I liked how the room was decorated, it was simple and clean. Inside the hotel looks nice and modern. I liked the high ceilings in the entrance.

Staff wasn’t trained properly and didn’t help us with some things. Also, the walls were thinner that you could hear people snoring. I woke up during the night with someone snoring so bad and I couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk and they didn’t help me at all. They don’t even have earplugs, I don’t know what kind of a hotel is this.

This was our second stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Umraniye hotel and we hope to return there again in the near future. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and the staff at this hotel have good command of English, and we're incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our 18-day stay. We especially want to thank Mr. Emre at the front desk for his time and assistance. He was very helpful in extending our reservation and booking us the same room at a very reasonable price. Other staff members who were helpful were Mr. Cengiz at the front desk, and Mr. Uğur at the Cafe. As for the accommodations, our room was spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel which is close to a pedestrian street, public transportation, metro, several currency exchange offices, cafes, and a shopping center/ Canpark Malk. We will definetely return to this hotel and will strongly recommend to friends and family.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff for their exceptional assistance. Their support truly made a significant difference in my experience. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby Alemdağ Cd., a charming pedestrian street lined with an array of shops and restaurants. Each evening, we delighted in strolling along this vibrant street before returning to our hotel.

The parking facility is situated at a slight distance from the hotel premises. Therefore, we must entrust our vehicle to the hotel staff for parking purposes. They will kindly return it to us whenever required..

The hotel is located in the asian side of istanbul, not a touristic area which was what I wanted , the area is so big it has a lot of restaurants , café, and shopping centers. The hotel was very clean , the workers at the réception were so professional and helpful, housekeeping lady was on point 👌,breakfast was good enough. The hotel is 50m away from the metro station and bus stop. Highly recommended .

Too Bad the Spa and hamam was a mixed area , does not have an only women time.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and smelled very good. All the staff members were concerned and made us feel very special. The location of the hotel is very close to everywhere, 2 minutes walking to the metro, there is a shopping mall very close by. The hamburger we ate in the evening restaurant was really delicious. I sat until midnight in Meva cafe and ate dessert. But the most enjoyable was Turkish coffee. Good thing My Istanbul experience was in this hotel. Thank you everyone

Everthing was beautiful.

Very close to the shops and the metro, amazing staff very friendly, courteous and professional. I’ve stayed many separate times and have been pleased each time. Staff are happy to assist with any problems faced. Thank you for the pleasant experience yet again! :)

Very good hotel, which has large room space, variety breakfast with good feeling music, and warm staffs, who are professional, meanwhile well-equipped facilities, even if having shoehorn. It has very good position nearing Metro station, buses station and minibuses station which can carry us to travel spots and SAW airport, meanwhile keeping quite from shoppes area, so we feel it is valuable to be recommended.

Everything was amazing I went to the hotel late last night and my suitcase was broken at the airport. The receptionists fixed it immediately they was very friendly ❤️ They arranged an affordable transfer to take me back to the airport in the morning. I couldn't travel much due to my business trip, but the location of the hotel, its cleanliness, and the attention of the staff were all very good. I’ll go again Thank you for everything

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were worried after reading some reviews but we are glad we booked this hotel. It is newly renovated. The hallways have beautiful lighting and artwork. The family loved the huge, clean rooms. The lobby is very nice and there is a very good restaurant on the premises. The location is central to the shopping and food places.The staff is also quite helpful.

Yousuf and the girl at the reception and other receptionists were too good and cooperative. The room was too clean. The staff was too much cooperative. The food was good especially the breakfast and a waitress in the restaurant was having a great gestures, communication and serving.

Nobody can speak English, that's a big problem. Communicating with them is too tough.
