Me and the wife are world travelers and have stayed in highly rated hotels that were just terrible. Radisson Blu is the first hotel that met and exceeded those expectations. Staff were very helpful with calling a cab, holding our luggage before our plane. The room was very clean. All the amenities. They also accommodated an apple for my wife at midnight for her sugar issues. The place is central to a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Clean room, lots of plugs, toiletries, hair dryer, free bottle of water, coffee, tea, and iron.

Cold ice water at the front lobby. The writing for which is the clean and or used glasses is very small and hard to read. Breakfast is a little over priced.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Béke Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with exceptional kindness and professionalism — polite, helpful, and always smiling. Truly outstanding service throughout our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless, with incredibly fresh air — ideal for anyone with respiratory sensitivities. The temperature inside the room was just perfect for sleeping, and the bedding was soft, fresh-smelling, and extremely comfortable — like sleeping on a cloud. Our daughter slept soundly, and so did we. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel: an incredibly rich selection, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone — sweet, savory, healthy, or indulgent. Definitely worth it. Another huge plus is the underground parking, located directly beneath the hotel. You can take the elevator straight to your room, which is very convenient — and most importantly, it felt absolutely safe and secure, especially for travelers with a valuable car. Yes, it's a paid service, but it offers true peace of mind. The lobby, elevators, and shared areas were spotlessly clean and elegant, reflecting the high standard of this hotel. Quiet, organized, and calming — a real luxury atmosphere. This hotel is ideal for families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay in central Budapest. We would absolutely return — and recommend it wholeheartedly to others.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our family and were absolutely delighted! From the very first day, we felt the care and attention from the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated how kind they were to the children, which made our stay even more comfortable. Every morning we enjoyed delicious and varied breakfasts — always fresh ingredients, a wide selection of dishes, and everything was perfectly cooked. Starting the day in such a pleasant atmosphere was a real treat! The cleanliness was also top-notch — our room was cleaned daily, everything was spotless, neat, and cozy. It was a joy to return to the room after exploring the city and feel at home. The hotel’s location was just perfect: everything we needed was nearby — shops, cafés, attractions — and the city center was just a short walk away. Our rooms worked out well, good configuration, the hotel location was perfect for my work needs and also perfect as a base for my family when they joined me. Breakfast was really good - great selection and freshly prepared omelettes were a big hit.

I stayed for 10-11 nights - there were days when i returned to my room and some dirty glasses were not removed, I found this odd and also one or two days my water was not replenished in the fridge. This was a small niggle in what was overall a good experience. When staying there was an issue with the main breakfast area and the staff did their best to move everthing into an adjacent room - I thought they dealt with this issue as best they could.

Room was quiet, warm, very warm in bathroom! Bed was comfortable and coffee making facilities good. Did need to ask for items to be replenished as housekeeping came in early when I was still in the room and missed coming back. But when I contacted reception they immediately swung into action and I had two appropriate visits. One with drink items and second offering to clean the room. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service could not do more to help - thank you. Good location near train station but not so close you hear anything. 15 minute walk to parliment and Danube. 30 mintes to walk up to Bude Castle, good location.

The room was very nice, not big, but with everything you need, the bathroom was very nice too, with bathtub and music. I appreciated the coffee machine and the capsules ;) The location of the hotel is not very close to the main sightseeings, 15-20 minute walk to St. Stefan and the Parliament, but it is on a communicative street with transport. The parking was very convinient, you pay additional tax for it, but it is under the hotel. We chose to have breakfast in the bakery right next to the hotel and it was very nice.

The room was not ready upon arrival (at 18 p.m.). Due to the exchange taxes I was charged 15 euros more that the offer (for other payments in Hungary i didn't have that problem).

Everything was perfect: the room, the staff, the breakfast, etc. I can highly recommend this hotel in this exciting city. A big thanks to the service guys at the reception, who are always keen to help, e.g., find ways around the city, get a taxi, and inform us about different things. The shower in the room is one of the best I have used in a hotel room. There was a great selection of various foods for breakfast and excellent service most of the time. The hotel's surroundings are exemplary.

There is nothing to complain about but to say something; once, a particular grey-haired gentleman who worked in the breakfast room displayed a strange attitude. The location could be better if you are going to spend most of your time in the central city (Vaci). It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk downtown. The quality of the TV was not good, which bothered me a bit when watching the EURO. It would have been a good idea to have a good quality TV at the bar to watch it. Again, nothing to complain about.
