Hotel very good; nice sized room, enormous balcony, decent pool area. Lovely outside breakfast area; shaded in the morning. Good breakfast spread. Hotel doesn’t seem massive so has a nice small feel about it. No children - hurrah. Room 411 with Balcony & Sea View - excellent. Attractive pool area with 3 cabanas, more than enough sun beds & sturdy umbrellas. La Rita bar & snacks. Central location for shops, restaurants, beach & train station 5mins walk. 2 supermarkets next door. Town has some really nice Plazas and real restaurants

No outside light on balcony - looked like the bulb needed replacing but we were told that the hotel ‘doesn’t have outside balcony lights’…. Shame

The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the fact that they were able to get me in prior to my check-in time, especially after having flown all night.

I informed the front desk several times that some of the outlets in my room did not work. Also, I had trouble with the television. They kept telling me they would send someone to fix both items, but they never did send anyone and it made it difficult for me to charge my phone And it’s frustrating to only have local television when one does not fluently speak the native language.

During my sojourn in Torremolinos, the hotel proved a singular exemplar of hospitality, marrying refined sensibilities with coastal charm in a manner both subtle and assured. I was particularly struck by the harmonious integration of Andalusian warmth with understated luxury—the kind that does not clamor for attention, but reveals itself gradually in thoughtful detail: the impeccable cleanliness, the luminous airiness of each chamber, and the serene cadence of service that anticipated need without presumption. The location itself was nothing short of sublime—an enviable vantage from which to behold the Mediterranean’s shifting hues, while remaining within effortless reach of the town’s cultural and culinary offerings. In sum, the experience was not merely pleasant; it was composed, considered, and, dare I say, curative. One departs not with a sense of having visited, but of having dwelt, however briefly, in a place that understood the art of repose.

There was, in truth, little—if anything—to cast a shadow over my stay, save for a minor linguistic impediment: a few members of the staff possessed limited proficiency in English. However, this was scarcely an obstacle, as my command of Spanish served me well in navigating such moments with ease and even a touch of conviviality. In a sense, this only deepened the authenticity of the experience, offering me the opportunity to engage more meaningfully with the local character of the place. Aside from that trifling note, the hotel conducted itself with unwavering poise: immaculate, radiant, ideally situated, and suffused with a quiet elegance that left nothing wanting.

The staff were the friendliest, kindest people. So helpful, so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The pool beds were great. Well worth booking for a day or 2. The drinks prices were also very reasonable. I had a large room with both a pool and sea view. Location is PERFECT. Right next to the main town through the front of the hotel, the beach out the back of the hotel and the airport is just 10mins drive away. There was an enormous choice of food every breakfast and dinner, including an unlimited Cava station at breakfast and an ice cream machine at dinner. I honestly enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it when I was there by 3 days. Can't wait to return!!

I loved everything.

+ excellent location (close to sea and city centre), many shops and restraints around. From the train station, in 15 minutes you can get to Malaga + VERY nice and friendly staff. + good dinners + nice terrace with beautiful view

- I found breakfast quite boring and monotonous. I think this is the problem of many hotels. Dinners are fine but breakfast could be improved. - coffee was quite terrible. It is not the first hotel in Spain that has this problem. Maybe I was lucky enough to be in couple of hotels with good coffee actually, maybe all hotels are trying to save some money on coffee?? - some toilet accessories are not available in the room

A beautiful little gem right in the centre of Torremolinos, first impression when walking in was how lovely it smelled, the decor was so classy, the greeting was so friendly, and the aircon when you walk in is lovely and cold, it was perfect when it’s boiling outside. I really don’t have anything to fault about this hotel, it was definitely one of the best I’d stayed in. And I’ve been all over Europe. The food - fantastic! The rooms - so fresh, clean, beds were so comfy, again nothing to fault. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was so nice. Everything was so clean. I really can’t praise it enough. There are beautiful views from the terrace whether that’s in the bar area or you’re eating outside in the restaurant. I would definitely return to this hotel. Most hotels I stay in I probably wouldn’t return, but this hotel, I absolutely would. There’s no need to pay for the lift in the old town to get from the beach to the town or vice versa, because this hotel has 2 exits, one that comes out to the town and the other, on floor 1, comes out on to the street which gives you direct beach access. Just perfect location. Thank you so much for our wonderful week here, I felt sad having to leave such a charming hotel.

