Staff very friendly. Food was lovely and always hot. So clean.

Paid deposit for pool towels and iron €10 each ... plus an extra €2 for each... this was not returned... €2 for each towel to be laundered and €2 for the iron rental per day ... even though I only required for 5 mins! Think this should be reviewed... it's a bit silly and not what I expected In a 4 star hotel

This is the fifth time that we have stayed at the Cactus Garden. The location is excellent, slightly off the main thoroughfare in morro-jable. Rooms are basic, but clean and serviced daily. Staff are helpful, friendly and quietly efficient. Meals are a little lacking in variation, but there is always a good choice and there will be something that you like. Waiters are particularly well organized. Very pleased to see that there is now an FKK roof terrace with hot tub and sunbeds but no parasols or shade was provided for this area! (Management please note!)

The pool although adequate is a little unimaginative in design with sunbeds lined in rows. A freeform pool would he been more pleasing. Also please note that if you book a room with a terrace/balcony but no sea view, you may find that you are looking out onto a mirror image of your own room and you may not have sight of the sky,

We stayed only for two nights but only because we were making an island tour and did not have more time for Morro Jable. The hotel has a neat location it is very close to the coast and the central area of the town but still quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly I have to emphasize that, we booked last minute actually already at night but still we got our room quickly and without problems. The building is nice and well kept you get what you see in the pictures and more. Kudos to the bartender at the pool on March 30th (unfortunately we did not ask for his name :(), he mixed the best Aperol spritz I have ever had, and probably will have, in my life. For that alone I would visit again :D. We opted for breakfast only. Breakfast was rich and you had a ton of things to choose from, we weren't missing anything. If you want to go to bed early though, I do not recommend the rooms on the first floor, it is right above the pool and you pretty much hear the entertainment program from below and goes till around 11pm if I remember correctly. But then again we booked last minute and I am a little bit of a night owl so we were fine with.

Very good breakfast and plenty of food/drinks during the day. All the food is well prepared. The price for the "All Inclusive" is a plus compared to other hotels or even nearby islands. The solarium and the 2 jacuzzis were a nice surprise, both on higher floors and delivering us a delightful view over the sea. The staff is always present and very helpful to all guests. Cleaning was also a good surprise and we felt always very secure on leaving some items in the room.

Lack of internal pool. Lunch and dinner, despite being well prepared, are reasonable. Although there was freshly prepared food (grilled), in practice it was always meat. The buffet variety was limited which led us to repeat some meals.

the staff were very accommodating and made some great suggestions! The food provided was great for vegetarians and even gave a protein. the place is really nice and also clean in general.

my bathroom (hence my whole room) smelled VERY strongly of bleach. Like really bad.

I liked everything, the staff were all warm, friendly and so helpful. The room was big, newly renovated, lovely balcony, fabulous shower and had great sleeps in the beds. The breakfasts and dinners had lots of different choices of food so something for everyone. The rooftop terrace and bar up there are really lovely with spectacular views. The barman at night makes amazing mojitos and is so nice. We tried the aqua aerobics in the pool and rooftop yoga and had such fun at both. The hotel has a superb location too, a hop and a skip from the beach and a gorgeous 20 minute walk to Moro Jable. I would go back in a heartbeat and we had a lovely relaxing holiday.

The lifts are so tiny it caused much merriment and close encounters with other guests but hey who cares! I also hated having to leave- I wanted to stay longer!

Location, Jacuzzi on the terrace, also Rooftop bar. And, the front stuffs were very kind.

Food variety was poor. We stayed 6 nights, but almost always the same except one plate. Frozen fish was not nice. Also, room was nice with good view and a terrace, but sofa bed was small and not comfortable for 2 kids.

I spent almost 3 weeks at the Lemon & Soul Hotel Cactus Garden, Morro Jable, in the South of Fuerteventura. I booked a standard room and I was given the opportunity of an upgrade for €10 per night to a superior room. The room was huge and it had a beautiful front view of the ocean. The room had everything I needed, including a safer and a small mini bar. Everything was in perfect working order. Generally speaking the hotel needs a little refurbishment here and there and that goes to the room. I had the half board and both breakfast and dinner were very good indeed. Plenty of choice for everyone, so you would not leave the dining room with an empty tummy. The hotel has also a small spa for €25 per hour, which I used twice. The lady at the spa Laura is very professional and kind. The staff both at the reception, bar, dining/breakfast room and the cleaning staff were very friendly, polite and were efficient. I would certainly recommend the Lemon & Soul Hotel Cactus Garden to everyone.

Clean and specious room and bathroom, good location the beach is walking distance as well as local shops and restaurants.

The only - but quite- odd thing we encountered is that if you are on half-board you cannot take any drinks for dinner (not even water for your 3 yo child) and have to order and pay for it separately (2.5€ for said water)
