Very clean, all staff very polite, most speaking English, rooms good size, loads of hot water, all inclusive meals / drinks worth the money. Plenty of choice at meal times, never short of food. Small cups for tea / coffee, would recommend you take a mug. Daytime & evening entertainment provided, lots of line dancing. Good location for exploring Denia and surrounding areas. Alicante City, Calpe, Gandia all worth a visit. Good walking routes in hills nearby giving great views.

Nothing to dislike. Parking at hotel a bit expensive but out of season, loads of street parking near by.

The location was excellent. We are a retired couple visiting a friend in Denia. The beach and some restaurants walkable. Town is not too far for a walk. It is very family friendly—as is Spain in general. The pool has fun kid stuff. Recommend if traveling with kids.

Personally we prefer quieter stays but didn’t mind the kids. our balcony overlooked the pool so we could see when the best time to swim was. clean and nice. nothing to complain about. the food isn’t worth the cost in their cafeteria but the convenience for bfast might be worth it.

The hotel was very clean and the food was lovely; there was so much choice and it was of excellent quality. I ate too much, I couldn't help it!!! The family rooms are a great size and very comfortable. They were kept very clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. They spoke English and Spanish with us. Francisco really looked after us. He is a great addition to the team. The evening entertainment was very good. The facilities, including the children's play park with trampoline, slide and ball pit were a great touch. We really enjoyed the pool and my daughter loved the children's slides.

It didn't affect us, but I noticed long queues for the dining room if you didn't go down as soon as they start serving. We always went for breakfast at 8 and lunch at 1 so as I say, this did not affect us. The family rooms do not have a balcony or terrace and that would have been good, especially for drying towels. However it might be a safety thing for children (as it's a family room) and it was good knowing my daughter couldn't fall off it! There was no room in the car park because I think the hotel was full, however this did not matter because there was parking in the streets around the hotel and at the rear. In any event we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!!!

Lovely hotel but needs a little bit of a freshen up as it is looking a little tired. Staff were lovely and very helpful which was great especially as we was going through a difficult time. The on site , facilities looked great but we didn't use them. The is lots of things close by and lots of places to eat and drink. Breakfast was great to so much choice.

It was quite a nosiey as you could hear the people next door. The bed was a little uncomfortable but that is probably more because it was very soft which I am not used to. The pillow was uncomfortable but we spoke to the reception and got different ones which were good.

Breakfast was supposed to be continental however full English was also on the menu. We paid extra to upgrade to full board. Plenty of choice , food always hot and tasted delicious. Room was clean and shower brilliant. Pool was clean , only complaint was they were renovating pool area and it was very noisy for duration of our stay.

Last day was spoilt by noisy newcomers who had no respect for pool area. Played loud music and took over pool and intimidated children and older clients. Staff should not allow this and should monitor pool area and make sure people are complying with rules and safety

Breakfast times were good and there was plenty of choice for my husband. I took my own gluten free bread but there was no separate toaster which for people who are cealiac is a big issue because of cross contamination. Hotel is lovely and clean, staff are friendly and were patient with me as I practiced speaking spanish. Our sevond stay and we will be back.

Our dislike is an ongoing issue in all hotels - SMOKING. No one should be allowed to smoke on the balconies, on the terraces by the bars and not around the pool. Our balcony became a no zone area for us because the person was smoking in the room next door. We had to go jn and shut our balcony door. The people who sit on the terraces smoking - the smoke rises and goes straight into the rooms. We like to sit on the balcony at night after dinner but the smoke smell meant we had to go into our room and close the door. A single smoking zone should be mandatory outside the front of the hotel rather than on the balconies and terraces. It really is that simple to solve this dreadful problem.

Conveniently located, comfortable rooms, very clean. The staff very attentive and always with a smile.

I would like to see the towels renewed. The towels have to be changed after one use because they are very thin and old, so get very wet quickly. Therefore they gave to be washed daily making them even thiner. In my opinion better towels could be changed every other day, saving energy and staff effort.

Large modern rooms, big twin beds, good AC great shower. The buffet dinners and breakfast was very good with a lot to offer all tastes. The location was walking distance to pier restaurants and not too far from city center. The hotel offered an out door and indoor pool and kids pool, plus gym and reading room, cafeteria and pool bar.

The location was near a very poor beach full of seaweeds. The loungers on the main pool were very congested. Some plates and bowls were not perfectly clean when available at the meal times.

As a family we enjoyed the activities and the care the staff put to make our stay enjoyable. Despite the weather was far from perfect, every one in the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great one.

The property needs a bit of a renovation in certain areas (the gym for sure). The elevators are a bit too busy and slow especially around meal times.

Great size room, super comfy bed. Great to have a fridge in the room. The view we had overlooked the pool and we could see the sea, unfortunately the sun never hits this balcony. The food was OK, I've had worse, I've had better. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Was lovely having drinks at the bar and chatting with them. The location is good , walking distance to some cafes and shops. Would stay again.

We got a good deal for the room as it was off season, but I don't think I would like paying €15 a day for parking when the price of the room is higher. They should up the room price a little and have it included in the price, then it's not a shock to have to pay for parking on arrival.
