Lovely location, room exactly as advertising and requested. Room Cleaning staff were great.

15 euro a day for parking with very few cars there. 8 euro and it would be full. In restaurant after the large Spanish number of guests moved out on Sunday 11 the June the selection of food reduced and even the soup was lukewarm and hot dishes cold. For the week before it was great. Staff were uninterested in our comment on that. The bar needs a menu of cocktails and snacks. At present only a toasted sandwich available during the day. We have stayed many times but this time was not up to normal standards This is constructive criticism and we will be back

The large apartment was centrally located. It was blocks from the cathedral, markets and restaurants. We had to park 2 blocks away in a parking garage. Because it is situated in the old town the cobblestone streets are narrow and parking was impossible. The apartment was equipped with air conditioning, kitchen and living area.

Nothing was bad.

I liked everything except the entertainment as it was all in Spanish and I could not understand anything. The ventriloquist looked good, but we couldn’t understand him. We didn’t know why people were being given Diplomas. I was by the pool when the aqua aerobics started and joined in as I didn’t need to understand the guy, I just copied but when he asked people where they were from I shouted ENGLAND and hoped he’s talk in English a bit, but he didn’t say a word. If the entertainment was in English I would have said my stay was excellent.

The location, it was too far from any bars or restaurants and entertainment.

Great location, great price, excellent food selection for the price. Staff all fantastic bar one from room cleaners to waiting staff and especially the bar staff girls and boys who were so nice.

Only one moan, underground car park costs 15 Euro a day but we always take it. This time we came back neither of our keys would open gate.after jiggling it this way and that went to reception as I was blocking others entering. Young female receptionist was a bit frazzled and just scanned my key and said it's working and said I was putting it in wrong. Back out and still wouldent work so back in again and now she is really unhappy and quite rude but eventually came out with her own master key and after jiggling it it worked. Again she said it was my mistake and flounced off. We since discovered that the mechanism at the gate is faulty. All the other older reception staff were lovely. Maybe the girl was just having a bad day. Moan over.

Fantastic entertainment throughout the day from 11am to 12midnight. Except noise, music and laughter and dancing, something for all ages. The entertainment team worked very hard. Kids club was well run and felt safe, form filled in for allergies, phone numbers etc. Mealtimes were controlled chaos, staff were excellent replacing things that were running out at rapid speed. Freshly cooked ‘station’ had the best and healthiest food. Again, something for everyone and plenty of choice. Spacious room with pool and sea view, mini fridge, good shower and bath.

Coffee was very poor, instant from a machine and laced with sugar whichever setting was tried, quite a disappointment for coffee lovers. All entertainment was in Spanish, bingo for example was very difficult to keep up with and overwhelming for kids with noise. 2 double beds joined isn’t really suitable for the whole family sleeping properly. The pool was not very clean and too warm for hot weather. Daily room clean was brief but adequate, just needed sandy floor sweeping.

Our room was fabulous, air conditioning was great, fantastic shower, lovely balcony with a lovely bird nest, and great view of the lovely pools and the sea. The breakfast was brilliant, so much choice! And the best coffee I've ever tasted! I need to find out what brand it is! The pools were great too. Everywhere was really clean.

For myself and my 16 year old daughter, it was a little bit too far out from everywhere. Although the staff on the front desk were lovely, their English was limited so we didn't get as much information that would've be helpful, such as all the buses, and the fact that we could've got a bus pass which would've saved us money. The hotel was absolutely perfect for Spanish speaking families.

Good food choice. Lovely and clean. Stayed during the Spanish holiday and mainly Spanish so we had a chance to try the language. Slightly quiet area however consistent bus service every 30 minutes right outside hotel. Nice food and drinks bar across the road on beach .

The free parking was a little difficult.

The hotel is well placed between Mojacar and Garrucha,the pools are very nice and clean.The staff were always pleasant.Rooms were good , spacious and clean

There is no other nationality catered for ,no entertainment for English speaking people as in television channels,kids club entertainment.etc..Our granddaughter was so looking forward to the kids club disco but as no English was spoken she had no idea what was going on.Ig they only want Spanish people there it should be made plain , otherwise if they want other nationalities they should make more effort.

Very comfortable hotel, staff in general were great especially Manuel in the restaurant and Maria in reception and the room cleaners. Food was very good.

The two chefs doing the stir fries and burgers who were aggressively rude to my wife. The lift and hallway at pool level need daily cleaning.

The setting and well laid out garden and pools

It’s probably in need of a refurbishment some of the hotel is looking a bit tired. The locks on the public toilets in the hotel need sorting out . There is a tendency to getting locked in the toilets and really difficult to get out of them
