It was spacious, clean, lovely staff. Even though it didn’t hit the 10 score for us (just because of the lighting) but we are returning again for 2 months. It is Fantastic value for money. 5 mins walk to beach, 10 mins to bars, restaurants and market. 2 good sized pools. We stopped in one of the garden rooms and they were very private and quiet. We didn’t have breakfast but we ate once in the restaurant and it was a good meal. 👍

The room and bathroom could have been better lit. Maybe swap the wooden wall light shades for something brighter. I personally struggled with make up and contact lenses. Hence the 9 score and not a 10

The room was quite spacious with a lot of places to hang clothes and, for us, our scuba gear to dry. It was nice and quiet and everything in the room worked well. The breakfast area is large and the choice is good (good eggs made for you) but, as with many places, prepare for mosquitos.

When I needed to find someone at the front desk to solve a problem with the lock/key, there was no one to be found which meant we could not go out. Also, I was not a big fan of the product they sprayed for mosquitos right when we arrived in the room.

We stayed in a beautiful secluded room among the trees. We arrived early but were able to leave our bags and walk to the nearby beach which was lovely, although we did have to climb over a few rocks to get there. If you don't mind walking, it isn't very far to the Tsunami Museum and Police Boat T813. Plenty of places to eat nearby, but we settled on Sunset Boulevard, the German biker bar just round the corner, which served amazing Thai food. We paid for breakfast at the hotel, which was buffet style.

The pillows were far too puffy for my liking!

The location was pretty good, rooms get a basic clean every day, grounds are well maintained. Staff are friendly and will assist in any way that they can.

I noticed that the bottom sheet on the bed wasn't changed in a week. The only reason I noticed as there was a stain on the sheet which was still there on the day that we left. Not a big deal as ultimately thr price and value for money was brilliant. Pay peanuts and you get what you get..

The location was great - a short walk to restaurants one way and a small beach the other way where you could enjoy sun loungers for THB80 and good food. A small convenient store opposite which also hired good bicycles, motorbikes and washing machines. The resort pool was a good length for laps although L shaped. The staff were wonderful and so helpful and kind to arrange a late breakfast for us. The breakfast staff were super helpful and there were a wide variety of tasty breakfast options to choose from. Room 206 overlooked the pool and was spacious, clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well but was a little noisy. Good sized fridge too.

No hot water at the sink. A kettle would have been nice. Whilst the room was no smoking, we often couldn’t sit out on our balcony without inhaling smoke from other guests. This was annoying but not the fault of the hotel.

We had a villa which was spacious and kept spotlessly clean. It was set in beautiful gardens near the quieter of the 2 pools. Breakfast was plentiful and varied every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Good access to 2 beaches and just a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars.

The bathroom needs a bit of a refresh. The pool loungers need a good scrub.

Nice pool. Not so far from the beaches. Bang Niang services in the walking distance. Excellent price quality value. The breakfast was good. Friendly staff.

There are mosquitos also in the room(bathroom window is missing the net), Floors and balcony could be cleaned more thoroughly. Thai boxing gym causes some noises(at the morning and afternoon), depending the room location. The coffee was bad. Sometimes the cleaner forgot to fill minibar and waters.

Very lovely place with kind, attentive staff. The rooms are very nicely decorated and have a relaxed ambience.

The only thing they could improve is trying to control the level of mosquitos. Even being sat by the pool I was bitten many times. I think investing in some kind of plants or equipment to deter them would do wonders. The plants they have around the pool are so beautiful but sadly they must attract alot of them.

The property was set in lovely gardens with nice pool & loungers. We were in a bungalow which was spacious & clean. Breakfast was varied & good and the location was perfect for us. We would have stayed longer but unfortunately they didn’t have availability.

Would have liked to have been able to have a kettle in the room to have a coffee later in the day.

Lovely property, yes the room itself is a little dated, but has lots of character! Breakfast was great and the pool area was really nice. Close to the beach if you want to see it (it’s quite rocky) but you have to walk further for a beach you can swim in. Staff were super helpful. Reception is also happy to organise tours to Surin and Similian islands for much cheaper prices than local touring.

Only issue was the wifi, which was awful! It constantly cut out or had no reception at all.
