The location is great if you need to be at the Istanbul Expo Center, as it’s very easy to reach from the hotel. All the staff are friendly and willing to help.

It would be nicer if breakfast had more healthy options, also their coffee machine could use an upgrade. Luckily there is a good coffee shop around the corner. A lot of staff do not speak english and having even a little gym would be a good thing.

I liked the hotel as a whole, it's a proper business hotel and if you have some business to do in the area I think it's the best place to be. The rooms are nice, the lobby is good to sit and work for few hours.

In Istanbul people barely speak English and we expected at the hotel to have some knowledge but it was broken English at the reception. We needed to call our Turkish friends to translate for us. Be patient and repeat 5 times, use your hands, phone, Google Translate. Idk if the neighbourhood is safe. The parking is semi-closed and we had something written in Arabic at the back door of the car. Hopefully it meant "clean me". You know Istanbul is a dirty place and we had a dusty car after 2 hours of driving around the city.

Very comfortable bed and pillow, i can rest very well, despite the hotel surrounded with busy street but the noise wasn't very loud in the room. My room are family room with a sofa bed but they give me 1 queen bed and 2 single bed, which is very suitable for me with a group of 4. The staff very welcoming and helpful, but not all of them are fluent in english. The public transportation is very convenient, subway just accros the hotel and havaist also stop very near from the hotel. Breakfast can be improved with the selection and variety, but the plus is they have a coffee machine with good options.

They didn't stock amenities in the room, but you can ask them if you need it. I tried to call the receptionist from my room but no one answered. The hotel location is quite far from most of the tourist area, but you can access it with puclic transportation with 30 - 45 mins.

Breakfast was OK - like in most hotels, a variety of salads and cheese and cold cuts to choose from. But after a few days of eating only boiled eggs we would have valued some fried ones as well :) they could mix the offered items a little more over the days. Despite the crowded street in which the hotel is located the room is quiet. The staff is really very kind and helpful. Location is very good, the metro, metrobus and bus stations are just 3 min walk away and there is a suburban rail station (Marmaray) 15 min walk from the property. it is however a little far from the town centre and main attractions (at least half an hour by public transport).

The parking lot is NOT a garage. It is in fact a booth on the street with one side open, only 8 cars fit in at a time and there are two rows, meaning if your car is in the front row they would require you to leave the car keys with them in case a car from the back row must be removed. The space is so limited you can hardly open your car door or get into it if the place is full. Otherwise, there is a guard watching the cars so it was safe anyway.

the staff was very responsive to our needs, especially Enes. the cleaning crew was always efficient and left us with a clean bedroom every day. Breakfast was simple but very good. location is great for transportation (metro, bus, taxi).

the location of the hotel is in a very busy street, no room for parking, very tight street. it's a 2 way street but only allows cars to go into one direction at a time. Do not rent a car. You will never find a parking spot in this neighborhood. Also be aware not a lot of English is spoken in this neighborhood.

Standard Holiday Inn Experience: good value for it’s price. Helpful staff, clean room.

Smoke detector on the ceiling right above the bed blinking with bright light every 8 seconds. For about two hours during the night loud low pitch sound, like backup generator, outside my window.

The location, many restaurants, street food, Metro station, very good to visite Expo trade fair. I recomend for that! Many clothes stores a good price. Iron for clothes avaiable and very useful and smart!

The bed its too small, and we found hair of others persons on bed. Breakfast is not good. Bad diversity and quality its not good. No eggs in Breakfast of International hotel.

I feel like the breakfast needed more variety. More hot food choices, for example omelette or scrambled eggs. The location is great , with access to taxis and the local mini buses. The staff were great; very helpful and friendly. They also recommended local restaurants to eat and places to go.

The breakfast could have been better, but overall no issues or complaints.

This hotel might be the cleanest I've ever seen. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. The staff of the hotel was helpful and welcoming. The guards on the parking don't speak English, but they are really friendly and happy to assist with luggage. Proximity of highway makes it easy to reach by car and there is a free guarded parking just outside of hotel. The close proximity of M1A metro line as well as Metrobus makes it easy to reach any point of city.

The food choices at breakfast were limited and not really high-quality, plus 90% of it were the same each day. A mosque is located really close to the hotel and the call for prayers can be bothersome early in the morning, but this is not related to the hotel as their sound insulation is quite on point.
