We stayed at this hotel for Formula 1 and had a truly exceptional experience thanks to the incredible service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. Every request we made was met with a “yes” and handled promptly, no hesitation, no excuses. Their responsiveness and genuine care made all the difference and turned our visit into a memorable experience. We were especially impressed with the front desk team, who were consistently friendly and efficient, making check-in and every interaction seamless. A special thanks to Jason at the bar, whose warm hospitality and attentive service really stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. The hotel also made the best effort to assist us with last-minute transportation to and from the circuit, which was a huge help during the busy Formula 1 period. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable and appreciated throughout their stay. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality and will definitely return!

Location is good, next to the train station and tram. This comes with some sketchy characters like any other big train station. Staff looked a bit lost at the reception, but they were lovely and helpful during breakfast. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. The room was on the small size for a group of 4, but it did the job for sleeping a night. Bonus for the underground parking at 7000 HUF a day.

The reception staff was kinda unhelpful and confused. The area surrounding the hotel was not the best with beggars and sketchy characters. The price/quality ratio did not live up to the hype of a Crowne Plaza place.

Good location very close to the Nyugati station (though not by the river, which is not an issue for me), good breakfast with some varieties. Large rooms in European standards, good bedding and pillows and slept well. The staff are excellent, especially Bence, Mark and Viktoria, who helped me with some issues (the originally assigned room has a problem with the door lock, which is solved very quickly by giving me another room that does not have the problem, also a free drinking voucher is provided) and helping me re-organize my itinerary by giving some suggestions. Also slippers and robes are provided in the room.

Some of the elevators, especially for the first few days do not work.

Excellent value for money from every aspect - the rooms are spacious and clean, luxurious showers, everything from the hand soap to the type of tea served in the room is of a high standard. The breakfast is great, especially the diet-breaking pastries... Most of all we were impressed by the front desk staff who were warm, cordial, helpful and ready to help and give good advice in any matter. The location and proximity to the Westend Mall and all types of public transportation are also excellent. We will happily return again.

Excellent location. It is in ideal prime location from all the attractions. Shopping mall "West End" is just adjacent. Morning breakfast was awesome with plenty of choice. Hospitality was fantastic - starting from lobby receptionist, room service, everyone in breakfast service areas. Decent room size, cleaned. Also, they arranged for all 4 of us early morning breakfast togo on checkout since our flight was at very early morning. We loved this hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel to others and if we visit Budapest, we will come back again to Crown Plaza.

FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED INTO THE CROWN PLAZA BUDAPEST WE WERE MADE TO FEEL VERY WELCOME BY THE RECEPTIONIST (VIKTORIA) SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL AND THEN TOLD US HOW TO GET AROUND HOW TO BUY TRANSPORT TICKETS ALL ABOUT THE LOCAL ATTRACTIONS, ONCE WE REACHED OUR ROOM WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SIZE AND LOCATION ON AN UPPER FLOOR WE ALSO HAD ACCESS TO THE CLUB LOUNGE WICH BETWEEN 5PM AND 7PM SERVED FREE SPIRITE WINE AND FINGER FOOD ALL OF WHICH WAS EXCELLENT IF YOU ARE PLANNING A TRIP TO BUDEPEST YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS HOTEL.

PROBERBLY THE MENU OF THE RESTAURANT ALTHOUGH WE CHOSE NOT TO EAT THERE IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE THIER MENU DID NOT SUIT USE.

The hotel has an excellent and rich breakfast, especially for a 4-star hotel. The room is very spacious and the staff is very nice and available. They give those who want bottles of water, and in addition, there is a door that connects to a huge mall, which is very nice.

There is no spa in the hotel and no pool. In addition, it is important to emphasize regarding dinners that it is in the hotel's restaurant from a relatively limited menu for our taste. In addition, our room faced the main road and we occasionally heard the noise of ambulances.

The best hotel food! It was delicious. My child ate his breakfasts and this is a good sign. All towels were clean and soft. Bedclothes without hair and spots. Crowne Plaza has own access to the Westend. After check out they gave a toy to my son, he was happy.

The male staff at the reception on our arrival and the host welcoming guests at the breakfast were absolutely amazing! Professional, polite and always willing to help. Customer service was really good, also if you need to print out you can use the printer next to the reception. The location was quite convenient, walking distance from the Parliament and the river.

The size of the room is not what I expected, too tiny. Also no swimming pool or spa in the premises of the hotel.

Beautiful, well-designed room in a very central location. The suite was spacious, clean, and perfect for a comfortable city stay.

Breakfast felt a bit limited considering we had already paid extra for it during booking. While we did receive breakfast, the selection was bit small. Some items, like different egg options, were only available at an additional cost through the à la carte menu, which didn’t feel justified given the prepayment.
