The staff charged extra instead of usual prices for breakfasts. It seems they do it for every foreigner, and thinks that foreigners do not understand Turkish when about conversation about changing extra

Small bed and bedroom, we paid for 2 sea view rooms but got one sea view and one city view to be next to each other

Most of the stuff are wonderful but the day I check out(30.11.24)7am in the morning on reception was guy who have very long face ,seems like he didn’t care at all I been waiting to ask him order me taxi but he been having breakfast!!! End of the day he ordered me taxi with very long face like it was a big problem for him ,I said 3times thank you and he pretend he is deaf.Ridiculous .He said to me breakfast bar will be open after 15 min so I was waiting but another people just entered and enjoyed them breakfast he didn’t tell them anything.Very disappointed with him !

This was our second time staying here and we really like it. The location is easy to reach, whether by taxi or metro, and it's set in an excellent neighborhood — clean, quiet, and modern. The sea view and nearby facilities always make our stay very enjoyable. Nothing to complain about. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the view is amazing. Our overall experience was good, not exceptional. For most parts, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and satisfactory.

We arrived early the morning and had to wait till well after booking in time for a room. The first room that we received was good, however the bathroom was not wheelchair accessible. We received a different room that was better, but not what we expected.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I requested a later checkin, an additional key card for my roommate and they accommodated us. The dinner buffet (you pay for it) is good and the room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping staff visited daily.

Our room was facing the main highway just outside the hotel. It's very noisy, and the window does not isolate the noise well. Also, the AC system is a bit iffy and even though we had it turned off, the room would still get stuffy and warm. Also, our room had no closet and for two girls, for 5 days... It was weird to arrange our clothes around the room. We had to use our luggage as closet.

I have stayed at Ibis before at the same location...the hotel is beat and clean....the staff is courteous and friendly.... Fiskhane is right next door and the main Zeytinburnu Market some fifteen twenty minutes walk away.....making it comfortable and convinient.... the metro gives you easy access to the city centre.....the location though a little away from the centre is still very comfortable and peaceful and the view of the sea to die for .... Waking up to the view every morning is such a pleasure.....if you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of the centre and explore Istanbul at your own leisurely pace then Ibis Zeytinburnu is the place for you....

There was nothing bot to like....

The hotel is very modern and clean. The furniture is new and the staff was very friendly. The room service was very thorough. The room has a fridge which is very useful! The location is good, in a rather fancy and new neighbourhood with a carrefour supermarket only 5 min walk away, metro station 12 min walk and the Zeytinburnu city centre with all kinds of restaurants, shops etc 10 min walk away. The hotel is located next to the sea so if you are lucky you might get a room with a view.

The whole stay was great so this did not bother us much - however there was a strange sound in the room (from some generator maybe), which wasn't very loud at all but might disturb people with very light sleep. The bathroom had a bit of a strange smell at the start (maybe someone had smoked there) but it was gone after 3 days (the room smelled good though)

It is my favourite hotel in Istanbul. I love the view from my window it makes my day. It is peaceful and calm. Each room easily fits two people. The third one can fit but makes the room conjusted. The staff is friendly the breakfast was nice they served a good Sahoor a little away from the hustle bustle of the main city and a good fmget away.
