A wonderful apartment. Equipped with everything you need. Beautifully decorated. Very good beds. Very clean.

The apartment is clean, the location is good. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily breakfast. We are satisfied over all.

Our room was with basic furnishing under the roof, which was not mentioned in advance, so the day light was not enough, there are only 2 garret windows, and it gets a bit hotter. However there is no drama. What really annoyed me is the communication with the host. I sent 2 direct mails, 2 messages via booking platform and 1 sms regarding the parking options and the way of paying for it, but there were no replies. Fortunately they replied when I informed them for the broken wi fi connection and repaired it.

Very good location - quiet part of Budapest. Nice and spacious room. Not new, but in good condition with all necessary things (hair dryer, kettle, toaster, fridge ). Breakfast is also ok. Convenient system of check in(there is an application to add your data; self check-in) and check out.

Just a small thing to improve if possible - no racks in the bathroom. We were four and there was no place to hang towels and clothes.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The bedroom's rear location ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. We were particularly impressed by how impeccably clean the apartment was, and the refreshing scent of the washing powder in the bedroom added a delightful touch to our stay. Overall, a big thumbs up to the host for their attention to detail and hospitality. The entire flat was spotless and well-appointed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we did encounter an issue with the bathroom, as it had a lingering cigarette smoke smell from day one, possibly due to permeated walls. This was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic experience. We hope the host can address this concern for future guests.

Very nice small appartment with a little kitchen. There is also AC and a blowdrier. There was everything we needed. Big enaugh for 4 people. The building is also very nice. Its out of the city center but close to Sziget festival so still a very good location. Would recommend!

The only way to get in touch with the staff/owners is through whatsapp. I first tried booking and email and did not get an answer. Also make sure to chech the whole appartment if there is anything broken and take pics since they probably rarely see the appartment by themselves and don't follow up in what condition it is. We noticed one of the legs of the club table broken and put together, on the last day, since we never used it. I forgot to text them immediatelly and also tought this is a known thing already, but they tought we broke it.

I think the place is very convinent for those who just want to have a comfortable stay and have a good rest after a sight seeing or after a business trip. You can even find a parcing lot close to the hostle from 20.00 to 08.30 you can leave your car at the street there are no parking fees then and after you go to the parking place and you can park your car in a safe parking lot for cheaper as if you left your car on the street after 08.30-20.00.

Although it is nicely renowated but the materials are not the most high quality, it doesn't bothered me at all, but if you really picky about the details that might be a better options. In my opinion for the price it is extremely good value

Apartament is nice and cozy, very clean. Located walking distance from old city center in a quiet area. We enjoyed little breakfast treats. And we would come back for sure when in Budapest again.

I wish the city tax would have been included in the price, to avoid making 2 different payments.

Location.

Broken electrical socket and shower grip. Street is also loud. Breakfasts are a little weird - basket with food to self-prepare in front of the door at morning;) Second day it was lack of coffe inside.

Everything was great.

But it’s impossible to find this place. There is no name “villa Oliver”. Door looks like a usual door, a display with numbers is impossible to notice until you are very close to it. Would be nice if the place would be recognisable. I found it only because a receptionist answered the phone and explained me everything. I was really scared cause nobody was inside (I came after midnight) and I was on my own in unfamiliar city :(

Spacious flat with high ceiling, super quiet, very comfortable, well heated, and equipped with all I needed. The location was also very useful for me.

There is nothing I didn't like, if there is something I'd have liked more of: I understand that not every place is providing toiletries like shower gel, but that's something that would have been nice to see.
