We had to book this hotel at 0430 in the morning due to arriving at our original hotel, which was absolutely disgusting (still had the last people bedding and towels) - we were told to sleep in the lobby. - we book Kleopatra Celine stressed and dishevelled. It was perfect. The staff were so amazing, comforting, supportive and lovely. The hotel was spotless - service was perfect and they also upgraded us due to our experience.

The food needs to be labelled better. We have severe food allergies so we didn't really know what we could have. Found a few restaurants near by so it was perfect, again.

The hotel is placed in a very good location(Kleopatra Beach). The beds are confortable,the food is delicious and the personal is very friendly. The sand on the beach is fine.

The entrance in the sea is a little difficult because of the stones but we found a very good area for the beach at 10 min walking,so we enjoyed very much.

We spent a wonderful week here, really enjoyed and it was so relaxing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the food was also delicious and everyone can find the right meal that he's looking for (starters, variety of salads, meat, seafood, soup, desserts). Buffet breakfast, buffet lunch and buffet dinner, plus cookies in the afternoon are included. Drinkwise - beer, wine, coffee, soft drinks and basic spirits (whisky, gin, vodka, raki) are included in the all inclusive and for the rest you need to pay, but it is in a really good price-value rate anyway. We had stunning seaviews of our balcony. It was Turkish dance show one night and live music the other night. We really recommend this hotel.

We asked for a crib and they got it ready before we arrived - that was awesome. Wifi was great in the room. Disney+ and Netflix streaming worked perfect. Personnel spoke English and a bit of Russian and was very helpful (they helped us to book a transfer and find a better deals for the quad safari trip). We got fish every day + they always had a special cake every dinner. Food was tasty with lots of vegetables and plenty of meat (turkey/chicken). Location is awesome - walking to the beach was taking only a few mins.

It would be great to have more bakery in the breakfast. And I missed yogurt and porridge.

I really don’t know where to begin. When we arrived in the middle of the night, the checkin progress was smooth, we even got offered a little something to eat and drink. Our room was on the top floor and had the most amazing view, right over the beach. The food was always fresh and tasty and there was sooo much to chose from. There was always meat, fresh fruits, deserts, etc. Especially for me as a pregnant girl, it was like heaven! Sometimes the hotel even had an entertaining program for the guests which was wonderful too! The location, especially regarding the beach was great. The beach right in front of the hotel had wonderful fine sand, just be careful when walking into the water, as the big stones were a little slippery. But you can easily walk to other parts of Kleopatra beach if you want it all sandy. There was a supermarket just around the corner of the hotel which was very convenient. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. At night you could hear the live music from the hotel next to ours but honestly it wasn’t too loud and we’re not super light sleepers. Now to the staff: everybody was so nice and helpful and a special thanks goes to Cetin as well as the cleaning ladies. It was so nice to see people work with so much passion and sometimes we’d find beautiful surprises on our bed :) All in all it was the perfect holiday for our babymoon and we would be so glad to hopefully come back, next time with our baby :)

My friend from another country and I wanted to meet eachother in Alanya. We searched for a nice place and this hotel caught our attention because of the nice reviews and the nice price. Well, we can confirm everything. Our room with sea view (Kleopatra beach was in front of us) was super clean and also quite big. Everything in the hotel modern and beautiful. The food was very nice, some dishes were the same, meanwhile other dishes were changed day after day. I also liked the fact that the chef was in the restaurant seeing if people was satisfied. There were two bars in the hotel, one in the back where is the pool and one in front at the entrance and with all inclusive formula you could order beer, wine and cocktails as well. But the staff of the hotel was probably the best part. The hotel is not big and the people who worked there knew you and were so kind. I never experienced so much kindness from the staff in hotels, from the barman to the receptionists (special thanks to Ali, to the Chicago guy and to others which unfortunately I forgot their name). They made me feel like if I was part of their family. I definitely recommend this hotel for who wants to come to Alanya! Thank you very much Celine Hotel!

A small cozy hotel is located in a convenient location very close to the Cleopatra beach .There is a swimming pool and bar in the backyard.The dining room is located inside the building , on the ground floor , divided into open and closed areas. There is some space in front of the hotel where you can park your vehicle but it street parking .Very friendly staff ,especially Ali,Abdulah, Cechit . The chef Halim cooked excellent Turkish food .

We were very pleased with the size of two rooms suite, and the main part was just a fascinating view of the beautiful beach from our balcony. We enjoyed the sea breeze every morning and evening (after coming back from swimming and tanning on the beach which was so close), with a fresh cup of tea sitting on that balcony. Location of the hotel is convenient, not far from main attractions, yet in the relatively quiet place being in just 10-15 mins of walk from central part of the city. Wi-fi quality is good, food variety was quite big (fish, beef, chicken, turkey meat with various salads, sauces, fruits and deserts), staff is always friendly and super helpful.

Time spent in this hotel was great! The location is perfect to hit the beach, the people who work at the hotel were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, although some dishes were a miss. Everything was matching the expectation and general impression is totally positive.

Some minor repairs here and there would not hurt. Hotel wi-fi was stuttering at peak hours. Cleaning could be more thorough.
