The staff is great, the customer service level is at a high level. They pay attention to details, it was my bday during our stay and I found in the room a bday card and cake (complimentary). The hotel is located in banking district area, a safe area to walk around even late in night. The trip to/from IST Int. Airport takes about 40' (by taxi), which is a good thing, considering that Istanbul is a huge city (btw., we were using the transfer service provided through Booking and we had a positive experience). The breakfast is excellent, with many options to choose from.

The pool size is a bit small and it is located underground. Still, the Spa area is pretty big, offering several options and services.

location, I like a hotel to stay that when I will come out of hotel there will be some shopping or good cafes around but with this hotel we had to get a taxi to go around … base as one of the reviews it was mentioned only 5 minutes to civaher mall & 10 minutesto nisantasi but it was not like this at all … minimum 12 minutes walking to civaher mall minimum 25 minutes walking to besiktas & 20 minutes taxi ride to nisantasi … the only i didn’t like is the location

I got 2 chocolates and almonds bottles that we can buy in UK Lesd than £2 But receptionist changed 525 tlena that equal £13 That’s l didn’t like it When next time I come I want my fridge empty l don’t want hotel stuff there I do appreciate your very good service I also apologise if I offended you Jzk ho khair

The hospitality and facilities were outstanding. Staff were helpful, friendly, welcoming, polite and always on hand. The breakfast was excellent! The rooms were modern and clean and provided everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. It was my daughters birthday and we were surprised to come back after a long day exploring to a beautiful decorated bed, stunning cake and a card from the hotel. We hadn't told them, but they made a note during our check in of my daughters DOB so a really lovely and moving touch. Overall we had an exceptional and welcoming stay. Thank you.

Highly recommend and if you are the average person, you will love it. Size was great for 3 people, grocery store across the street and subway next door. People at the desk were happy and helpful.

It really was perfect.

The hotel is very modern and located near restaurants and as well as a 10 minute walk to the metro. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and looked after us on our stay. The room we stayed in was lovely and was cleaned by Ali who was the most loveliest man we had met and was so polite and couldn’t do enough for us! The food at the hotel was delicious and there is something for everyone. Overall we had the most amazing stay and would reccomend to anyone. We will definetly return.

The hotel is amazing, we enjoyed free access to SPA (pool, gym, turkish bath, sauna), I also tried paid Balanise massage and it was amazing . the staff are super friendly, welcoming and professional. the food is very tasty. the room is spacious and clean. I will definitely repeat the experience. the manager has check in on us to welcome us and left a letter of welcome with sweets. very lovely. Also, it is close to alot of bus stations.

the breakfast was not included in the price and that was not clear to me. so we had to pay for it which was not part of our expectation. other than this, everything was great.

The spa area is a bit chaotic, would be nicer if it's more secluded from the hair dresser, etc. We weren't offered towels, had to ask. Hamam room wasn't ready at the booked time and we were let in while they finished cleaning (ruins the experience a bit). Didn't get proper instructions on the treatment or the spa area itself. It's a bit nitpicky, we still really enjoyed it, but it's the little things that make 5 star real 5 star. If you think about the price though, it's totally acceptable. TV also didn't have Netflix or anything similar to watch movies on. Please don't take this as a negative, it's just constructive criticism from our experience. We still loved our stay!

The property was amazing and very clean. All the staff were very professional, kind, helpful and extremely polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I am planning to come back very soon. It was so good that I extended my stay with my family for an extra 4 nights. The breakfast buffet was lovely, wide variety of food and the staff were always on hand to serve you.
