The gentleman who I saw on the check-in day around 11am was an absolute superstar! Thank you for being so friendly, welcoming, accommodating and informative. It made my day. The Hungarian breakfast I got in the morning the next day wasn’t something I’d recommend to anyone. Firstly it wasn’t tasty. Some of the meats actually had an unpleasant aftertaste. The bread wasn’t fresh and I didn’t eat try eating it after I touched it and realised it’s not soft. I didn’t finish even half of the breakfast as it wasn’t pleasant at all. I think I got a mild food poisoning from it. I’ve not had any other food the whole morning and around midday I started feeling unwell. I will spare you the details. Activated charcoal did save me, but it’s not a great experience. I’d recommend reviewing our breakfast offering and making it smaller portion of higher quality produce.

The location of the hotel is excellent – both the metro and train station are within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious, but note that it’s not a buffet – you need to order from the menu. There’s a small local pub right next to the hotel which we definitely recommend. The staff is friendly and helpful. For a short stay in Budapest (2–3 nights), it’s a very convenient choice.

Our room was very, very small – I can’t imagine spending a whole week there. There was just a bed (which was not comfortable at all) and a small bathroom.

Property is in a good location, close to train station and walkable to attractions. Tram line also nearby. Plenty of supermarkets and shops within walking distance, gym right opposite which was handy. The area is quiet. For the price you cannot complain. The room is basic but has everything you need, I found the room was fairly big compared to other easy hotels I have stayed in. Staff were wonderful.

After unpacking my clothes and shopping the lock on my door did not work. So I had to move rooms. It was done quickly I cannot fault the staff, was just a pain after unpacking. Second room the a/c was almost non existent.

The hotel is in a great location. It is about 10 minutes from the Nuygati train station and about 5 minutes from different metro stops. It was very easy to go everywhere, even on foot. It was easy to check in and the reception was very helpful. We also liked that the hotel offered laundry and drying services with 10€ as it was important for us to wash our clothes.

The room was even smaller than the pictures and it was not that spacious and comfortable for a couple with 3 suitcases. We took everything off and hid the suitcases to make it work for us, but still the shelves were small to fit our clothes and necessities.

A good value hotel, easy 20 minute walk into centre along the main road with lots of bars, restaurants and coffee shops along the way. Hotel very clean. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room functional. Bed comfortable. Shower good. Great for one person, but maybe a bit too compact for 2 people. You get what you pay for!

Easyhotel offers a FIXED PRICE taxi service of 36 euros to and from airport. Inward journey no problem. Outward journey- taxi meter showed price in forints and the guy wanted 60 euros for the ride, which did not correspond! Refused to pay. Offered him 40 euros take it or leave it and headed to departures. Have contacted Easyhotel and explained what happened and they have apologised. Hate being ripped off as a tourist and it should not have happened when a hotel books a fixed price! So be aware!

For the price, this was excellent. Easy to get to via public transport. The staff were very helpful and the room was reasonable for the price. The location is close to one of the main stations and has lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The WiFi was good and the room was a reasonable size.

The aircon was pretty feeble. We adjusted the settings carefully and followed the instructions and it was cooler than nothing, but not great. Other than that, it was a very good value stay in an expensive city!

The location is great, next to metro and Nyugati train station. The management were very flexible in terms of re-booking dates. The room had a small refrigerator box, which is not standard for a two-star hotel (and even many three-star hotels). Check-in went flawlessly.

The bathroom design is inefficient. The toilet is too close to the wall and the shower is badly separated. The bed might look ugly but fulfills its purpose. It's a bit small for a double but perfect alone.

The location was very good, very close to many significant places. The staff were very nice and answered every question. It mostly very clean. There is plenty of natural light in the room. It's a good thing there is a fridge inside the room.

Just 2 things. The wifi was very bad. Our room was at the end of the hall and the signal is good right at the door, but beyond that, and especially in bed the signal is non-existant. One of the bigger towels was torn and had almost holes in it, so that wasn't nice, but the rest was very clean and useful.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every interaction was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a wide range of choices to start the day off right. Overall, the hotel was well organized, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

The beds were a bit firm, which might not suit everyone's preference for comfort.

It is situated in Oktogon. There are lots of restaurants and shops near the area which makes it easier for you to grab what you want. If you are a budget traveler this is a good option. You have your own place to stay and ye sit is small, but for me it wasn't a problem as it had everything I needed inside. They provide you with towels, sheets, wifi, hairdryer all for free. Don't forget to bring slippers.

Some of the towels had stains on it. The beds could have been more comfortable.
