Everything you can need at a reasonable price.

It would be ideal to let everyone know that a passport or id is required to stay. This is more a booking.com.issue than the hotels and shouldn't not be a bad reflection on them since it's a law whilst in Spain

Good budget freindly hotel not a luxury hotel but Excellent Location and clean with comfortable beds good Kitchen facilities fridge microwave kettle etc if you wanted to make a drink or snack bring your own drinks as none supplied or buy Coffee tea packs at reception for 2 Euros Very good buffet breakfast and Excellent coffee and orange juice

Check in very slow One man trying to check in 4 couples at 3pm Took ages and 3pm is quite late for a check in We actually came at 1pm and left our bags He said we had to come back later It would have been much better for him to check us in then when he had nobody waiting and come back at 3pm for our room keys and go straight to the room This has been done before at other hotels Just a suggestion !!!! Other than that all good

The pool and rooftop area were excellent! The room was very spacious - I had opted for a studio with a balcony - the patio doors were double sliding which meant that the space felt even bigger! The staff were helpful, courteous at all times and professional.

There was a filter coffee machine but - for me - I would have appreciated a kettle. There was no air on or ceiling fan but the lovely gentleman on reception was happy to supply me with a freestanding fan for my use at no extra charge. This was much appreciated.

The rooms were very clean, and the service was excellent. Housekeeping came in everyday to change the sheets & towels, the pool was also very nice. We are very pleased with the hotel. The kitchen was also very practical for cooking. The location was perfect, bus station 5min walk, and lots of markets & restaurants.

Excellent location, fairly quiet even though so near to the Plaza del Charco. Staff in reception helpful but not intrusive. The room was clean and had most equipment needed.

Having to pay an extra charge for a balcony, the early morning bin emptying right outside and the lack of a kettle.

All kitchen appliances in need of upgrading microwave not working properly and missing grill rack oven not working all pot handles loose no lights in cooking area extractor fan and no kettle

Good location, friendly staff,close to the beach, restaurants and shops . There is a nice terrace with a pool. I found it a good value for the offered price. The room was simple and furniture not new but again still great value for price and you have all you need in there. I would definitely recommend this place ❤

I Like the location of this accommodation

A few things missing, no toilet paper holder, only a sink and no shelf or anywhere to put things in the bathroom. No hairdryer and would have been good to have a kettle instead of coffee machine!!

Great location, very nice staff and very decent price.

Only one electric plug in the room, not ideally located up the wall... The room was also extremely dark but we we were outside all the time.

We really liked it. The staff was very helpful, especially the reception boy. :) :) The breakfast was very good. And the pool on the roof is very cool cool cool cool. :) :)
