Apartment was spacious, very nice, everything was clean. A lot of options for breakfast, open 8-11, so no need to rush. Wellness open for a long period of time every day. Great location, a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around, close to the city centre, metro/bus stations also very close.

Wellness and fitness is used mainly by public, therefore the facilities are often crowded. There are other people swimming, swim lessons or aqua aerobic so there is not much space for swimming or walking by the pool because there are instructors on the side. There is no warm food for breakfast, sausages, eggs, pancakes are all cold, every day. But it’s not a reason why we wouldn’t come back.

The location and value for money were excellent. The cleaners did an amazing job at cleaning our room everyday.

The pool was packed with people who were not guests in the hotel. The pool was very nice however using the sauna and jacuzzi were near impossible as it was so crowded. This was disappointing as they were the main facilities we wanted to use during our stay. The hotel room carpets were very dirty.

The wellness facilities were excellent and free for hotel guests which we appreciated as some hotels charge for this facility. The location of the hotel was in easy walking distance to the main city areas with lots of bars and restaurants locally. We enjoyed the 2nd room we were allocated, the bed was comfy and the shower was excellent, plus they provide toiletries. The breakfast was also very good, plenty of choice a great way to start the day. We will definitely stay here again if we revisit Budapest.

The only negative was the entrance/reception, it was very dark and not very welcoming. This was just a first impression feeling.

The Bliss hotel is located in a perfect location, close to all major areas and within walking distance from Buda on one hand and the city park on the other hand. It's also very close to several supermarkets, many restaurants (and even a cool barber ;) The facilities are great, with a very spacious gym, a 17 meters pool and jacuzzi. The apartment was also very spacious and I was even able to work a couple of days frm it. The Wifi was OK and having a separate bedroom and a living room was very convinient. In short - a great option to stay in Budapest!

Would have appreciate more kitchen utensils so we can cook in the flat.

Starting with the delicious breakfast and the amazing staff who provide service with great love. The room service staff who did their job faithfully. The spa staff who were helpful and available, although a smile would have added a lot. The maintenance staff who were always available for us had a small problem that we needed. Perfect!

The property was located in very good area, close to shops, nice restaurants and bars and public transport. We had a nice flat with kitchen, all nice decorated and clean. Everyday we had cleaners coming to our flat to change towels and bedding. Also we used the spa and gym free of charge everyday which was very lovely. The breakfast had lots of variety from cold to hot food, cereals, cakes, fresh fruits and juices and coffee or teas.

I found that the property was very hot, we tried to reduced the temperature adjusted from the air con but still 28 degrees at night which was hard to sleep trough the night .

The hotel & location central enough and i was happy with the rooms service as the towels and the Rooms was cleaned every day. The swimming pool Gym steam sauna Rooms were good enough as was the breakfast .

ust returned from a fantastic pre-Christmas break in Budapest. We stayed at the Bliss Hotel and Spa. We arrived before check-in time but were able to store our bags whilst we did some sightseeing. The hotel location is very good and is within easy waking distance to St Stephens Basilica and the Christmas Markets. The apartment we stayed in was really big, with a full kitchen including cooker and full size fridge. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfasts provided were very good including champagne and a selection of hot and cold foods, breads, pastries, fruit etc. Although the spa facilities were available to use we only had time to use the pool and jacuzzi. Great hotel with great facilities and excellent value for money however the only negative was that the hotel didn’t have a bar.

We enjoyed our stay, we had a two bedroom apartment with a well equiped kitchen and a comfortable seating area. The coffee machine was great. The apartment was large with lots of wardrobe space. Having breakfast included in our stay was beneficial and had a great choice. Not far to walk to the Basilica and metro stations and also from the airport bus stop. Unfortunately, we never used the swimming pool or gym as we were out all day sightseeing.

The shower water didn't drain away quickly, which then went onto the floor, and the door seal didn't fit properly.

This was our second stay at Bliss Residence & Spa. After staying here seven days in 2023, we were here ten days this year. The apartment was large (55 square meters), with all the equipment we needed for a ten day stay. Even though the apartment was facing the street, we did not notice any significant noise. In any case, no more one should expect when you live as centrally as we did. The staff at the hotel were nice. We want to brag about Alexandra and one of her colleagues. The two of them helped us no matter what we needed help with, much more than what one can expect. The cleanliness was also good - was a delight to come back to cleaned room every day! The breakfast was very good, we noticed great progress from the previous year. The staff was quick to replenish as needed. There was plenty of hot food. There was even cold prosecco every day, not bad. The only thing we missed was a coffee machine - maybe it will be in place next time we come? Because we will return to this hotel, guaranteed. Also want to recommend a Latin family-run restaurant / bar two minutes' walk from Bliss. The atmosphere is calm and you can eat both inside and outside. Can especially recommend their Arepa!!! Wifi was poor at times in the apartment, but not a big deal for us. Perhaps it should be stated on booking.com's pages that wellness departments are open to everyone, not just hotel guests?
