Location, outstanding service; receptionist, beautiful lady Salamat- is an absolute star, charismatic barman Murad creates a great atmosphere. Restaurant on the 5th floor has a fantastic view, and dinner has good variety and changed every day. Cleaning ladies are doing an excellent job. U can buy sunbed and umbrella with discount at the reception desk. 125tl ( £1 - 53 tl) for one piece for beach number 10. However, I preferred to stay on beach 8. It’s exceptional there; service, sunbed costs £3, food is top notch. Tip: cash machines take 8% for any amount u r withdrawing, so better take cash. Exchange office near hotel.

Good clean hotel, good service, good food, great location close to the beach, the center, clean swimming pool.

You have to pay extra money for the safety box and to have fridge in the room. The internet is only in the lobby and pool. Lady at the reception didnt understand any English, communication with her was very difficult. Any drink with breakfast and dinner extra charge.

The room nice, clean hotel however the pool is smaal and better leave it for children, the food good from turkish kichen

We know from booking site that the drinks during meal time need extra money but You should not force me to buy drinks from inside the hotel and prevent me from buying them from outside the hotel because I might simply want to buy a certain brand or buy products that do not contain sugar and other things. I absolutely do not see that as appropriate for the hotel.

Location is great close to many things Hotel itself is small, cosy/clean and quiet When we were there were not much people and that was perfect! The stuff is friendly and helpful Dinner was great not much choice but what was there was tasteful Really enjoyed it! The atmosphere in a restaurant buffet was very pleasant as we never were hassled by waiters to consume drinks Overall we were pleased we've chosen Miray Hotel Kleopatra as had a lovely relaxing time there :)

I enjoyed the location being close to the town and a short walk to Kleopatra Beach. The Half Board accommodation was ideal and it is not that common for budget to mid range hotels in Turkey as a whole. The buffet (breakfast and evening) meals were of a good standard, varied and plentiful. The hotel has a good swimming pool and onsite Spa and overall good value for money.

Happy with my stay but wifi in my room would have been a bonus.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to all the tourist attractions and to a very good beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist. The room was cleaned daily.

Breakfast was decent but we did not like hot meals served for dinner. Towels were old and worn-out. There was no wifi in the rooms. We would also appreciate it if there was a kettle in the room.

Very close to the sea. Nice and comfortable room. Half board included and dinners were each day different, very tasty with large choice of salads.

It was a bit of mold in the bathroom and there was a constant smell of urine. The staff was not talking English perfectly, but possible to communicate. There were some ants entering the room. It was a bit loud, due to high car traffic at day and music from restaurant at night.

Loved this small hotels location as it’s in the heart of Kleopatra beach area. It is spotlessly clean with a good pool area with its own bar. Staff are excellent and are extremely helpful (needed to make a phone call but they did it for me). The young lady on reception is to be commended for her helpfulness and her cheery personality and the continuous smile on her face. Food is typically Turkish yet the European traveller can easily find something to eat as good choices on offer. Food was excellent. We were a group of 10 staying and not one of us could fault this hotel in any way.
