Beautiful property, big beautiful rooms, pool with jacuzzi facing the beach - you can enjoy sunset from the pool or beach. Several restaurants in the beach with great food and value for money. Breakfast was amazing and is in the hotels restaurant facing the beach. Staff was really nice, beautiful place and deserves top score.

The only thing to mention is that restaurant in the hotel doesn’t have the best food and it’s more expensive than any other restaurant near by - they also automatically add service 10% to anything you order, even if it’s just a beer. Although there is happy hour 2x1 from 4 pm to 7 pm, cocktails are not good, especially flavored (like strawberry or other fruit - they add some very sugary smth there, it’s not good). Definitely recommend the hotel but not their restaurant.

Lovely hotel, so nice to be able to have breakfast on the beach. Very good breakfast selection, usual buffet items you’d expect and then eggs cooked to order. We stayed in a chalet room next to beautiful swimming pool. Our room was great, shower pressure was amazing, best we’d had on our trip. Hotel located quite a way out of Khao Lak, beach was quiet and peaceful, lovely white sand and gorgeous sea. There were a few eating places a long the beach, easy walking from hotel. Hotel grounds beautiful lush, tropical.

We didn’t like the sun bed situation around the pool, guests reserving sun beds with towels from 6.30am. Sun beds usually all taken by breakfast time. There were a couple of occasions where the complimentary water was not refilled in our room. We also felt that the hotel shuttle into Khao Lak should really have been free of charge and run more frequently. It only made 2 outward trips and did not offer a return journey. The hotel has a shower room for guests to use who need to check out late but the shower only has cold water, we felt this poor for a hotel of this class, it was the most expensive of our trip and some aspects were disappointing compared to our experience in other less costly hotels.

Simply a paradise! Perfect for couples who wants to relax, feel like living in a jungle and have the must beautiful beach as a backyard. And the staff is the best I ever experienced 👏♥️

Perfect location and beautiful scenery. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, also very pretty. 😍 The stuff very kind and helpful. Beautiful plants and a very nice pool.

The breakfast could offer more variety of vegetarian dishes and anything vegan would be great. We were surrounded by frogs that made A LOT of noise at night, but I don’t think this is something they can prevent without disturbing the nature, so all fine, but had to sleep with earplugs in.

Everything! The staff was so wonderful and helpful at all times! The breakfast is really big and has a big variety from an egg bar, waffles, pancakes, Thai food, salad, fruits, coffee or even Nutella 😍. Loved everything out of it!!! They immediately helped me when a jellyfish snatched my foot. Truly the people are golden 🙈

For resting and calming it’s great but for people are in search of anything like party’s or activities - it’s a bit far from everything. And the atmosphere is a bit boring. So it’s the best place to focus on yourself and rest 😃

The location, not near anything, we chose the hotel because of this so as to recover from jet lag in peace. Options to go out if really needed but the adults only, on the beach location with a few restaurants & massage options walkable in the beach was exactly what we wanted and exactly what we got. It was perfect for us. Facilities excellent, food delicious beds comfy & air con worked really well. Great shower & bathroom facilities. Pool chalet was so spacious & a really good standard. No complaints at all. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We fell in love with the place and would happily go back again for longer.

No complaints at all, if I had to be really picky the only thing I would say is the toilet room is tiny compared to all the bathroom area space & the big thick wooden door difficult to close, especially quietly at night. We just didn’t bother closing in the end & just pulled the room divider across a little to give a bit of privacy from the bedroom area.

This property is kept beautifully situated on a long sandy beach We had two Alocasia Superior rooms which were large and spacious. Located at the rear of the property backing onto a duel carriageway our first concern was for traffic noise but it was totally unfounded. The Property has at least 4 nearby restaurants, 3 on the beach and one not to be missed across the road!! We used the massage beds to the right of the property on the beach so cannot comment on the hotel Spa. We did however make daily use of the buy one get one free cocktail hour which lasted from 4pm til 7 😜

We always used the sun beds on the beach which were readily available but if you want a poolside sunbed you will need to set your alarm!! My pet hate especially when the beds are still not occupied at mid day !

Fantastic from start to finish, staff delightful, reception efficient, beautiful setting, fabulous gardens, room well appointed, bed ultra comfortable, shower hot and powerful, plenty of water and beverages, buffet breakfast top class, omelet superb, restaurant right overlooking clean wide sandy beach, spacious swimming pool, congratulations to this establishment and its staff, faultless, we wouldnt change a thing. Will definitely look to stay again. Bravo 10/10

The resort itself was nestled in amongst the lush, well-kept tropical gardens. We had our own garden area as well. The pool was huge, clean, and close to the coconut bar, which was handy for happy hour cocktails. The breakfasts were exceptional!! Apart from the usual breads, danishes, cereals, fresh fruits, and juices, there were 6 different hot dishes to choose from, including Thai food, along with an egg station. And 2 coffee machines to keep you caffeinated!! Best ☕️, but also a selection of teas! We ate at the restaurant next door, The Pine Tree, which was a very nice option for dinner The staff and hospitality at Bangsak were wonderful. They also have a shuttle to take you into Khao Lak or night markets.

The location was just a little isolated. Having your own transport would be ideal.