There is just one small thing I would say needs improving, when having dinner, as we were half board, when I would go and get cutlery from the restaurant, I would have to fish around to find forks that weren’t dirty or hadn’t been cleaned properly. The same for the glasses in the buffet restaurant, they needed a further clean. Maybe the dishwasher wasn’t its best but that’s the only thing I can report back. Other than that, I couldn’t fault my stay here.

Overall, a great hotel in an excellent area. Staff is phenomenal, and makes sure guests are happy. Do not forget to give Angela, the receptionist, a bonus. She goes above and beyond to help guests while staying professional. The cleaning lady was also awesome and very accommodating regarding cleaning hours.

Dinner was unnecessary to include. Many really good, fairly priced restaurants around. Some hotel dinners during some of the nights were simply awful. Saturday dinner was the highlight (lots of seafood), but Friday and Sunday dinners it was so bad. Sometimes, not fresh onion rings, or potatoes not cooked, hard to eat (low-quality meat) and etc. Charging 5.70 euros for a small bottle of water and a glass of wine also seems unnecessary, but this is just my opinion. And, the value of what the property is was a bit too much. After the EUR to USD conversion, the night became $250 per person per night, which is a bit too much for what the property is.

Third visit: the biggest improvement is the moving of the bar to the back of the hotel, making it such a more attractive space to drink, particularly when combining it with the outside area, which gets the sun and has good views. Breakfast is still good. On our last day we departed the hotel at 0330 and the hotel had set out a continental breakfast for us to eat before we left, which was a great thing. However, we did not know they were going to do this, so whilst I nice surprise, we didn’t leave much time to eat it before the taxi arrived. Cleaners do a good job. Views from our rooms were good and balcony space huge. Ate dinner in hotel one night and enjoyed the food quality and selection. Good showers in the rooms. Good location to access both the town and seafront. Nice pool area and pool.

Something which the hotel still have not put right - inadequate wardrobe space and not enough hangers in them. I was in a room which would normally be used by two people and yet there were only 4 hangers in the wardrobe. There needs to be far more. Four wasn’t nearly enough for me alone - had I been sharing the room, it would be two each. Addition of irons would be good too. By the middle of the week both my room and my friend’s room had unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom drains.

The hotel was absolutely brilliant. The staff were super friendly and my room was clean and spacious. All the facilities were great, including the pool and I particularly liked the rooftop terrace. I included breakfast which turned out to be a great idea as it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. So much choice! I wish I had also paid for the evening meal up front as well, as I ended eating in the hotel most nights. That too was a buffet so you could help yourself to whatever you wanted. The price was very reasonable too (26 euros and you could eat as much as you wanted). I arrived hours before check in and I just asked if it was ok to leave my luggage with them, but they then did everything they could to get my room ready! After 20 minutes it was ready, what great service! Very close to all the shops and also the train station. The train only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport and it's only just over 2 euros for a ticket. The hotel has a rear exit/entrance allowing easy access to the beach. Like many hotels now, this hotel operates with a wrist band system which gives you access to your room, allows you to use the rear entrance from the beach and let's them know if you've paid for meals etc. up front. The WiFi worked very well and I had a decent connection for my whole stay. I love the fact that this hotel is not for families. It had a really chill, calming, relaxed atmosphere. No screaming kids dive bombing the pool! It did mean I was one of the youngest people there (it definitely has an older clientele) but I'm ok with that.

The only minor issue I had I think was caused by me checking in early. Shortly after going to my room, someone else was allocated that room and they walked in (luckily I was fully clothed!). This also meant my wristband/room key no longer worked so I had to go to reception to get it fixed. It was the only error they made in the five days I was there though and I'm sure it was a one-off mistake. A very minor gripe I know, but they only had Pepsi and no Coca Cola.

Hotel was a nice hotel, in very good location for main street and beach level. So you have lots of restaurants and shops nearby, the bedrooms were of a good size and very clean, with a good size bathroom. The hot breakfast was very nice. pool area was nice also.

cereals and juices were disgusting. Also very annoyingly, the hotel tv has only 1 english speaking channel which is surprising that alot of guests using the hotel speak English. Pool is not heated during the summer months, this was very disappointing, as I booked this hotel based on the information supplied on bookings.com that the pool is heated. it was so cold no one got into it which is a waste, also the roof top sunbathing area is fab but the jacuzzi up there was freezing also. very disappointing for a nice hotel.
