A very good place, there is always an administration that can help with any issue, there is a swimming pool, a bar so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Very good breakfast, big and varied choice and thanks to the chefs. If you come with a car, there is a large and safe parking space for the car for 10 EUR per day, so it will always be available when you return to the hotel.

We had a problem with the air conditioner not working, but after a day it was fixed, thanks for that. Our apartment had a kitchen, so what you cook is very small and non-functional (the cable of the microwave oven is too short and it is difficult to connect it so easily, you have to push it), but there were enough tools, glasses and plates. There were no more major flaws.

The hotel is perfectly situated with a good option for parking and nice places to eat nearby. The ladies at reception are wonderful and professional (we had problematic neighbours and they helped us solve the issue). The room (2306) is big enough, with a nice balcony, clean and with all the facilities needed. Nothing to complain, everything was perfect in terms of room amenities. We went to breakfast once but it was delicious as well.

The walls are really thin, we were able to hear better our neighbours talking than our TV. In the evening, if you are 'lucky' to have bad neighbours, this is definitely a drawback. I would recommend insulating the rooms somehow - this does not correspond to a 4* hotel and is highly disappointing (as it happened to us the last night).

Nothing to dislike an improvement would be to have some electrical outlets in the living room area.

The breakfast buffet ( and the kind staff) made the whole stay worth it! My favorite parts of the buffet were the cappuccinos, mimosas , torta, Parma ham , manchego cheese and bread. Everything was SO fresh. I forget to mention the beautiful deck overlooking the marina .

It was all wonderful

The staff were absolutely excellent, very welcoming and knowledgable about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t fault them at all, absolutely wonderful from start to finish.

The shower unfortunately has some long term staining which while not unclean, is a little unsightly. Also not any fault of the hotel itself, but I had some noisy neighbours who seemed to like slamming doors. Perhaps fitting some soft-close hinges on doors may prevent this in future, but like I say, not the hotel or staff’s fault at all.

Good and quiet location, clean rooms, super nice staff, decent breakfast, and the room was in a good condition (good airco, working fridge), probably just renovated recently.

As a couple it was not ideal that two rolling beds were pushed together, and these had the tendency to roll apart. With regards to the parking it needs to be considered that there are not many spots available, but there`s free parking available nearby.

Place was fresh & new. The check in process was easy & young woman (Pilar) was professional & helpful. Enjoyed the balcony & the breakfast (located at the sister hotel close to the water). The outdoor clothes dryer was so good the have. Near walk to the Drach caves.

Lots complaints about the walk up the hill to get to the hotel but we actually enjoyed it after eating that wonderful breakfast!

Great service, accommodation very close to the beaches and caves. If you have a car, great option for such a price. The women are very nice, friendly and ready to help. They definitely brightened up our holiday.

If you're two meters tall, be prepared for your feet to hang off the side of the bed

We loved our stay here! The staff, especially Dora, was very friendly and professional. Dora had such enthusiasm and we loved listening to her suggestions for things to do in the area. We loved how big out patio was, how clean the hotel was, and the delicious breakfast.

Poor sound insulation! We could HEAR EVERYTHING from the room next door, especially later at night. Plus the guests beside us were smoking and despite telling the front desk about it, it didn't change their behaviour. So that was disappointing.

The location was really good, close to the beach, bus stops and the restaurants and the caves. The hotel itself was accessible with great facilities and also super clean and neat. The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable. I did not have brunch at the hotel but I ordered coffee and had it in the living room area near the pool. The pool is excellent and clean. I found it affordable for a student when you share a room with a friend. The balcony view was amazing and the bathrooms were excellent. Hairdryer is provided as well as some shampoo and conditioner.

The only thing that I did not like is that we were placed in an adjoining room with others, the door in between was locked, however not soundproof and we woke up to people speaking loudly in the morning.
