This hotel is has everything to offer. Restaurant and bar on site. Central pool for all the action or a smaller one for quiet relaxing time. The hotel staff are attentive and want to ensure you are enjoying yourself. Location is walking distance to grocery store, duty free shops, restaurants. Hotel offers taxi service pick up at airport (for a fee) and driver is easily located just outside the terminal. Shuttle bus to their sister hotel on the beach is free and well worth the 5 minute drive. I would return and hope to again in the future.

Room was very bright in the morning - would have been nice to have sun-blocking curtains as we woke up very early each day. We would have liked to have slept in a bit longer.

Staff very friendly, room had good space, bathroom good, great music on a Monday night at dinner time Excellent that the Beach Resort was accessible - excellent beach, shuttle to the Resort, but also only a 15 min walk location near shopping and supermarket excellent

Very disappointed my room did not have a terrace - most rooms did have one, not sure what I got wrong! Breakfast buffet was hit and miss - very surprised at lack of good fruit salad (there was fruit salad but very standard considering it is a island full of fruit! but the plaintain porridge was fantastic) Pools are very small - photos on the website are deceptive

The hotel and resort were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive and overall the rooms were great. Nice varied selection at breakfast and tasty food. The sister hotel the Bay Gardens Resort had a great beach with not too many people, so was able to get loungers and umbrellas.

The Extra charges not stated until check out. Would have been good to have been told about them from the moment you book. Or even during the check in process. Was charged an extra $190 USD at checkout. Lucky we had it, or this could have been really awkward. There should be clear communication from booking and the hotel that these bookings do not include: Room rate package, Resort fee, Tourism accommodation fee per adult, Service Charge 13%, VAT 7%

Breakfast was great, there was good variety and choice. Location in terms of proximity to shopping center and beach was excellent. Shuttle service to and from hotel and other facilities was exceptional, always on time. Information and ALL staff interaction was on point.

The hotel is dated hence the common areas do appear to be a little uninviting. Generally all that is urgently required is a general sprucing up and a change of the decor in areas like reception, the main dining room and the bar.

Air conditioning was great. The cleaning staff were incredible. The reception staff were lovely and very friendly. There was a good selection of food in the buffet. The pools were ok for a refreshing dip. The grounds were very well maintained. Perfectly placed within easy walking distance for dining out in local restaurants and shopping sprees. The transit bus between hotels was very efficient. Drivers always friendly and willing to help. Taxi rank and a very efficient local bus service just outside the hotel will get you anywhere you want to explore.

The booking site didnt make it clear that there are 3 locations under the Bay Gardens Tag. We paid a lot of money so we thought we were in the larger of the 3 near the beach. However, it wasn't too bad although the apartment could have benefited from a maintenance check. The balcony door was stuck. My husband adjusted it so it could open but there was a gap all the way round anyway. The toilet seat was also loose and kept sliding and the safe in the cupboard didn't have a lock so was pointless...but none of this stopped us from enjoying our holiday (Reason - a family wedding) or falling in love with the island.

We were given an old room at the back of the property initially and were quite unhappy with it, but after the first night they then moved us to a much better room which was clean with lots of natural light and new appliances including a TV and fridge. Our new room was also very close to the pool and main breakfast area and had a small patio which was wonderful. Thank you to manager Erin for listening to our concerns and moving us to a much better room! We really appreciate it! She was very accommodating and made sure we were happy with the new room.

Wonderful pool directly outside our Junior Executive Suite. Great to have a full size fridge and kitchen to make tea & coffee etc. Very spacious room & bathroom with plently of space for 3 of us. Very friendly staff & great atmosphere. Brilliant shuttle bus to take us to sister hotel beach & water park. Huge buffet breakfast each morning with lots of great local food. Amazing location close to town and lots of restaurants. Powerful air conditioning so kept room very cool. We really loved our stay and it was excellent value for money. Also parking on site for our hire car. Highly recommend.

The sofa bed for my son was quite old and uncomfortable. But our main bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom are dated/old fashioned but very clean - hence the great value price.

The hotel is central, I like the village style with a secluded pool by the mango tree in the back. The front desk staff is excellent. Special shoutout to Nathaniel and to the young lady whose name I can't remember, who used to work at Spice of India.

I didn't appreciate being put in room #301, the room has practically no window and was so dark, to the point that I think I forgot my car keys in the safe since I couldn't see them.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. I am glad that I made the choice as it had lovely features with pleasant pool and bathing area. The rooms were amazing, large and very clean. The breakfast was a really good spread and the variety was good. I must say that the customer service and hospitality was of a high standard. I realised that St Lucia pride themselves on good manners and good hospitality. The hotel was in the middle of a shopping centre with local supermarkets. Very enjoyable able stay.

The was not really much not to like. We had a good experience.

I liked the location, being it was walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The grounds of the hotel were kept clean and beautiful. All the staff was very friendly and the food was lovely with a great selection. Housekeeping was fantastic. The room was cleaned every day with a change of towels and bed linen.

I was disappointed the hotel was not closer to the beach initially but soon discovered The Bay Gardens Spa Resort was on the beach and we could use their facilities, via the shuttle service to and from the hotels. The room we were in the furniture was very dated . The bathroom can do with an upgrade. The safe in the room had no lock, so I could not use it.
