The resort is in a great location in Khao Lak, well maintained, has everything you want, like a great pool & nice gym. At the price we paid, was a great value for money. It was clean and the staff were very kind and happy to accommodate. Breakfast was well rounded as well. They decorated the room nicely for our honeymoon. Would be happy to stay again.

The transportation options from the hotel are very expensive. It would be nice if they offered a complimentary transfer to the main road or a bus station for those who are traveling around Thailand via public transport. The sea and the beach were not approachable due to strong undercurrent but that could have been based on the time of year we stayed but this was a big let down for us. I also wish that the hotel would have told us about the complimentary amenities offered & the schedule. We only learned as we were leaving that there was yoga multiple times per week.

Lovely hotel, very clean and attentive staff. The beach is lovely, for our first week there were plenty of beds with noone ‘reserving’ with towels, the second week fell into the school holidays and suddenly beds were all being reserved which was a shame as we had liked how quiet it was. Would definitely recommend going when it is not the school holidays. On the whole we had a really great 2 weeks, very relaxing and our room was lovely. The hotel is in the perfect location, on the beach but a 2 minute walk to lots of bars and restaurants which were all great and a lot cheaper than the hotel, saying that the food and drinks at the hotel were great just more expensive than you’d expect in Thailand. Breakfast has lots of good options also. Khao Lak seems to be popular with German tourists. I would recommend staying here if visiting Khao Lak.

The only small negative was that housekeeping did not show up until 4pm some days to clean the room, not a massive issue but was slightly inconvenient.

The most amazing people work there. They all were super friendly, attentive, and nice. Special thanks to wonderful Aui who, despite the storm, cancelled plans, made my birthday so much brighter with her friendliness and kindness. And huge thanks to other members of the staff who made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We really liked the generous breakfast spread with lots of fruits and hot dishes. When it was raining, we played snooker, had some fun with archery. They also hold quite fun free activities like yoga, body stretching and boxing classes.

We were staying there during the rainy season and the beach was covered with plastic waste. It was quite a sight. Every day the waves brought more and more garbage to the beach.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beachfront location is absolutely perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to the sea. It's very family-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of variety and delicious options to choose. The on-site restaurant is also great, with a nice atmosphere and tasty food. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. I especially appreciated the free activities like kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding!

Some rain and mosquitos (outside) but of course, that's just nature!

The location is super! You can easily walk to a very busy street with all kind of restaurants, massage, bars, supermarkets, pharmarcies and night market. We enjoyed talking a walk daily in the street just opposite the hotel and making use of all these places. The swimming pool is well-located, warm and welcoming, and just on the beach. The cocktail bar at the pool is amazing, as you can drink all types of well-made cocktails while seating in the pool. The breakfast was divers from warm & cold meal, and own-selected meal cooked in front of you. The staff in general are warm and friendly.

There were a misunderstanding during the check-in. However, it was solved by the head of the reservation team, who was friendly and customer-oriented.

Fantastic location. Beach on doorstep. Massages, restaurants and bars all in walking distance. I actually wouldn't book anywhere else. Breakfast was amazing. Could not ask for anything else, every taste catered for and more....... Room was amazing. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff. Beautiful. So many Sawadee Ka's every day. So sweet. Bed turned town each night. A little note and sweet left. Our anniversary was made extra special by a beautiful bed display, a bath filled with petals and candles......

Nothing to complain about. All was wonderful.

Nice Hotel with the best breakfast buffet we have ever had in all our years in Khao Lak… Also the Pool Area with Poolbar is amazing and the Drinks delicious. Very good Location. Outside of the Hotel lots of Restaurants, Massage Salons etc.

The poolwater was too hot and has way too much chlorine in it. We've never seen anything like this before. The bathing suits can be disposed of after a week. 🙈 Our room was closed to a neighbor bar. Friday and Saturday Night you had the feeling you were sleeping in this bar it was so loud.

The resort is really amazing. Beautiful setting, great swimming pool, brilliant ocean views. Most importantly, the staff is really (and genuinely) helpful and kind. It started with a pleasant welcome & check-in: teddy bears for the kids and a room upgrade. Our 10 years old son got really sick one night and the staff changed the bedding at 2.30am. The morning after the thoroughly cleaned the room and in tje afternoon a handwritten (and painted) postcard & basket with fresh fruit were delivered for my son! Breakfast is overwhelming too - I think I have eaten more than a dozen passion fruits!

Mostly this hotel is fabulous. The staff are extremely friendly although English is a little limited. The pool is lovely, the hotel supply big floating bean bags so you don't need to worry about inflatables and it's perfectly situated on the beach. We never had an issue getting sun loungers. Breakfast had huge variety of foods, I was very impressed with this. I also booked a massage in the Spa which was excellent. We didn't eat in the restaurants as they were so much more expensive than outside the resort so can't comment on those. Nice activities for the kids like table tennis and pool table. The rooms were lovely, even with a family of four sharing beds. Special shout out to Muay on reception who almost seemed as sad as us that we were leaving

The prices for drinks were pretty bad. I was expecting them to be more but it certainly took the shine off things for someone like myself who enjoys a few cocktails.

We loved this hotel. Location was perfect. Walked straight on to a beautiful beach. We had a ground floor room which was behind the spa so no Seaview but was quiet and we had an extra sun terrace with double day bed as well as 2 sun loungers. Large pool towels provided and changed daily. Low level hotel so no lifts. Buffet Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Bottled water provided daily in your room. Leaving the front of the hotel on foot you have plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Felt very safe. Other resorts could be too far out and would require a taxi.
