Comfortable and very clean room with excellent bathroom (good facilities and great water pressure). Bed was very comfy. Proximity to beach was brilliant. High quality bike hire was great esp given the long coastal cycle path nearby (but do watch security of bikes in Palma Centre). Bar and lounge were small but very comfy with very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with super range of fruit, meats, cheeses, breads and pastries including Mallorcan specialities. Close to airport - while you could hear planes taking off, it was never intrusive and super handy to have a 10 min taxi ride from airport.

Would have been nice to have a water fountain to get free water from. Sound insulation could be better but noise was muted and mostly only from direct neighbours.

The property is situated approximately 50 metres away from a stunning beach and sandwiched between various amazing restaurants and bars. The hotel itself could barely be better run in my opinion.

Everything was perfect for our stay, the only gripe was the pool and bar service. The bar service was a little sporadic at times in terms of when it opened and what they actually served, the food and drink are worth the money. We also felt the pool area was a little lacking of a hotel this size and felt a little cramped. Luckily the beach is a stone throw away and spent most of our time there.

Small scale location very near the airport, a stone’s throw away from the beach and plenty of restaurants. Very Friendly staff. The pool is ok with good parasols to create shade and enjoy s drink at the nice bar. Street Parking possible around the facilities. Beds are nice, airco worked; rooms are quite basic and not very large (as we had expected), with nice weather that is no issue in view of the location and options to head-out. We did not book breakfast at the location but instead picked up fresh bread etc at the Lidl nearby.

Depending on your sensitivities, the continuous number of planes en route descending and heading-out could be an issue. We knew in advance and it was ok for us.

Rooms are small and sparsely furnished. Has a look of a budget hotel. If you're planning to spend a good deal of time in Palma you'll rack up a good deal of cost with taxis but the local bus isn't bad. The location, close to the beach is great but on the other side its definitely not the ritzyest part of town!

The hotel is only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and really helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. Breakfast was great and was 14 euros pp, but that included a cooked breakfast, meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, fruit and yogurt etc so good value. The location of the hotel is good, it seems to be where the locals are so not over touristy. There are a handful of nice restaurants / cafes to eat in locally. It took about a 50 minute walk along the promenade to the city of Palma or a 10 minute bus journey on the number 35 bus, the walk was lovely. We were lucky and had a sea view from our balcony. The hotel has a small pool, which we didn't use as the hotel is a couple of minutes walk to a fantastic beach. Although I would say this is a budget / no frills hotel, it was great for a few days away with friends and would stay here again as it was in a nice location, clean and a bargain price!

Small rooms, could do with updating to make a little more modern.

The hotel was very nice in a very nice location close to the beach. Not very close to Palma (you need to take a bus), but all you need is around: Restaurants, bars, supermarkets. At the time we were there the swimming pool was open and it was a very nice swimming pool. Additionally to that they have a roof top terrace bar that was wonderful with a nice view to the beach. The rooms were standard for the price we paid, but we loved the small balcony watching to the swimming pool.

Be aware that due this hotel is close to the airport you will hear the noise of the planes. Probably it's also connected that the noise isolation of our room was not the best and we heard not only the planes but other guests.

This was our second visit, previously 5 yrs ago before Covid. Hotel nicely situated in quiet neighbourhood. Very close to the beach, some good bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay of 5 days. You can easily walk to Palma ( 1 hour 30min walk) but very pleasant and some nice bars on the way, or hire a bike and use designated cycle path. We only sampled the hotel breakfast while we were there, great selection of things, very welcoming friendly staff each morning . Reception were helpful, booking taxis and providing adapter plug, speaking English.

The property advertises using pics of its lovely roof top bar, but this was not open during our stay due to refurbishment. We saw no one refurbishing while we were there and even the main bar downstairs was closed at 6pm. The room was very small but very clean, good shower, small fridge,great air con and provided daily clean and fresh towels and shower gel. Sometimes there were not enough sun beds round the pool and entering and exiting the pool was a bit dicey as only metal steps that were a bit rickety and steep.

Location was brilliant, Not far from Palma de Mallorca historic center, around 10 minutes by taxi and taxi can be arranged at reception. There is a beach in a very short distance, but we did not stayed there so not sure if it is a good one. We got the triple room and it was spacious and clean enough and with two bathrooms which was really a plus for three girls sharing one room. Swimming pool was delicious, not busy and very clean. Staff was super friendly and gentle. I'm definitely staying here again when going back to Mallorca in the future.

If I had to complain about anything it would be the breakfast. In my opinion it was not worth the 14 euros, for me at least. There are many options of fruits, breads, cheese, jamon... but for me it could tasty better. But I'm sure it does good to other people’s tasty. . But I guess it is more personal. The melon was a bit off as well, probably because of the heat..

The hotel and location were absolutely amazing. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Beach , shops and many restaurants are within walking distance. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel and will be definitely be staying there again in the future.

I had a pleasant stay, and one of the highlights was the convenient location, particularly being close to Lidl. It made grocery shopping quick and easy, which was a big plus. The accommodation offered great value for the price, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it had all the essentials, and I appreciated the clean and well-maintained environment. For anyone looking for a budget-friendly option in a convenient location, this place is definitely worth considering.
