The hotel is conveniently located between Opera metro station and Nyugati pu station. The room was clean and fully equipped. Quiet at night. WiFi was good. Please be aware of that some electronic devices which are brought from abroad may not be able to connect to the internet. I arrived early, and the hotel tried to let me check in early, which exceeded my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at Dormero Hotel Budapest. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with excellent service throughout. The free minibar was a great bonus, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were there during Hungary’s national holiday (St. Stephen’s Day), and the staff kindly advised us the day before to do our shopping since everything would be closed on the holiday, a gesture that really showed their care for guests. The location was also perfect, only about a 15-minute walk to the city center and the Parliament. Highly recommend!

the hotel was nice, breakfast was good, room was pleasant, parking is sublet but still spacious and easily accessible from the hotel lift and stairs, location is a 10-15 minute walk to the sights and eat street.

at check in I asked for a luggage trolley to be told they did not have one. the next day at breakfast there was the luggage trolley parked in the back corner of the room. Having luggage I asked if there was any particular floor on which I should park and was told any floor of the garage is OK. Guess what the lift only goes to P1 and stairs to P2 and P3, not good with lots of luggage. The room was supposed to be a superior 24sqm room, however nothing like the pictures and barely 18sqm at best. on the second and third day at breakfast there were 30-40 students staying and they did not cater for the ravenous appetites of 40 kids leaving little selection for the rest of the guests.

We had a great stay at Dormero Hotel Budapest. The staff is very kind and welcoming, which made check-in and the whole experience smooth. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. A nice surprise was the free drinks in the minibar, which is a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spotless, very well built, and soundproof — we didn’t hear a thing from outside or the hallway. The bathroom was also perfectly clean and well maintained. The highlight for us were the beds: amazingly soft and comfortable, probably some of the best we’ve slept in at a hotel. All in all, Dormero offers comfort, quality, and great value. We’d happily stay here again.

Our stay in "Dormero Hotel Budapest" was in a cozy, clean and organized room. It looks exactly like in the pictures. The view from the balconies is magnificent, the hosts are very kind. The biggest impression is on how clean it is. The location is the same as described in the advertising portfolio of the hotel. I find very important that the beds are really comfortable so I recommend the hotel for a longer visit of Budapest as well.

No such thing. The hotel, itself, is animals friendly, so there were little dogs around, we saw around 4 little puppies and I find it adorable. The interior of the hotel is extraordinary but I love it.

Overall I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, well-located, and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room was surprisingly spacious – definitely above average for this category. The bed was comfortable, the minimalist furniture was functional, and the bathroom was clean.

Unfortunately, the sound insulation could be improved. Noise from other guests was quite noticeable, especially water-related sounds through the pipes. On one of the mornings, around 5 AM, there was a persistent sound as if water was running non-stop, which was quite disturbing and disrupted my sleep.

Having no tea / coffee making in room. Buffet breakfast which we tried once didn't have enough cooked food options compared to other hotels I've stayed around this price bracket.

Super convenient hotel, comfy beds and soft sheets. We had a very pleasant stay and would go back without hesitation. It was quiet and the staff was very helpful, giving us recommendations for where to eat in the area.

The lighting in the room gives hospital vibes - it’s very bright white light like you’re being interrogated. This could easily be changed. The shower door didn’t fully close but aside from that the shower was great. The one other thing that raised an eyebrow is that you have to pay a €10 deposit to borrow the iron and ironing board - never seen that before!

Once we arrived at the hotel, the room was ready. The person behind the desk was really helpful and let us know everything that we needed to know about the hotel and how they work. When we entered our room, it was really clean and bright- an thankfully was cool as it was very hot outside. There was a mini fridge with complementary drinks provided. The room also had a safe which was free to use, and really easy to operate. This was really appreciated as we only brought cash with us on the trip, and felt uneasy with the thought of carrying it all around with us whenever we went out. In terms of sleep, we both slept really well. We weren't disturbed by external noise, nor by any other of the guests at the hotel The hotel is really well located, with it only being about 20 min walk to get to some of the 'big' tourist spots. Wherever we took an Uber or Bolt, they always easily found the hotel and had pick up spots right outside the hotel

the hotel was pretty basic but functional. the room was clean and the bed was fine. overall ok for a 1 or 2 night stopover. similar to a UK travelodge. the location was ok. not too fat from some cafes etc and quite near transport links. if I was going back to Budapest I would stay closer to the river and spend a bit more on a bit more upmarket place but this hotel would be ok for a quick city break

the room I got didn't have a balcony like the advertised room. no English channels on the TV. not much of a view outside the hotel.
