Me and my friends have an amazing holiday in Czech Republic. We have a great holiday in Liberace. We rent a beautiful hotel in Liberace. From first day to last day it was amazing experience, thanks to the beautiful and wonderful staff as: MONIKA, NATALIA and ADAM!!! They helped us everywhere and everything we needed. Don’t forget about the amazing room “cleaners”! They don’t speak English but we understand everything because they was so helpful and so kind to us!!! Those ladies were amazing allways asking us if we needed something else. Thank you very much all Pytloun Wellness Travel Hotel team for comfortable holiday. Btw: breakfast was amazing, too many choices, that’s why did me so happy, everything looked so delicious and appetising. And I do like coffee machine, cappuccino was my favourite 😉 About a swimming pool and SPA : it was okay, but can be better. I hope in a future they make it more comfortable and better 😉

Everything was very welcome but some things have to be changed. In our experience room was bit dusty that’s way my body was itchy. Some things like lamps in a shower room was too old because it started to fall out.

Well situated hotel (close to Jested sky resort, highway and city center) with own in yard parking (small but there was a lot of free spaces on the street too) The room was clean with new nice comfortable bed (definitely 4* bed). I would prefer to see a nicer bathroom (but for 3* hotel is OK plus the room was well equipped (incl. own kettle) and I also saw shared kitchen on our floor. Breakfast - wide selection like in 4* hotel incl. waffle maker to prepare own waffles with large selection of toppings. (I had not expected it, very nice surprise) Very pleasant staff especially the manager who was very friendly.

Old fashioned bathroom (it was clean but newer look would be nice) Noise from the other rooms - better noise isolation is must - I was able to hear voices clearly front other room (thanks got there was no party and they went sleep within 30 minutes)

We enjoyed everything very much, especially the attitude of the staff, everything was at the highest level. The manager Jan was great and the girl at reception on the day of our arrival, I don't know her name, was also very kind and friendly. We wish you success in your business and many satisfied customers! If you are in Liberec, Czech Republic, be sure to check out this hotel, you can't go wrong. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, quiet and the staff are great. We recommend it 100%!

The place is really nice and totally worth the price. The town itself is very lovely. You can walk around and see a lot of historic places and buildings. We were approached by the hotel manager Jan which was very involved in our visit and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Additionally he gave us some tips on where we go in the town and was open to any questions and complaints. The breakfast was just wonderful, a lot of options for healthy meals. Would definitely come back to this place if in Liberec. Thanks again 👍

Staff was very friendly. We were actually welcomed with a beer :) Breakfast was literally amazing, among the top breakfast buffets I have ever had the pleasure to experience. There was a lot of parking space in the yard. Room was clean and bright.

Our room was terribly small, maybe 90% of the room was actually the bed, there was barely any space to put our stuff. Fortunately every other aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we only stayed for 1 night, so also considering the price this was not a big issue for us. For longer stays though I believe it would have been a problem. Was a shame, since the building is generally quite spacious.

We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel as familly holiday , big and clean room for 3 . Breakfast were delicious with so many choices, the stuff are very professional and warm specially the manager Mr.Jan that he was checking all guest requirements and give advise and support which you will not experience it a lot if you are traveller . Really recommended to stay in this hotel professional stuff that provide full support - Location - Breakfast - Spa , swimming pool.

It was great pleasure to stay in this hotel. People, who work there are very helpful, involved and have high communicative skills. Room was clean, big and comfortable. Breakfasts were diversified. Hotel is perfect starting point to visit Liberec and beautiful castles and cities in the neighborhood. I would like to come back and see other stunning places in Czech Republic :)

It is old, with dirty stairs and 'very interesting' smell inside the building. But it is cheap, nice staff and if you need only bed for night- everything is perfect. Children enjoyed breakfast. Plenty of space for parking. We had nice view from the window and the room was big enough.

Pool is only the name of it :) and childrens playground too, so we didn't use neither of them.

Was going for a one night trip to Liberec with my girlfriend, and found this beautiful hotel. Everything was great: comfortable and clean rooms (especially i liked teddy bear on our bed), nice and polite stuff. And the thing i wants to mention the most it's of course the breakfast : that was the most awesome breakfast i ever tried in hotels, with variety of choices. Looking forward to be back to that beautiful hotel !

Nothing I didn't liked ;)

The breakfast was exceptional! The options were very wide, the option to cook your own waffle and create it with many various toppings is really a nice touch. Room was clean, even with a small card under the bed that said we cleaned here too. Welcoming drinks and bye bye brownies was another small things that really made a difference. The beds were comfy.

The stream of water in the shower was very very slow.
