İf you want to stay in the modern city center of İstanbul, the location is great. The hotel is very clean, and staff is very attantive. Mr. Tevfik, who handled our check-in, was very kind and helpful. İt is also ideal for business stays.

Everything was great, but in terms of a higher lever of service, it would be more convenient if the valet fee was fixed daily instead of being charged per entry and exit.Also in some hotel, room service provides a sleep mask before bed, closes the curtains, and adds smalls touches to ensure a more comfortable sleep for guests. Of course this is not a negative aspect, but it would be better if they were offered

The breakfast buffet features an extensive variety of options, catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.

Maybe room light is not very bright, but that was a very minor issue

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts are worth a special mention. With Booking.com I could benefit from a free limo pickup from the airport.

A deposit in amount of 100 EUR was something I wasn't expecting from a hotel of that class.

I don’t often leave feedback, but I simply couldn’t not leave one for this beautiful hotel. The hotel staff are so very well trained and have a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. The hotel itself is excellent for people on a work trip who also want to relax in a Turkish hammam, workout at the gym or swim in the most pleasant swimming pool after( or before) their meetings. Overall, the standards are very high at this hotel and the staff are attentive to your needs, quietly making sure that you get exactly what you need. I’ll definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anybody who is after a hassle- free hotel stay where nothing goes wrong and everything is designed to give you a comfortable and luxurious experience.

The staff, from front desk to cleaning lady, was always friendly and helpful, which made our stay really comfortable. The room was big and comfortable enough and cleaning lady did a great job every time.

The outdoor pool area was quite windy, and our stuff kept flying around. It would be great if they provided sunbed tables with drawers or lockers for personal belongings — we were constantly chasing after our things. Also, the hotel is a bit pricey overall, and the drinks were seriously overpriced for the quality.

Everything about this property was fabulous; starting from the staff at the reception (Anil & Furkan) all the way to guest service and restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a delicious verity of selections that will make everyone happy.

Nothing at all. I wish I stayed longer

We liked the hotel's location and the fact that it is attached to Ozdelik Mall. Also, the fact that the subway station is just outside the hotel(Leven station).

There is a window with a blind between the bathroom and the bed. Every time we use the bathroom at night, the light shines from the blind into the room and disrupts the sleep of the other person. Therefore, I suggest either investing in a better blind system to completely block the light or having a dim lighting system in the bathroom.

Very nice breakfast, very nice hotel, all at superlative. It is indeed a true 5 stars hotel, very modern, clean and you can have a nice experience. If you have an executive room you get access to the executive lounge where you can serve dinner for free. It is the best location in Istanbul.

At the arrival, we got stuck into taxi, and the I have told bell boys to not take the luggages because we were still trying to pay the taxi with the card, the bell boys thrown our luggages in the taxi trunk after they picked them up. The minibar fridge in the room was doing a lot of noise in the night.

As remarkable as it used to be even 10 years back.... The staff is very polite and helpful. Wholesome breakfast with Mediterranean, Indian, Turkish and international cuisine , well-equipped fitness centre gym, extremely clean pool and excellent sauna/whirlpool facilities. Located very close to one of the best shopping malls - Kanyun and Metro / ample public transport, an iconic Turkish architecture mosque right across the main arterial, yet in the middle of the business/ financial district of Istanbul.

With so ample space they have, could also offer a better sleeping lounge with reclining couches for the guests checking in earlier in the day or have to stay back in the hotel after check-out...

Bkfst was super, spa and fitness too. I enjoyed sauna and steam bath. Location is perfect, not too far from the fancy area. Around the hotel there are mall and restorants. Room was spacy and comfortable.
