Our stay at the Radisson Blu Béke Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with exceptional kindness and professionalism — polite, helpful, and always smiling. Truly outstanding service throughout our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless, with incredibly fresh air — ideal for anyone with respiratory sensitivities. The temperature inside the room was just perfect for sleeping, and the bedding was soft, fresh-smelling, and extremely comfortable — like sleeping on a cloud. Our daughter slept soundly, and so did we. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel: an incredibly rich selection, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone — sweet, savory, healthy, or indulgent. Definitely worth it. Another huge plus is the underground parking, located directly beneath the hotel. You can take the elevator straight to your room, which is very convenient — and most importantly, it felt absolutely safe and secure, especially for travelers with a valuable car. Yes, it's a paid service, but it offers true peace of mind. The lobby, elevators, and shared areas were spotlessly clean and elegant, reflecting the high standard of this hotel. Quiet, organized, and calming — a real luxury atmosphere. This hotel is ideal for families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay in central Budapest. We would absolutely return — and recommend it wholeheartedly to others.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family and were absolutely delighted! From the very first day, we felt the care and attention from the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated how kind they were to the children, which made our stay even more comfortable. Every morning we enjoyed delicious and varied breakfasts — always fresh ingredients, a wide selection of dishes, and everything was perfectly cooked. Starting the day in such a pleasant atmosphere was a real treat! The cleanliness was also top-notch — our room was cleaned daily, everything was spotless, neat, and cozy. It was a joy to return to the room after exploring the city and feel at home. The hotel’s location was just perfect: everything we needed was nearby — shops, cafés, attractions — and the city center was just a short walk away. Our rooms worked out well, good configuration, the hotel location was perfect for my work needs and also perfect as a base for my family when they joined me. Breakfast was really good - great selection and freshly prepared omelettes were a big hit.

I stayed for 10-11 nights - there were days when i returned to my room and some dirty glasses were not removed, I found this odd and also one or two days my water was not replenished in the fridge. This was a small niggle in what was overall a good experience. When staying there was an issue with the main breakfast area and the staff did their best to move everthing into an adjacent room - I thought they dealt with this issue as best they could.

Room was quiet, warm, very warm in bathroom! Bed was comfortable and coffee making facilities good. Did need to ask for items to be replenished as housekeeping came in early when I was still in the room and missed coming back. But when I contacted reception they immediately swung into action and I had two appropriate visits. One with drink items and second offering to clean the room. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service could not do more to help - thank you. Good location near train station but not so close you hear anything. 15 minute walk to parliment and Danube. 30 mintes to walk up to Bude Castle, good location.

Everything was perfect: the room, the staff, the breakfast, etc. I can highly recommend this hotel in this exciting city. A big thanks to the service guys at the reception, who are always keen to help, e.g., find ways around the city, get a taxi, and inform us about different things. The shower in the room is one of the best I have used in a hotel room. There was a great selection of various foods for breakfast and excellent service most of the time. The hotel's surroundings are exemplary.

There is nothing to complain about but to say something; once, a particular grey-haired gentleman who worked in the breakfast room displayed a strange attitude. The location could be better if you are going to spend most of your time in the central city (Vaci). It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk downtown. The quality of the TV was not good, which bothered me a bit when watching the EURO. It would have been a good idea to have a good quality TV at the bar to watch it. Again, nothing to complain about.

What a great stay! For of all the interior throughout the hotel was amazing, very well done. The staff was so helpful in general. Before we've arrived I mentioned that this trip was my birthday gift to my husband. When we arrived we were welcomed with a champagne and a cake, he was so surprised as well as me. We only stayed there for a night but sure we'll be back. All was lovely, thanks to hotel team. Also location wise, it's very convient by foot or by public transport. For the ones that will travel to Budapest for events in the stadium, this hotel is for you because public transportation to hotel is just around the corner.

We loved everything.

Breakfast was awesome, and there were a lot of varieties. They make some stuff for you on demand, like Spanish omelets :) The location is very close to the tram and metro station. The hotel staff helped us to provided addtional bed cot for my son as well. During exit, the hotel staff helped to reseve the retrun cab as well. Very humble and great hospitality. I felt like home there.

The air conditioning did not work as expected for our first day stay, and we have raised this with the facility management. They were so kind to provide another room to move in. We have thankfully declined as we were moving out the next day. In wholesum, the facility and maintenance team should look these things before it is letting for the consumers.

Room was lovely with a comfortable bed and an airy window that opened wide to allow fresh air in so not fully dependent on AC which affects our Sinus problems. Additional duvet/bedding was provided very promptly on request. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board were a nice touch and something we always appreciate. Complimentary Bottles of Water and Nespresso coffee was a God send for my wife who considers coffee first thing in the morning more important that breathing!! Staff were very pleasant and helpful with every query/request. Very pleased with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to rebook if and when we return Would highly recommend to others. note: one minor comment re static electric shocks from the room power slot when putting the room card into same and similarly the lift buttons when you press them - don't know if that was just us two and/or the clothing we were wearing perhaps, but just to keep you advised in case anyone else mentioned it.

It was very welcoming, stayed here before and the room was as I requested quiet on lower floor. I just lay in bed exhausted after travel with hip injury and watched TV. I love the espresso machine and it was very peaceful on Easter Sunday. Endless hot water in spotlessly clean bathroom. 12.00 check out very civilised. Friendly staff.

Only miss the mini bottles of toiletries they have in Baltic countries Radisson Blu. Also, last time I had noisy drunks on 7th floor. The rooms in the corridor are very close together so I wonder how the sound is affected. No problem this time. I was on a lower floor and no one disturbed me.
