Great breakfast (more than we expected for such a small hotel), and the jacuzzi bathtub was very relaxing after hiking. Despite the self-service reception, the owner was present every day and always attentive to our well-being. The outdoor area was well-kept and cozy, and parking was always free and available, even when there were many guests.

The immediate neighborhood had little to offer in terms of restaurants, and the bus lines to Liberec were quite a distance away when trying to use a more frequent connection. Some informational material regarding these two points would have been helpful.

Very clean, modern, fency hotel, with breakfest included and small welcomming surprises. It was a surprise to get such a nice accomodation for so economical price. Breakfest was great and abundant. Manager is really kind, responsive and lovely person. Building is quite beautiful. Neighbourhood is pieceful. There are bus connection to Center.

The room was a bit small and a bit cool, but still - me and my 7years old child felt great in this cozy room with sparkling clean shower and toilet. Self check-in was a bit confusing as I had no expierience with such check-in, but I called recepcionist, he answered immediately, and solved all issues. Very sympathetic.

My husband and I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. For most of our stay we had to be on the phone with the Manager, who was very helpful by the way and big congratulations to the hotel, because having such a trustworthy person is a privilege. We know that many things were not her fault. At the beginning, the unfortunate brother of the Internet - it did not work for two days, we used our own to watch movies, because the TV did not work either. We booked a room with a jacuzzi and unfortunately when we turned on the bubbles at the beginning it smelled very much like a cesspool. We had to turn the bubbles off. The bathtub itself is very comfortable and fits two people. On the plus side, a large selection at breakfast - very tasty and rich. You can also take Prosecco with breakfast. Another nice thing is that in the room for an additional fee there are plenty of snacks and alcohol in the fridge. So we had access to it all the time. The rooms are cleaned every day. The minus of this place is the way in which check-in is done. It is a large tablet in the lobby, where unfortunately you have to enter your card details and this causes some discomfort, because the tablet is so large that you can see all the details, and anyone can go there and see them. An additional thing that we did not know about is a fee of 500 CZK at check-in, which is frozen in the account and is returned the day after check-out. There is no information about this on booking. Close to the center - about 5 minutes by car, you can also walk to the city for about 30-40 minutes, I recommend it. As I wrote earlier, I have mixed feelings about this place, because it has many advantages but also a few disadvantages. Very comfortable bed with a single mattress!

The staff were amazing really, both the lady with whom we communicated regarding our arrival, and the lady who prepared breakfast. The hotel responded to our travel needs and all concerns before and during the stay. The online registration went really well, there was a welcome note in the reception listing all our names, including the kids. A great human touch for a self-checkin hotel. The hotel was in a quiet part of town, the parking lot was spacious enough. The breakfast was really nice. Nice hot water in the shower.

Not much to say. You can see on bits and pieces that some equipment has been hit or damaged a bit. The shower corner can be seen as a little small if you are a big tall person. At some point of time the bathrooms might need some renovation.

I made the reservation for my partners from the project. I asked them for the evaluation. They stated, that they liked breakfasts very much. Also beds were comfortable. Parking was also very important added value. Many thanks to the manager in this hotel who was waiting for guests and helped them, and found time to talk with me.

The reservation procedure is a nightmare, the fact that the hotel is "self check-in/out" made the story more complex. The excessive amount of emails sent to me was simply overwhelming (each email started with information that today I have my great day - certainly there were not my great days). The payment was divided into 3 stages: reservation, city tax, and deposit... Nobody could explain me why there is such a procedure... I lost several (unpaid) hours of my time to do the job of the hotel staff and to get eventually the pin-codes for my project's partners.

The check-in process was very straightforward. However, I had some issues when trying to click on the link, as it did not work. Fortunately, the manager was able to help me. The room was tidy and comfortable and had everything you could need. There is private parking, so it is safe to leave your motorcycle overnight. Breakfast was perfect.

No air conditionioner, had to leave window open and hear all noise from the street.

Very friendly staff. The lady ran to me at the entrance offering all the help I might want. Very well equipped room (including umbrella, skin lotions or hairdryer). Tidy room with comfortable bed. But above all - you'll love the breakfast which was just awesome. Both the taste and the veriety was far more than enough.

The 1-person room I had was small, around 50-60cm of space between (large) bed and walls but it's OK if you just sleep there. Very complicated checking-in with lots of personal data to provide and obligatory deposit of around 45 EUR.

The breakfast was amazing! Also, the staff are very nice and will take care of you, especially Marta and Veronika! They are friendly and really care about your experience while staying at the hotel. Been to just 82 countries and seen hundreds and hundreds hotels, what can i say.... Very well managed and everything is well thought out and arranged, i don't think every Pytloun hotel is that, but this one is definitely yes. Because of Manager Hana Rous. Hana were extremely friendly and my staying in this hotel was really perfect. She is so cute, kind and beautiful at that. The best 10 i ever done. I wish i have the same staying in every country i visit

Our stay was very pleasant, hotel has self check-in witch was very convenient for us, because we arrived late, room was clean, had comfortable bed, in the lobby there was extra toiletries. Breakfast was great as well, there was almost everything you can think of and the food was really good. The staff was very caring and made sure we had everything we needed. Great place to stop by.
