Perfect, central location, there are connections available to literally everywhere. Staff were overall really nice, the hotel has a nice atmosphere and unique, vintage style. Everything was really clean, our room got refreshed on a daily base, quite spotless.

Walls are paper-thin, which can be a problem if you got a neighbour that is only able to sleep with the TV turned on all night. Wouldn't be a problem otherwise. Rooms are not too big, but it's Paris...

Everything is impecable here: courteous staff who checked me in, good location near Andrassy Avenue, sparkling clean room and common areas, close to everything and yet so quiet and charming, amazing value!

Nothing to dislike, this is one of the best places that I have stayed during my travels.

It’s an aparthotel, so it’s got a lot more character than a hotel. The location is excellent, 5min walk to metro line 1, there’s a lovely little bakery across the road with fresh pastries. The room was very clean, and the staff excellent.

I couldn’t figure how to close the window shutters.

We did not get the breakfast when we stayed. but I loved the the room and the open kitchen. it was also close to a local bar and that was so fun.

the only thing was the construction happening out side which is no fault of the hotel. the construction just made the place look a little seedy. but we had no issues.

Beata was very friendly and helpful. Other pros were: good location, quiet, very clean, comfortable beds, large shower cabin, the facilities in the room (soap, lotion, towels, closet, large mirrors), very affordable. If I ever come back to Budapest and this location is available, I'll definetely come back!

Maybe give clear instructions to other guests to keep the door of the hotel locked at all times. It didn't feel safe to find out that some guests left the door open all night. Maybe change the door knob to make sure that the door cannot be opened from the outside without a key.

Everything was great, clean, and well designed. The bathroom was nice also.

The fact that I could only pay in cash and that this was written nowhere.

Convenient location, quiet environment, warm service, very good experience, if I come to Budapest next time, I will choose this hotel again!

Organizing the stay went smooth, room was clean and equipped with air-conditioning, what more can you ask for on a hot summer weekend?

Everything was great, no issues.

The staff person communicated quickly by emails, by phone and in person, answered questions and reassurance of the neighborhood's safety and walkability at night.

Instructions on turning on the mini-split room heat/cooler, how to enter/exit doors of building and unit would be helpful, as well as an accurate address on exterior of building and/or name of facility.

The room was clean, the furniture was almost new and the bed was very comfortable. Although there was a small pub just directly under our room, they closed at 10 p.m. and the locality was surprisingly quiet. The location was good, in a walking distance from Nyugati train station, Zoo and close to the city center. The receptionist was very nice and friendly.

Because the room was situated above the pub, we should pull the blinds down even during a day not to be seen.
