The hotel is located on the tranquil Margaret Island, right in the heart of the city, offering a peaceful retreat while being close to all major attractions. Surrounded by a stunning park with 200-year-old trees, the setting is truly unique. The staff is exceptionally professional, ensuring a seamless stay. Despite visiting during New Year's when the hotel was fully booked, it was incredibly quiet — no noise from neighboring rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast is excellent, offering everything you might need to start your day. SPA with a thermal pool is just amazing. This hotel combines comfort, convenience, spa and tranquility in an unbeatable location.

The room was uncomfortably warm, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted other than by opening or closing the balcony door. The spa experience during the weekend was disappointing. The hotel seemed overcrowded, and it appears that non-hotel guests also have access to the spa. This led to a lack of basic amenities — not just lounge chairs but even hooks for clothing. Additionally, many guests reserved loungers by leaving towels on them and then left the area, making it difficult for those who actually wanted to spend time in the spa to find a spot. The staff should monitor this more closely to ensure a better experience for everyone.

the pools are just great Also on my birthday they gave me a compliment in the form of fruit and champagne high level of service throughout the hotel, early departure to the airport at 4 in the morning with a taxi and breakfast box made us very happy in general, I remained happy ☺️

the staff at the bar near the reception were very arrogant, most likely because the tip is included in the bill, so it's hard for them to even smile.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival, the hotel is in a great condition with very large hotel rooms, spacious shower and bathroom and plenty of storage space with nice, new and modern furniture. Built on an island on the river, there was a nice view from the hotel rooms of the surrounding nature and river. The highlight of our stay was the hotel spa area, with large swimming pool, 3 thermal pools, 2 steam rooms and a sauna. Bar available at the swimming pool with seating area nearby too. The on-site restaurant was convenient and price relatively affordable. On Christmas day, we got a box of sweets in our hotel room, which was a nice bonus. It was easy to get taxi (Bolt/Uber) from the hotel and reached the city center in 10 mins. Breakfasts were good, with enough options and even freshly made omelettes - loved it!

The hotel restaurant for lunches & dinners was small and quite busy, with not enough staff. Long waiting times to get the ordered food (even just a soup!) and it was difficult to even get attention of the restaurant staff. We were disappointed that the first morning we were directed to a breakfast room that looked like a conference room which had only limited options for the breakfast (because the main breakfast room was too busy). We didn't know there are another, bigger, room for breakfasts with far more options until the next day. We therefore felt that we got less than what we paid for on our first breakfast day.

First of all, the property had everything I needed — I didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere else. I truly enjoyed the spa, pool, and gym. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially because you can order an omelet exactly the way you like it. Hmmm, yummy! The chefs really knew what they were doing! The environment was peaceful and calm, surrounded by nature, and the huge park nearby made it even better. I came looking for relaxation — and that’s exactly what I got. I would definitely love to return and stay there again.

What I didn’t like: While I truly enjoyed my stay, I felt that the dinner options were quite limited. It would have been nice to see a wider variety of dishes on the menu — both at the restaurant and the bar. I looked through the menu and found that there were only a few meals to choose from, which was a bit disappointing. The gym could also benefit from a bit more equipment for those who want a more complete workout experience. Lastly, I found the massage treatments to be a little overpriced. A slightly lower price point would make it more accessible for guests to treat themselves during their stay.

The room was well taken care of, with a big fairly comfortable bed and nice bedding. The bathroom was well sized and all amenities available with ease.

The toilet paper holder was located in an uncomfortable location to reach as well as making us hit our elbows whilst using the toilet.

Located in a lovely island park in the Danube river, but a bus ride to the Buda or Pest city center, the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The room has a balcony and a lovely view of the Danube river. Very comfortable beds. Good reading light. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The spa facilities were very clean and the treatments we had were very good. They provide wonderful robes for the spa which they change every day if needed. Trunde gave us an excellent massage and body scrub. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel after a days walking and use all the facilities. Graig at the reception desk was also very helpful. We arrived early and they provided an early check-in after a "white night" it was wonderful to get the room and take a nap. Thank-you Ensana

It would have been nice to have the outside thermal pool available.

Rooms are big, well equipped, double bed or twin at your choice, very clean, nice bathrooms, room service and staff did a great job to give me what I needed. Also nice view from upper floors to Danube river, the whole building in modern, clean and well equipped. SPA acces included in the price and it's quite nice: 3 water pools with different water temperatures, mini olympic pool, sauna, showers, clean and tidy everywhere, large parking. Also it's location is a plus: located on an island in the middle of Danube river, a 2,5km long park which offers fabulous views and a quiet outdoor experience. Also, not to forget about the breakfast!!!! I'm not a breakfast person, but you should definitely take this into your reservation. The breakfast is fabulous with everything you will ever need to start a day with good and tasty food. It was a very good choice and a good value for money.

Outside if the building is still old, it looks that old that induces you a feeling that you did a mistake booking here. But once you are inside, you understand you are in a high class hotel with good services

I booked a 2 night 3 day Spa break. The location was just perfect, peaceful & picturesque. Bus route 26 stops right outside. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The curtains were blackout and the bed was very big and comfortable. The spa facilities were great. The opening times allowed plenty of either morning or afternoon sessions, with plenty of loungers spread across all of the swimming pool areas. Adding on the Spa facilities allowed me to partake in the 50 minute spinal mobility class. This was more of a pilates session with emphasis on the back/spine. Also a 90 minute Hatha yoga class. Both these were very good. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of local and continental foods available, including a wide variety of plant based milks. I booked a full body Dolce Vita massage carried out by Judit who was very good, she adjusted the pressure according to my preference. I also treated myself to a foot reflexology carried out by Zsuzsanna, this was totally blissful that i booked a head & face reflexology session the next day and I'm glad to say she did not disappoint. I wanted to have the mud pack treatment but that came with a Dr consultation which cost 25,000 HUF. Maybe a skin patch test could alleviate any allergy risks to avoid hefty consultation fees as these treatments are normal in majority of Spa and Hammams. I also noticed the robes started at Large sizes as were the slippers, so I couldn't use the slippers and drowned in the robe. Only issue i had was TV had no English channels apart from BBC news and there wasn't a half board option either. As i had no intention of going out, a half board option would have been good. I have nothing bad to say about this place it is totally worth the money. I would definitely come back, maybe in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space a bit more.

The hotel is situated on an island within a wonderful park! It is so nice to take there a walk in the morning and to forget about all your stresses! If the main cause of your journey is to relax and to take some treatments - it`s the the excellent place. The SPA staff is very good. The pool with mineral water is really relaxing! The breakfast was varied and tasty. They have even some sorts of plant milks and lactose-free milk: I appreciate it very much! You can have also lunch and dinner at the hotel. The room was nice, clean and had a balcony. If you have any problem, you can always contact the reception, and the problem will be resolved.

The room was stuffy at night. They culd have hade some body milk or cream in the bathroom. And if your main purpose is to investigate the city, then maybe it will be better to live in another place.

The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable and very clean. The facilities are fantastic. The thermal spa is great to go to after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant and bistro both have great selections and the food is beautifully presented, with some very tasty local and international cuisine. Service at the hotel is exceptional across the board. The location is great, as you are in a very peaceful relaxing area with just a short (and very regular and reliable) bus that goes to both Buda and Pest. We loved our stay and will definitely return.
