good just walking distance from the beach. Checkin was super easy even when there’s no one in the reception. Breakfast has a good spread of things. The pool is really nice and it’s the only rooftop bar in Can Picafort with amazing sunset views.

For the price paid this hotel needs an iron in the room and a coffee machine or a kettle. There’s a little fridge which is nice but nothing else. Bedding was just a duvet cover without duvet. Breakfast starts at 8:30 so before that there’s no way to get any coffee or tea. The bar is in the same place as the pool. Bar closed on Tuesday so that means no guests from the hotel can use the pool on Tuesday.

We didn't book breakfast. We asked about vegan breakfast but it only seemed that fruit would be available for a vegan breakfast and at €13 it wasn't a good deal. There was no further offer to cater for our dietry needs unfortunately.

There was no rooftop bar as advertised and the "pool" is only 70cm. I think this should be made more clear. We stayed in a room with jacuzzi on the balcony. It was good, however, if all jacuzzi rooms were being used the hot water was in short supply if everyone wanted to fill their jacuzzis at the same time. Paying extra for the jacuzzi room one woukd expect enough hot water for all on demand.

The location was very convenient. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Lovely roof terrace with great views. There was a pool however not deep enough to swim in. Handy to have pool towels provided.

There was no kettle in the room but you could get drinks downstairs. Even though the shower was powerful it leaked over the floor. We had to use a towel to prevent a slip hazard. The reception was informed.

air con wasn’t working on full and it was difficult to set it up, luckily we didn’t spend much time in the hotel so we were fine with it

I loved the location and the views. Very beautiful and very spacious room with spacious bathroom and terrace. We had our own hot tube and kingsize sun bed in the terrace, room equipped with a tv, coach, two extra seats, a coffee machine with variety of coffee capsules and a mini fridge with complimentary bottles of water - how thoughtful! We also had extra towels for the terrace. The staff I came across was very friendly, professional and welcoming. 100% recommendations

We loved our deluxe room with the hot tub and the cleanliness/comfort was super! The staff were very welcoming and helpful also.

Some more toiletries could have been provided and a QR code in the room to order drinks. Except this, our stay was perfect!

The hotel is located close to marina and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is available at the restaurant right next to the hotel. Rooftop pool is opened up to 10 p.m. which is great.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous, we couldn’t fault it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is fab when you do leave the hotel but it also has great amenities on site if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend the rooms with private hot tub, extremely spacious. Our meal in the restaurant was fab and service upstairs in the Sky Lounge excellent. We were supported with taxi and table bookings elsewhere whilst enjoying their pool and fab cocktails. Lovely place!
