Hotel has excellent cook. The restaurant staff were nice and professional. Thanks them again ;)

I usually never use this column. But this time it should be used minimally for your feedback.. We had too high temperature about 26-27 degrees in the room all afternoon, so we decided to announce to the receptionist. I get answer from receptionist “it’s a warm up time, option is when you should open window, air conditioning doesn’t work this time”. All that what’s happening in 4 stars hotel where air conditioning is standard! Let’s try to have a quiet night in the middle of the night on Friday in Budapest!

The cleanliness was excellent. The staff were professional and spoke English as well, which is so helpful. The hotel is in excellent condition. Most of all the Breakfast was amazing! I've stayed in my fair share of hotels and when you are away from home a good breakfast is comforting. We've all been to hotels that had a poor choice in the morning, so when you think it's not important it really really is. In the room there was a selection of teas and even hot chocolate. There was also a Nespresso machine. An empty fridge is available for anyone with a baby or that has medication to keep cool. The restaurant had good food as well.

Although the mattress was of good quality it was a bit too firm for me and there was only one pillow available. It would be good to have another one available in the closet. Also directions on how to use the Aircon next to the remote. This is just personal and it should not deter anyone from choosing this hotel.

the roomkeeping staff emtered the room even though we put the Do Not Disturb Sign on the door. they did this to multiple rooms as we could hear the iritated shouts from other guests. the pillows were poor quality, way too soft, couldn’t sleep well, had to buy a pillow. good quality pillows are not that expensive these days.

Overall good, and staff was professional.

Blankets. It is a detail but needs to be mentioned: blanket was much smaller than the king size bed and unsuitable for two people. However, we asked for an extra and kindly received one. Also, blankets were too thin for winter, but the overheated room (RIP the environment) balanced it out.

The hotel is easy to approach, the staff is very friendly and kindly answering any questions and taking feedback. The breakfast was awesome, good portions and the quality was also great. Rooms are well equipped and spacious.

There were some minor dirty spots in the room on the carpet, but nothing serious (most probably coffee spills). What was a bit more bothersome was some really loud guests talking loud around 4-5am and using the hair drier which made sleeping a bit difficult.

The room was clean, big enough, staff was really willing to help and they were really friendly. The breakfast was really tasty and there were so many different choices of food, also for different diets. The hotel is nice with a lot of options (fitness, conference hall ...). The price is reasonable for the offer. It also has a garage (+10 eur per day), so you can leave the car in a secured place.

Too bad that the hotel is not really near the center, but the Metro station is 10min away by foot. Bottled water at the reception is really expensive (3 eur per 0.5 liter), but the Tesco Extra is 3-5 min away.

The bathroom surprised me compared to the room, it was very old style and ugly, but at least it was clean. My dog found some rolls of dust and pistachio on the carpet and under the bed, that was not cleaned properly. In the underground parking there were some bugs, my car was full of them, hope they did not get inside also.

We were traveling from Medugorje such a very long time and we arriwed at the hotel at 5:30 In the morning. The rezeptionist was very kind. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The best thing is, that here is the checkout time at 12:00. Such a shame, that we could sleep only till 10:00 and we must to leave because our work responsibilities.

They have some public parking places in front of the hotel( free on weekends) but they also offer parking at a price in the garage. The rooms where clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good it had a very good variety of options to choose from. You have also a 24/7 supermarket 5 minutes waking from the hotel.

There where no beverages in the minibar in the room, but you could get them at the reception if you wanted.

Everything was pretty good, fast check-in, nice personal, was there for only 1 night due to a ice hockey tournament.

normally, would have expected a welcome water bottle or at least option to take one in the room, as there were not many options to buy something nearby. had to buy the little coke downstairs...
