Good location for business trips, but it’s not historical tourism. Pets friendly. Clean and tidy.

The breakfast wasn’t available at time of our stay, however there’re many restaurants, cafeterias and shops around. Public parking is always issue in Istanbul, except some luxury hotels having own parking. The same issue with parking in this location, it’s difficult to find parking places, despite of few reserved slots in front of entrance door.

the rooms and toilet are as in the foto, the staff is very nice and friendly, ready to help with any thing, the most important bed and pillows are comfortable which matter alot during traveling time, the location is at very active place, full of shops, markets, restaurants and its very close to metro station

no noise proofing, all guest can hear eachother from the wall and doors, the wifi is ok

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful always asking if we needed anything. And anytime we asked for something they would get it for us immediately. Very great staff very easy to get along with! Much recommend staying here!

we booked the hotel in August 2022 because of the price of the room.

The room was cancelled on the morning of our flight from the UK which panicked us. We were able to re-book a room but at a higher price just before we boarded our plane. On arrival at Istanbul I received a mail saying that there was an issue with my credit card but that was incorrect. I then had to contact the hotel directly to ensure that the room booking was confirmed. Thankfully it was. I became suspicious that the hotel were just after a higher price for the room.

Stuff was helpful enough. Location is also very good and very close to fast lane bus network which is called Metro-bus. There is no breakfast available in this hotel but it turns out in the radius of few hunder metres, there are 10s of food locations and very reasonable in terms of the price.

Everything was ok, in my stay nothing bothered me.

I have liked the location and the reception team and I would like to say thank you to Mr. Sayed asyar for helping me during my stay in the hotel and all other reception teams were very helpful and I will book again during my future trip in the grand palace hotel .

No thing at all

My family and friends greatly enjoyed our stay at The Grand Palace! The hotel front desk receptionist (Uhmed-sorry for spelling) was incredible along with all other staff! Uhmed spoke really good English and helped us to maneuver the city via scheduling transportation despite everything being written in Turkish, as well as ordering food for us from various restaurants (we had no access to the delivery app "Yemeksepeti" due to not having a Turkish number)! He made sure that we received our complimentary hot beverages throughout our stay and answered all of our questions! The hotel made sure to provide English translations of everything for those who are traveling from English speaking places. That was not the case once we ventured out into the city (Everything was in Turkish only and we did not have access to the internet once we left the hotel). So we greatly appreciate the efforts of The Grand Palace to include English translations for everything. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

A Continental breakfast would be nice so that you do not have to leave the hotel for food in the morning. Also, the cable option on tv had no channels that were in English. It would have been really nice to have a couple of movie/cartoon channels in English. Lastly, a microwave in the rooms would be beneficial, BUT the hotel staff let us use the microwave in the lobby so that was nice of them! :-)

The room is comfy, clean, and pretty large. The air conditioning is top-class, we used it extensively because of the hot temperatures in Istanbul. The staff is kind and helpful, they helped me to park the car and provided me with all the needed details, Thanks for your service!

More Tv channels/International channels will be better to accommodate foreigners
