Excellent hotel, very spacious rooms, nice bedroom, living room and fully equiped cousine, all very clean. Public transports nearby. Especially bus no 15 very close to the hotel and transfers you to the center (10 minutes). Supermarket Aldi and Lindl nearby also where you can buy milk, juice, croissants, cakes etc for your brekafast.

Staff, Location, cleanliness. Just a fun place to stay. Very nice ambiance. Aldi is across the street; Lidl not too far either. Easy walk to many areas of interest or to public transportation to get to places. The laundry facilities were just what we needed!

No need for a mini bar or snacks for purchase in a room of this type. The plates and cooking pots were located almost out of reach. We did not even find the tea towel or sponge until one of us had stood on a chair to look for some dishes. We had already gone to Aldi and bought our own sponge etc prior to "discovering" all the good things that were already there. The pool and mini gym were nice; however, the broken equipment in the gym should be removed. The gym would still be okay without the malfunctioning pieces.

The room was spacious, up-to-date and clean. The garden behind the hotel is very nice, exactly as in the pictures. The pool was clean and quite deep (~1,60, i see it as a good thing as most swimming pool aren’t this deep). An Aldi supermarket is right next to the hotel. The staff was exceptional, they helped with everything we needed. Something that really impressed we was that they have me a small chocolate box and a birthday card on my birthday. A very nice and thoughtful touch.

The parking was a bit expensive (20 euros per day) and the entrance is very narrow, but otherwise everything was alright here. The hotel is not ultra central, so you will have to walk like 15-20 minutes to most museums, but public transportation is also available close by if you prefer that option.

Beyond our expectations. Very professional and forthcoming staff (which is not necessarily common in Hungary). Amazingly spacious studio room on the 4th floor, featuring a grand bathroom with bathing tube and big mirror, as well as a kitchen, washing machine and many more amenities. Another highlight was the spa area with the indoor pool!

Honestly, that was one of the best hotel stays in my life! The only (really only) thing was, that we couldn’t check in before 3 pm. We would have loved to check in at 2, but obviously, we waited the 1 hour and it wasn’t the end of the world.

Warm welcome on arrival. Very pleasant staff who always greet you. Hotel is spotless. Room was very comfortable. Great facilities, especially as we prefer a light breakfast but love tea and coffee. Aldi and Lidl nearby,but not especially well stocked. Super location and a few stops to visit the Danube.

Would prefer if the pool could be accessed without walking through Reception and round the bar. Bathrobes are available from Reception but would appreciate disposable slippers too. When travelling light don't have space for them.

The property’s location is excellent, being conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering a comfortable and luxurious experience. The reservation team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth, and the majority of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout. Amenities like the pool and other facilities added to the appeal, even though the pool was under maintenance during our visit, which wasn’t a major issue.

While the rooms were fantastic, the double bed was made up of two joined single beds, which sometimes felt uncomfortable. On arrival, one staff member at check-in was quite abrupt and stern, which didn’t create the warmest first impression. Thankfully, the rest of the staff made up for this with their friendly and informative service. It would also have been nice if the property offered complimentary bottled water, as this is a small touch that can enhance the guest experience.

We loved the apartment as it was spacious, modern, very clean and had everything we wanted. There was plenty of room for 5 people and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The staff were friendly and efficient - we arrived at midnight so it was good to have the 24 hour reception. The pool/jacuzzi/gym were great - just right for us. The sauna was on the cool side but that didn't matter when it was 30 degrees outside. There was also a delightful garden/terrace. The air conditioning (which we only used at night) was quiet and adjustable.

Next time I would prefer a view of the garden at the back rather than the front/road. But there was a park over the road so it wasn't a bad view. We did have a bit of noise from the people above one of the 6 nights but when we complained to the reception staff it was soon quiet again.

This is the second time in 6 months. The staff are very pleasant including the house keeping ladies. Everything is clean. The location is perfect. I extended my stay this time. I will come back for sure.

If the temperature of the pool is a little bit higher, it would be perfect.

Quiet location near the city center. During the weekend, parking on the street in front of the hotel is for free. Friendly and well managed staff. Nice small gym with enough of the equipment for decent workout, there is a sauna and a jacuzzi. The swimming pool was just a pleasure to swim in. All of these are located in one place so you can go swimming or use the sauna right from the gym. There are lockers, showers, toilets so you don't have to leave the wellness area for hours. They even provide a towel for you. Breakfast was delicious with a vatiety of foods.

Everything was perfect. Made my reservation 1 hour earlier (because I could not enter the gate at my previously booked apartment). But I have no regrets at all because it turned out fabulous. There is a swimming pool as well but I was not prepared for it, so next time if I have to travel to Budapest I definitely will book the same hotel. Congratulations.

The room maid who did not speak Hungarian tried to enter the room despite my answer "no, I don´t need anything" and she was trying to put her keys into my door. Sorry if I scared her but I was super annoyed by this little incident.
